Although I don't shop at Targets often this location is one of my favorites. Nearest to my home, large, well organized and clean, and customer service is there when I need it. There is a CVS pharmacy in this store which is convenient for me as that is my pharmacy of choice for my insurance. There is also a Starbucks inside as well. I generally shop here with a friend (she frequents here much more than I do) and typically purchase food, household cleaning, and health items. I rarely if ever find clothing I like for myself, but can find nice things for gift giving. read more

Quick in and quick out. They have a large amount of self check outs here which I loved. I happened to be in the area although this isn't my normal location but I really liked it. Organic flour check, makeup removing cloths check, papertowels check and dishwasher detergent check. The place was well stocked, clean and I was in and out within 10 minutes. This is a popular location and it was busy was I was pleasantly surprised. I have no complaints about this place! read more

I love this location and I frequent it a little too often. I love that it also has a Starbucks, which surprisingly not all locations have. They recently got the new carts with a phone holder and cup holder. Parking is always ample no matter the time of day. My only request? Toss in a few EV chargers! read more

Birthday cards, school supplies, home furnishings, clothes, cosmetics, cleaning supplies and technology apparatus, this is a one stop shop. This is also a child's delight, toys, gaming and books! The aisles were neat and tidy. The shelves were stocked. There's a new addition with just liquor. The self-check out is a quick exit option. School uniforms are on the racks. Worst Target. I've been here dozens of times looking for Target exclusive pops. Only for them to be all sold out. I ask associates/managers every time, all they give me half answers or never give me an answer at all. They don't limit purchases most likely and the staff are in on making profits off of exclusive funko releases like blacklight & limited editions. This Target is hit or miss in many aspects depending on the visit, so it is not consistent in service for me. I have a love/hate relationship with this location. My last couple of visits I have found that they are sold out with cleared shelves on basic grooming items. I think having a sale or a Cartwheel store app discount is great but it would be nice if they stocked accordingly. The communication in store is lacking, for instance I asked an employee who had one of those handheld stock devices if he could verify inventory for me. He did and replied to me zero quantity in stock or back inventory. I asked another employee the same question about 5 minutes later and he came out of the back stock room with 10 of the product I was searching for. The service is another story, it really is hit or miss and depends on which line for a cashier that I get in. I have had sweet employees ring me up and I have had the cashier from hell give me issues over a store originated deal (cartwheel). It is sad to know that each and every time my experience will be like playing Russian roulette, will it be good or just bad bad bad. A store like this needs to strive for more consistency, everyone needs to be on the same page and know the policies,procedures, products and common sense customer service. It should always be a pleasant experience, I should not have to worry or think as I walk into the store if my visit will be nice or a nightmare. Come on Target, get your act together, don't turn into WAL-MART. I am at least expecting or prepared for rude employees and chaos when I step foot in that hot mess of a store. read more

Pretty much has shopped all the Targets in the valley and this is the best one. Maybe I'm bias because I live in Summerlin but all the other locations don't feel like a 'Target' compared to this one. It's the cleanest and most organized one I have been to. Plus it has more selection then the others and was just remodeled so it's extra boujee for the us spoiled Summerlin folk. Not to mention there is a Starbucks inside and across the parking lot so I can get my caffeine fix before I shop. read more

