Worst experience of any target I've ever been too. I came over to purchase Pokemon cards. Several groups of people gathered inside and we were all asked to move outside and make a line outside, when it was 100° out. Which was fine. We made a line and did what they wanted. 3 hours later when the stocker finally finished (he was intentionally moving slow to unload 10 boxes of Pokemon cards), they came outside to do a headcount... Then when they were ready to sell, they allowed a new line inside that formed to purchase cards and cut 40+ people that were waiting outside! Absolutely crazy. When asked why they were doing that. Employees and loss prevention made up excuses and played dumb, which caused chaos inside and resulted in a female being pushed out of the way, several verbal arguments, and almost caused physical altercations. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had inside a target. They really need to model their system like the North Decatur store. read more

This store is going downhill. It used to have super cool employees who were very helpful. Now there are persons at self checkout who don't watch to ensure anti theft devices are removed and who want to paw your purchases. It still has a selection of stuff you need and want. It still has value. But it comes at a cost of certain rude employees now. read more

It is rare that I have to waste my time writing a review on a CHAIN that has been around for ages, but this Target is absolute garbage. The workers are unprofessional and unorganized, and refuse to take any constructive criticism about their absurd behavior. This Target never has any stock. And the workers refuse to even check if they have any specific items coming in. Not to mention their regular groceries are more expensive than other targets in the area. This store needs big restructuring and new management, because the employee culture is toxic and encourages them to look down on customers and treat them like trash. read more

Was in and out, I've said it once and I'll keep saying it. Target is just an higher end Walmart. The large lines to check out are ALWAYS and have been a deterrent for me. This Supercenter had a number of sales but there still not priced the lowest that I've seen or purchased. So I'll pass on getting anything from here. read more

I usually go to this Target because it is larger and they have more products. This store is great for variety and they have a lot of seasonal items. What I didn't like about this store was the customer service. There are tons of employees stocking shelves, but no one smiles or asks if you need help. The self checkout associate was practically sleeping and when I had trouble scanning an item, he didn't care at all. They do have a variety of products and I like that the grocery section is larger compared to some stores, but the shelves are very disorganized and a lot of items are advertised and sold out. This is good when you need a few things, but don't expect great customer service. read more

This Target was nice! Yes, I'm visiting from out of town. Therefore, I have fresh eyes, haha. We stopped by the stock our mini fridge. We picked up a case of bottled water, a bottle of Austin wine ($20.99), and a can of Twisted Tea ($3.49). It was a very quick trip. Have your ID ready regardless of your age. Don't hassle the kind cashier for doing her job. A sign is posted that they are required to scan your DL. We were lucky to grab the Arrowhead that was on sale $5.99. Regularly priced $7.69. I have this Boca Park Target marked as my home Target in the Target app. They have everything you need and I use their drive-up option regularly. The staff here is helpful and nice and the store is relatively clean. I don't recommend stopping at any Target for a bathroom break because none of the Target's I've been to around the country keep a clean, tidy bathroom. This Target is not an exception. There is always nothing so I resulted in buying online turns out one of the guys I was buying for works for the store so they open all the boxes when they receive them and take anything good and then resell themselves. Usually this Target is well stocked but today they didn't have the only thing I came for - Benefit brow pencil! No worries, luckily I walked out only spending $15 instead of $100 so it's still a win. I did try clothes on today and they now have them locked again and you need assistance to get in. I know for a long while they stopped locking the dressing rooms so I wasn't expecting that today. This used to be my go to Target, lately my experiences haven't been that great. This location is constantly out of basic items...sometimes large sections of shelves will be completely empty. Bottles will be dented, leaking, sticky on the outside. It seems like there's no care for putting items out nicely. Also, the shopping carts are filthy. I came to the store minutes after opening and there was trash in many of the shopping carts. It's really disappointing. Some cashiers are nice, a couple aren't too friendly. The lines can be long depending on the time of day. On a positive note, it's nice there's an Ulta section within the store. What happened? I stopped by on 5/5/24 and it smelled like a sewer pipe exploded or someone set off stink bombs. I thought I was going crazy but then I saw more people walking in as if they were smacked in the face by the wave of stank. I braved the smell and wanted to do a quick lap around the store. Whoever is in charge of restocking ice cream sucks at their job. Their protein ice cream is popular, and so last week their selection was nearly barren because the management doesn't care what's popular or needs restocking because they suck. If you want to keep sucking, when you get around to ordering more, order the same amount of each flavor regardless of popularity. Other stores carry it, so I know it's not a supply shortage, it's a shortage of caring, because this management sucks. Tonight I went to see if they restocked (silly me.) So apparently, due to greedy Target corporate policies, you are now required to have a membership in order to get any sort of discount. This was the first Target I've been in where I saw an Ulta station. It was the first time I had used the Target app as well in making my purchase and getting a coupon deal. Yes, it takes some time to complete and I had some setting up to do to get a $5 Target gift card, lol. It was a learning experience and I am glad I was with a friend who knew the rundown. You could buy the Ulta items with the reps or you could walk around w/ them and pay at the normal checkout stations. There seemed to be a wide selection of beauty brands there. The regular drugstore areas seemed to be okay stocked. Some items looked to be out of stock, but I wasn't really there for anything in specific. Today while checking out at register 2 at 2:45PM, my wife, baby, and I was racially profiled by the cashier. My wife was ahead of me and in between us was our baby's stroller. We were waiting for the person paying to finish when the cashier told me to back up with no explanation so I did and I took a step back. She then proceeds to motion with her hand and say "that's not enough back up more you look like you're looking at the ladies card" insinuating that I was trying to look at the person in front of my wife's card to steal her information. I don't know why she (the cashier) would say something like that if not to racially profile me as I am Asian. I had my son's stroller handle in both of my hands and truly felt like that was uncalled for. Me and my family will never shop at this target again. We will be leaving negative reviews as well as contacting HR. This was a very disappointing experience and hope Target doesn't hire anymore employees who treat there customers this way. read more

