Just had great customer service from a cashier by the name of Viviana. She was very friendly, professional, and put a smile on my face!

Great parking! Lots of room. The associates are pretty friendly and helpful. There is a mini Pizza Hut and a Starbucks. They have a good selection and the shelves are usually stocked well. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Target has a great variety of merchandise that a shopper like me need and want. The self-checkouts are the best too, user friendly.

I like going here now and then. Tonight I called this store and then transferred to electronics department. It rang several times. I hung up and waited several minutes and called again and it rang again 2 to 3 times. NO answer! I drove down to Target Store and went to the Electronics Department. I talked to a young man rather disheveled with long hair and approachable. I told him I called his department and he said from behind the counter he received no calls. He showed me some non descriptive cell phone and there were no significant calls. I didn't believe him! I know the phone rang and I was directed to his electronics department. He was somewhat cordial at first and then I happened to mention where I lived overseas. He was a bit startled and I was not trying to impress him. We talked very shortly and I sensed his demeanor was a bit defensive for no reason at all. I may a little conversation and it seemed to bother him. He contradicted me a a minor issue I have years experience in and I realized he didn't know what he was talking about. What concerned me he put a political connotation in his remark and perturbed me a bit coming across a little arrogant and totally h my naive on his part. My issue is I call several times to his department 3 times in intervals of at least 10 minutes. The phone rang and rang and no answer. I was directed by the automated system of Target. I find myself not believing him. I think Target is a pretty good store but I think they are not hiring people who care to uphold the Target representation. I worked Target years ago at a few locations and the service and honesty was much better. I don't believe the guy in electronics. But. Overall it's a pretty good store. Oh! Also other departments don't answer their phone even after several rings. read more

I love Target. The events yesterday have definitely changed my mind. So I bought an iTunes gift card for $100. Big mistake. Once home I try to add the money to my account and find that it has been redeemed. Speaking with Apple they inform me my gift card had redeemed 54 seconds after purchase. Let me say that again 54 SECONDS. How is this possible? I was bagging during this time. So Apple can't help me the money is gone already spent. I call Target and speak to the most disappointing women ever (Brittany) she explains this process will take 7 days while they research this problem. All I can say is don't by gift cards from Target. Can you imagine giving this as a gift to a loved one? The gift of a horrible experience on hold with Target to find yourself talking to an angry woman named Brittany. Just be cautious, those cards are left unattended near the register. Not to mention poorly packaged. read more

ABUSIVE towards WOMEN!, DIEGO the tech for AT&T whom also works for Target. . Is Hostile, Intimidating and EMOTIONALLY abusive towards WOMEN. There was a discrepancy over a gift card which CANDICE was able to resolve! Diego and his male co workers that ALL worked for Target in the electronics department! Laughed at me, made derogatory remarks about my physical appearance. Threw the gift card at me, slammEd Drawers to intimidate me.. I was shaken, afraid for my life and in Tears... read more

Always clean. Great target. Always busy. Employees can be either extremely rude for no reason. Or extremely nice just because. So it is a hit or miss. Overall a great target. read more

Night employees are usually rude and have an attitude. Even before COVID-19 they would have a boner just to sit there and giggle while they tell customers that they're closed even though they're still open for another two hours. Nice target but shitty and overall lazy customer service. read more

A little expensive they don't have enough cashiers always take along time to pay, they don't stock ice cream the only reason I go there is for s'mores read more

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I'm only giving two stars because in all, Target's not bad. A little over-priced, but I'll pay more to avoid "Walmartians". Getting to the real negative: this is the THIRD time in two weeks this location has charged me double for one item. Twice it was $4.99 and the other $7.99. You have to beg, is this intentional? ... is this happening to a lot of otherwise unassuming people? CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! read more

My go to target ! They have everything I need ! I'm a mixed Chick and they don't have the colored Skin hair products locked up so that's a plus and usually everything is stocked up pretty well . What I can't find at Walmart is definitely at this location... The customer service is great I think ... I'm giving this location 4 stars because they run out of the pineapple juice 8oz cans so fast ! Everything else is great read more