This target used to be nice and calm. Now it's super ghetto and ratchet. In fact that whole parking lot and Summerlin area as become very gross and unsafe. You have homeless people walking around with suitcases passed out on curbs at 7:30am and kids loitering scamming people for money for football in the middle of summer and being snarky as hell when you tell them no. I just went to the Boca Park Target and talk about a train wreck! I was buying groceries, electronics, bedding etc. a cart full and all they offered was self check out??? The older man that was overseeing the self check was annoyed that I had so much stuff and was trying to rush me and pushed me aside to "help" and even he couldn't ring up the two blue ray players without trying 5 times. If I wanted to work there I would???? I would give them _ -2 stars if I could. If you can get it on Amazon I will from now on. Bummer because I used to Love Target. 5 stars in all directions. This is absolutely my favorite target store. I haven't wanted to actually come on and do a review since the remodel. It has put this target on the same level as an IKEA almost. I love the furniture displays. The stopping by Starbucks to get a drink and look around for a few minutes has turned into staying in this store for hours and planning a remodel on your house lol. I love the kids bedroom section. They have the nicest kids furniture and displays and not they have the whole collections. All sorts of items I never knew I needed! The alcohol section is great too! Great wine selections etc and all in its own area. And every time I come everyone is so helpful. Anytime I do a return they never give me problems . I even started buying groceries here instead just for an excuse to see what new items they have. Great job with the store. My only complaints,there's one cashier with no personality I don't care for. But I've come across many that are wonderful including all the ones that are at Starbucks that are great! And then the use to be $1 section that now you can rarely find anything for a dollar. My daughter use to love getting a few items from here and now it's almost always a $3-$5 item. read more

When I'm looking for a little better quality stuff than what Wal-Mart can deliver, I head to Target. This particular store is one of my favorites in Las Vegas because it's a Greatland Store....which means it's massive and has a lot of items to choose from, which is what I prefer when I go to a big-box store. This store is also always very clean and the employees are friendly. I was there earlier today to pick up various household items and was able to find it easily and get through the checkout line quickly.....two huge points in my book. Will I return? You can take the broad outta Berkeley, but she will find a protest...First let me say that though I enjoy most of the stores in Boca Park & it is convenient to home, most work & across from my Pilates studio: the parking lot almost gives me a panic attack...Slow down people!!! Seems I'm in here a few times a month looking for inexpensive cute outfits for my honorary nieces & nephews, checking out the $1 area & almost always score Hello Kitty gear, which is bonus for me, my BFF and many of my fave peeps. Staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely leave without something I * must * have. Usually, Mom & I split into teams and divide & conquer comparing who scored cuter stuff at end. They have reasonably priced workout gear, especially on clearance. They even carry Toe Sox for Pilates. I also like their bathing suits, particularly that I can buy separates to cover my disproportionately fat bottom and 12 yr old boy rack. There are cute Maxi dresses to beat the heat and nice professional separates (as someone who always needs tailoring in suits major bonus!!!) Yesterday, Mom came up with the sweetest Hello Kitty terry cover up. It was soooo cute, I wore after gym to Whole Foods/before pool & JTern was remarking on it & Mom says "yeah, I found it in the kids' section" Guess that splains why I needed shorts under. Oopsie...ooh and it has Velcro: almost ten years in Vegas and my first breakaway outfit :))) In all, from my rubber ducky themed guest bathroom (don't judge!!!) to casual wear, occasional shoes & gifts Tarjet does not disappoint. I have a reoccurring problem at this Target. The problem today and in the past have always been about conflicting mark downs in prices. This Target mislabels sales items. Since I have found that I didn't get the labeled sale price when I got home in the past, I inspect every receipt now before I leave the store because I no longer trust them. Today, I took a box of cat litter, two bags of dog treats, and two boxes of Trisquits to the cashier. She rang them up and the cat litter and the dog treats were rang up as sale, but the Trisquits which was marked 2/ $5.00 didn't come up on sale. The clerk told me that Target has some special "Circle Sale" which I have to download an App for to get the sale price. Why would they do this? This makes shopping at Target difficult. The clerk asked me if I still wanted the Trisquits, to which I clearly replied NO. She took the Trisquits out of my bag so I assumed she deleted them off the bill, but she didn't take it off my total. After I paid for my purchase, I added up the total and found out that she still charged me for the Trisquits. I walked over to customer service right away and they paid my money back right away. Although they apologized and admitted that the clerk overcharged me, I was not satisfied because they have made similar mistakes in the past. It's almost as if they are hoping that you don't notice the overcharge so they can make more money. I shop at Target because it's in a convenient location for me. However, I am beginning to distrust them more and more. How many times could they have overcharged me in past that I didn't notice? If anybody has a corporate phone number to Target that I can file a formal complaint with, please let me know. For your safety, check all your purchases from Target at all times. read more