I loved it. I spent at least 2+ hours in this store because it has so many things that I'm interested in. I purchased a few skin care products, clothing, an Zilch Champagne. And I feel like for the price I paid it was definitely worth it!! Was excited to spend the day at Target shopping for Circle Week with my mom who is in town. Note: we went in with wallets and phones only. We are African American. As we went through the store, we just shared a cart. We went to check out and I would scan my mom's items and hand them to her to bag. When I turned around, an African American security guard was watching us. I thought maybe he was making an employee purchase but he didn't have anything to buy. We kept scanning our items and my mom paid. Next, I went to scan my items. Security Guard still watching us. I had 3 clothing items with tags on them so I would scan them and then hand them to my mom so that she could give them to the Target employee to take the sensor off. She asked me and my mom if the items had been scanned. By this point, I'm growing a little annoyed so I snapped back at her and said "Yes, we scanned the items!" I finished checking out and went to pay with my Target card but it was like it was thinking so I turned to the Security Guard and he said hit this button so I started the payment process over. After we checked out and went to the car, I said to my mom that I wanted to go back in and check if he (the security guard) was still in the area. I went back in and he had moved on, it was literally less than 3 minutes. So I sought out the Manager and told her about my experience. She informed me she would talk to the associate and the security supervisor. Never have I had such a humiliating experience where I'm being surveilled at check out. I will only shop at my Centennial Target. Much nicer staff and I've never been made to feel like a degenerate thief! I am a working professional with an advanced college degree. Had to return something and was a little confused about the card that the return was going to be refunded to because it had a different number than my actual card. The guy who was helping me called his manager over and she literally was the kindest manager I think I've ever encountered in a long time! Her name is Julie! She took the time to explain what was going on. (And she explained so detailed) She was super patient and kind which is hard to find. Most managers will be unkind if they suspect that you are a sweet person. But not her, she didn't take my kindness for granted! 5 stars for you Julie! You give faith in humanity! We did an online pickup for some items we needed for our vacation. Our order was picked accurately and we appreciated their promptness. (Our trip was back in March). One odd thing was a woman in back of me was just out of the queue for customer service, and they asked her to step forward over the queue prior to calling her up. I have had my vacuum less than one year and rarely use (it is physically in great condition) it as my housekeeper brings her own. The battery attachment is no longer working. I am told by the manager that they only take returns/exchanges for 90 days. Unfortunately for me, I expect my HOOVER vacuum to last at least one year! Can't really say to much about this Target, it's located on the edge of the highly densely populated edge of Chinatown at the intersection of Rainbow and Spring Mountain across from its competition Wal-Mart. Parking it's fairly easy, sometimes there's homeless wandering around but they're never a bother, at night make sure you park under a light for safety anyway, in close proximity to the front door greeter or loss prevention officer. This isn't a super Target so they have all the regular conveniences you'd expect a Tar-zhay to have, we went to buy Christmas cards, there was an ample selection. We went in the morning and honestly if we have a good amount of items I hate self-checkout, there was no register open! The traffic was moderate and I hate to self checkout my stuff. Aside from not having someone to check me out I really don't have much else to complain about, I've been coming here for years because I don't work far so it's more of a convenience, less crazies here than the Wal-Mart across the street. read more