The triple caramel that I got just now doesn't even taste like it supposed to be. Sad

We just moved out to perris and the menifee target is the closest one we have. We usually always go and get a snack at the target cafe but today 8/13/2017 at 7:04 pm we came and the girl taking the orders Trudy had a bad attitude, we asked her a question and turned around and started doing something else. Im very disappointed on the customer service at this location. She was not even smiling like she didn't want to be at work. read more

The worst store I have ever been to. When they ask you to sign up for the target red card DONT. I never received my card after signing up and someone is charging the hell out of it. Cant get a hold of customer service, I have just been scammed. The only phone service is an automated payment, where are the real people? Target I am very disappointed in you. Your REDCARD sucks! Turn my card off now thank you. read more

Terrible customer service by Mary a elderly checker she was so rude and snooty. I will not be going back to the Menifee Target ever again.

Michael Scott did a fantastic job assisting me at checkout today. Excellent customer service. Store clean, employees are friendly and helpful. read more

I love that this target had a wide selection of items. However they seem to lack having their items stocked. Also it's hard to find a team member when you have a question. So far I wouldn't say this target is Better than most in the area but it's decent. read more

To me this is a Horrible target. These animals who run the store only have 2 MAYBE 3 registers open for check out otherwise self check out. So greedy this company can't have more staff checking people out. You sell groceries here why would I want to buy ice cream that's going to melt by the time I'm checked out because the lines are long here too. Anytime I've asked for help looking for something NOBODY I mean NO body wants to help me or apparently can help me. I always go to guest services since I can never find anyone on the floor except the pathetic excuse for "beauty consultant" who's makeup looks crazy as hell. No ma'am. And at guest services I have to wait ten to fifteen minutes or more just for someone to be able to tell me where I can find a Funnel since I looked in the auto section and didn't see it and all they can tell me is Yes we have it it's in auto section. Turns out after someone finally came it wasn't in auto section it was in cooking section. There is a taller heavier white blond woman's. She seems to be a floor manager or something. I've asked her for help and she is beyond a bit** and she treats the employees like sh** in front of customers. Gets very visibly angry and her tone of voice is condemning and angry to everyone at all times. I don't know who hired her but she is horrible. She is extremely unprofessional and any time I've asked her for help "I CANT RIGHT NOW YOU LL HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE" Or I tell her can u help me look I can't seem to find what I need where YOU say it is. And she says NO so SCREW her. I hope she is fired she is disgusting in how she treats people. She is like a demon on earth. read more

The reason I don't shop Target is because they always advertise having merchandise online and you go chasing stores and no items are available! False advertisement! I was told they update heir app and availability daily and obviously that is incorrect. I have checked four days in a row and merchandise is NOT available! read more

Target - Electronics Near Me - Menifee, California

I have never tried couponing before, but today we did and Denise our cashier was amazing. I immediately had questions as soon as I walked up and let her know I was going to be using quite a bit of coupons. Most cashiers would be hesitant and not too happy about it but she was beyond helpful and made the process so easy and actually gave me tips and insight to save even more! She was so sweet and friendly and really talked to us on a personal level like a caring human being. I will drive out of my way to go to her from now on. Great customer service is rare to come by and seriously she was a life saver today! read more

Love this location. Just wished they had more registers opened. Love how isles are always stocked up on items and very clean store

I love target, who doesn't? But the staff is seriously the WORST!!! I'm there weekly and these are the Longest lines I have ever seen in any target which makes for a super long check out. read more

Let me start off by saving this, I'd of given a 0 if I could. My wife and I were in this target today around 12pm to do some Xmas shopping and it wasnt that busy at all. We waited in line for quite an extended amount of time, longer than should of been, due to the moody old checker who didnt even say hello when we walked up, but yet complained about people and what she had to deal with. Then she adds up my wifes stuff and we go to pay the $300.00 bill and my wife wanted to use her $100.00 gift card, but because she didnt know what she was doing she was short with us and kept saying nope, nope, sorry cant do that and refused to get anyone who might know, so my wife being a courageous person didnt want to hold the line up any longer so we went to the return section to ask there if they could use the gift card there and credit our account. This woman wanted to double charge our account to apply the credit and expected us to wait 7 days for it to apply to our account. Meanwhile why I'm standing there a woman employee is walking around the store with a big sticker rubbing her breast to make it say wine, saying that's after work...wtf??? Now look I understand things are the way they are but "SOMEONE" could of taken initiative and time to make it right. I will not shop here again! At any target period there are too many other places to shop. read more