The staff are rude and it's very messed up how most go in to work and literally do nothing and get away with it. Target is way better than Walmart but I still can't get into this place. I have been here so many times for so many different items and always have the worst luck. I never find anything I like or need. They have really cute clothes but they always look terrible when I try them on. I never find grocery items I need and I hate the parking lot. I love Target...but today at the Boca store July 4th 2020...I had to deal with a very rude cashier! Lori as it said on her name tag barked at me for putting my groceries on the belt before she had wiped it...I gave her the benefit of the doubt but she then again barked at me again for putting a divider behind my purchases! Amazingly rude!! I normally self checkout and did not know the latest Target covid 19 checkout procedures UGH!! The only reason I was going through cashier checkout was to purchase a Target gift card as a birthday gift...please Target teach your cashiers to be friendly..it really was unpleasant!!! Have not been in this Target in quite awhile. Came in for notebook paper, of all things. Happened to walk in to see the womens clothing. They have really changed their clothing line for the better. Found the paper, although it was bit of a hunt. Not a big deal though. All in all, I really like Target. It is always a pleasant experience. read more

Review for the optical center only. So Vegas Family Vision (the optometrist) does a good job. The doctor was professional and efficient. Then I went to the optical center (located in the store) to pick out my glasses. If you come here I hope you like used car salesmen and being harassed. My associate (I believe her name was Yesenia) was very nice. That part I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was the upselling. 7 times. That how many times Yesenia and her associate tried to upsell on either the warranty or a better lens. The multiple sales pitches were absolutely obnoxious. That is not how you treat paying customers. You don't need to milk us dry. Whether it's commission based, or corporate policy, it needs to change. Although I won't ever be back to let anyone know. I will make it a point to take my business else where. You don't retain customers by badgering and harassing them because you have incentive based commission. Just another reason to use Amazon. Bye bye Target. Update... They alerted me via text that my glasses were "ready". When I arrived the associate told me it'd be "about 30 minutes". So after 8 business days, I receive a text to come Into the store and pick up my glasses (which I've already paid for by the way) and have to wait 30 minutes. What a joke of a business. read more

Okay I must have come to this Target on a Day where everyone was having a bad day, or just not enough employees on that certain day. But, I digress and will not base my review on Just one Bad Visit. This is one of the Larger Target Stores that I have come to. I am not usually in this area of town, but a friend needed something, so in we went. The Store, like I said is one of the larger stores. The signage displays for the different departments are large, and high enough for you to see. The shelves were all neatly displayed, and it was basically clean all around. Toward the Entrance and Exit Doors, you will notice on each side, there are self service registers. Meaning you can ring your own items, and be out in a flash instead of waiting in line. Okay, here is where my bad visit comes in. I wanted to know if a certain item was still in stock, I looked for an employee that would be hiding in the isles close to where I was. I found one, asked him if he could help me, he said "Umm, I can't help you, but let me call someone to help you." When he clearly had those little scanning devices you'd use to see if there was any in stock. I waited a good 15 minutes, waiting. Went to Customer Service to see if they could help, Nope....They again called someone to the department where I was. Again....No One Came! So, I just left. I have had better experiences at other Target Stores, but like I said this was probably not a good trip for me. Maybe the next time will be a better experience for me. read more

I asked the only associate in the area for help and they immediately told me just wait because it wasn't her department. I waited and no one was waiting prior to me within a minute a young Caucasian couple showed up and she pages again. Went in specifically for baby registry, a group of kids were jumping on the shelves and initially we ignored them but after a while the disruption was loud enough to disrupt many other shoppers including us. We asked for a manager but one never came. Once the kids saw us talk to an associate to call a manager the kids left the store. It is not the customers job to handle situations like this. I expected more from this target. The stroller display is mediocre and is an okay starting point, would recommend buy buy baby instead. read more

I have been coming to this Target for years, even before I lived a block away. I normally use the self check out as I only have a couple items and it's always quicker than the regular checkouts. I decided to go through the regular checkout with a guy (wasn't wearing a name tag) and he quickly reminded me why I use the self checkout. Never said hello or anything other than the total which is fine, just was looking to get out of the store fast. This was just the beginning of this simple trip. I looked at my receipt and just like every time I'm in this store the prices are not correct, only by 5 or 10 cents each, most of the time I don't say anything cause it's whatever. I go home and go out about my life and later I notice that my car was hit, I think the only place I have been is Target. I call what I thought was the Boca Park store and get through right away and am able to speak with security and he explains I am calling the wrong store, totally my fault. Then I attempt to call the Boca Park location and it's Halloween night at 9 pm an hour before closing and no one answers at all and eventually I get disconnected. I decide I will just call back tomorrow. Fast forward to 10 am on Tuesday 11/01, I call and again no one answers and I hit 9 for all other depts and I get someone and ask to speak to customer service and they promptly transfer me and it rings for a few and I get disconnected again. Then I called back and hit 9 and the guys says let me get you back over there and I say can you just transfer me to security and said sure and rings and gets disconnected again. I try this several more times and without fail they either hung up or they are disconnecting me. I then call customer care line and spoke to someone that said they will send me to someone else. Then the person they sent me to didn't understand most of what I was saying, kept asking me if I lost my wallet. Then proceeded to ask all of my personal information which I was not inclined to give as I just wanted to be connected to a manager at the store and they said they would documented it and to keep trying back. I have never been so dissatisfied with a store and customer service. I come from a very long line of working in customer service and I have mad respect for them and never lost my cool but this is definitely making me rethink my options when it comes to shopping at Target! read more

This store is pretty disorganized and messy. I was shopping for toys to donate to charity and the toys were just strewn everywhere. This could have been caused by kids playing, but other sections looked like this, too. I'm not the most organized person in the world, but I hate sifting through stuff at stores trying to find the thing I want. I do that at home enough. I don't need to do it when I am shopping. If the shoppers are doing it, fine, but someone should be walking the store and putting everything back in its appropriate place. There is a Pizza Hut Express by the entrance which seems to be a favorite hangout for teenagers in the area. They don't appear to be buying anything - just hanging out at the tables. I'm not sure of the allure but I did dumb crap like this when I was a teenager, too. The restrooms are by the entrance which is nice because this is a huge store and it would be annoying to have to walk through the whole thing to find a restroom. It's not longer a Target Greatland, though. The sign just says Target. It's still a huge Target with a lot of crap. But either this Target lost the designation or Target just pulled the brand entirely. read more

There's so many options for savings including online and phone coupons, Cartwheel-their mobile app for additional coupons, and their absolute to get a 5-cent discount with their canvas/tote bag discount, and their Redcard, which I am a member of (unfortunately). I mean don't get me wrong, I love the ability to save 5% no matter what. This location has a plethora of options, including produce been though this isn't a Greatland. Their service is iffy here, especially at checkout. I just feel like they're here to scan the products sometimes. But, I can't help how convenient it is to come inside the store. Most women are Target addicts, and I'm no exception. I go in for a few basic things because I don't like supporting Walmart, and end up spending over $100 and forgetting one oft he most important things on my list. It happens nearly every time. Have been to this particular location 3 times in the past 36 hours. Got all those basic new-home necessities we didn't bring with us: bath towels, pots and pans, sheets and comforters, silverware, and okay, yeah, a new purse too. But it was on clearance! Don't judge me. Noticed that there were few lines open each time we went, so lines weren't particularly long but did take a little longer than Im used to. Employees friendly and efficient. Have been able to find parking right in front all three times too, which is almost unusual! read more