They just remodeled this location. Feels so much bigger, and things are so much easier to find. I wish they had more parking because there never seems to be parking and trying to get in the shopping center is hard because the in and out line is always blocking the entrance. read more

The store is extremely busy most of the time, but it would help if the cashier's weren't always "called up" as needed. That being said, a lot of the store is taken care of in a more than satisfactory manner, except for produce and dairy. The produce is a joke, and I have seen a lot of items that should be pulled off the shelf every time I go. This, compounded with the main reason a lot of people go here is the da*n Starbucks! The prices throughout the store aren't really that low, and you usually get harassed about the Red Card at checkout. You can save the 5% pretty easily in other ways if you are a smart consumer. read more

I was looking for a specific item in there Computer said they had one in stock but the person on the phone actually went to the shelf to look for it realized that there was not actually one on the shelf and referred me to another Target store saving me A good 10 miles in 30 minutes of my time great service by the employees at target. read more

Target in Menifee really let us down today. We called them asking if they had hula hoops, they said "a few" so we went straight there. There were 3 broken hula hoops that had big dents in them. As we realized they were broken the employee is asking me to move my cart aside. I turn and tell her that we had just called and she stated "oh yeah, I was going to say they were broken". Why would they even keep the product on the floor if its broken. Its not like someone will buy it like that. Also the pool section and patio chairs section were all a big mess. The management there needs to change big time!!! read more

Only giving 2 stars cause I do not normally have issues at target. However, I am very annoyed now. Tried to return diapers and a shampoo. The lady scanned my receipt and just said she can't make a "return against the receipt". What does that mean? I don't know AND NEITHER DID SHE. She asked me several times if I had the card I bought said items with. I did not & I've honestly never needed it in the past. Instead of trying to help any further, she just stared at me. I got frustrated and took the things back and then she told me to have a nice day.... right.. thanks. Tried reaching target corporate. They are just as clueless as their employees. So frustrating. read more

Closes exits before the store closes. Your store and parking lot is quite large. Why???

Rude employee, and manager (heard him over the walkie talkie). They told me a product wasn't in stock when I can literally see that it was on the system! read more

Felt people at this Target were racist. I went to pay at the self checkout with cash. Noticed the Target team member was to the right of me before my transaction and ended up standing right behind me, facing my way/the screen after my transaction. I proceed to ask her for change since I didn't like the change disbursement from the machine. I thanked her twice and got no acknowledgment. Same with the dressing room member. Not the best customer service and felt it had to do with race. read more

Horrible customer service. I get through the line and realize I forgot my card. I go back to the register that rung me up and stand there waiting for him to teeing me up. After I sat can you re ring me he says oh you can go to self check out I can't ring you up. When will they hire people that have common sense and some idea of what customer service is? read more

I send my husband to target while I stay home with our four kids. During this time of the "corona virus" I don't want to take a chance and take the kids with us. Better be safe than sorry. Ok! so I send him off to target to get food and other items for the week since target is a one stop shop. He gets to the dairy isle and there's no milk so he try's to get some eggs, there were about 3 associates stand and talking by the eggs he try going around but instead a lady associate gives him one 18 count eggs he said "thank you" and he told her "I need one more". She proceeded to called him a "Hoarder" he said "No I have four kids to feed. There off from school for the next four weeks". She laughs at him. I truly find this really rude and uncalled for. At this time of crisis. There was no limit to how many eggs you can buy. So why the rude comments. Definitely not going to target for my needs. Taking my $ elsewhere. Target needs to have better training for their employees during this hard times. This accident happened March 14 2020 Around 11:30am 12:30pm. read more
