Gigantic Target! I think I'm in love! Lol We need two-story Targets everywhere! Please lol This Target is so big and has soooo much stuff! Oh my gosh, they have all the things you could want. It's like Target on steroids. I'm used to single story Targets. This one blew my mind! They have it all here. Clothes, food, electronics, everything. There's even a Starbucks on the first floor. You can grab coffee and wander around Target and get lost lol I was looking at the bathing suites, since summer is almost here. They had a big selection of colors and styles. I was happy to find some cute ones. I also found that they sold every flavor of the liquid death drinks. Every flavor is mind blowing! I usually search different stores, try to order online, and do all kinds of things to find all the flavors. Lol Not here! They have them all! Awesome. Again, the selection is great here! The store was clean and organized. Service was good. Value wise, you can't beat Target prices. The prices always seem very fair. They had fun little displays throughout the store too. 8/28/23 Getting ready for FLU season, before the stocks/supplies go bare!! Last time was ill, I had to go to 3 stores just to get lozenges--needed the sugar free kind. Of course, these items you pretty much pop in literally like candy--I do not need the extra sugar. All I want is some decongestant & I'm set. This is the first time I purchased it BEFORE I became sick. Too many people at work have gotten Covid, so I'm getting prepared! Meanwhile, Hubby got his inoculation against influenza. A local target that I visit once in a while, conveniently a part of the Lakewood Center Mall. My only minor gripe about this place is sometimes they close the entryway connecting it to the mall, so I have to walk all the way around to get to my car, but I understand that's probably just their closing practices and what they do. My other gripe is that they often run out of fresh vegetables that I'll be stopping by for, so I guess everyone else is also trying to pick up that one lettuce or bell pepper to complete their dish. Other than that, they're pretty well stocked. The store is clean and well-organized. I often grab chips and snacks here. Most times I don't have issues checking out, but sometimes the lines can be absurd, so I try to visit on hours that aren't busy. Will definitely be back as it's a super convenient location for me. read more

Went to this target to buy things and use a $100 bill and use it at the self checkout but we didn't realize that it can't take cash so they gave use the receipt thing and go to the return and service section so but the workers use a counterfeit detectors and it didn't went through even though and they also check in the light and didn't bother to accept it but didn't take it as it failed to go through my money was real and wasn't worn out or anything but I was upset and had to return most of the items won't be buying things here ever again read more

I am tax exempt and LaDasha the manager at this store wasn't aware of how to deal with tax exempt customers. I honestly get this all the time but the way she treated me made me feel like I haven't been in the system for years with my tax exemption; and I have been in the system for years. My daughters and I had to stand to the side as if we couldn't pay for our items all because I wanted what is provided for me; meaning the tax exemption. In business I hope that Target a beloved store to me and my family can have proper training to their employees to not make the customers feel inferior because they're not aware of different transactions. I'm thinking about reporting this to the CFPB & BBB bc no consumer should ever feel like this. read more

Store is alright, nothing crazy. Been shopping there since it first opened and enjoy the convenience of the area it's in and how close it is to my home. They do NOT answer the phone. lmao. Decided to try calling every-day. Morning, noon, and night for a week and only had 2 calls answered from the night crew. Tried 6 different calls for each time of the day too! Not sure if they're understaffed, lazy, or the phone system is wack, but something needs to drastically change. read more

Located also by Lakewood center food court, has two levels with a lot of items for every other departments, except for toys, I couldn't find much here, maybe people bought most of the rare exclusive stuffs before me, I thought being in a new area could get something different than my local Target, but well a lot of empty shelves in the action figures section :( they need a major restock asap read more

I suppose all those videos I saw on Facebook of Target showing products "on sale" when they weren't are accurate. I walked into this place last week and even snapped a picture of the television I was looking for. The Samsung 65" Class DU8000 HDR UHD TV costs $579.99. So when I spoke with someone at this location's electronics department, I was informed that the price would be less than $579.99 on President's Day, which was a total lie. When I returned, the price for President's Day had not been reduced. In fact, the price did not change at all. Fast forward to today, which is Presidents Day. When I came in, the price had not changed as the salesperson had stated. Additionally, they do not deliver or ship any of these products. That's why I left this store and headed to Best Buy, knowing they'd deliver the item for free. I've included photos of the things, such as the pricing from last week, this week, and online. I then called their corporate office, who informed me that the pricing fluctuates to make people aware of the lower rates in their store and to ensure we are getting a better bargain. Right... That is a poor excuse. She stated it as if it would make everything better. I wouldn't be surprised if they implemented this strategy to incentivize customers to purchase their lower-priced televisions in-store, instead of negotiating a price match with Best Buy. The question arises as to why they advertise the identical television I desired at $629.99, the same price as Best Buy. I checked back earlier to see if they had updated the prices, and they had not. read more

I recently visited the Lakewood store, and I was immediately taken aback by the state of the shelves in the grocery section specifically in the chip section. They were absolutely filthy--covered in dust and grime, with spilled products and sticky residue left behind. It was hard to tell whether the store had just neglected to clean or if the mess had accumulated over a long period. I ended up not buying any groceries because of the gross conditions. I just felt like shouting out keiko, she had such great customer service. It wasn't her section but she went out of her way to help us out.

Really disappointed in this location with the price matching I dropped $70 on groceries and was gonna make the trip to smart and final, so I figured I would save a trip and see if could just price match a bottle of Jim beam. Shows my ID and pulled up the web side on my phone showed her the price and the Casher played stupid waving her finger on the price match prompts on her register I'm pretty sure the option that said other would have been fine but the local competitor would have been the nail on the coffin instead she went with going with another emptying and guessing to see if they can price match. Yelp removed my review from a couple weeks ago describing, in accurate detail, my personal experience as to why I gave this store one star. Yelp says the content was "objectionable". Unlike other reviews posted for this store, my review contained no obscene or bigoted language nor was anything stated that was inaccurate. My review centered on the poorly maintained self checkout stands and the behavior of one of the cashiers who was aggressively angry and rude. This cashier dumped my basket of grocery items upside down in a heap for no reason. More bad behavior ensued. In my previous review I went into far more detail which I will not do because I have no clue what words Yelp found objectionable. I also will not name the cashier by name (even though other reviews do) in case that was the reason. I'll just leave it at that - I'd never return to this store based on my experience and it was important to me to make sure my one star rating counted despite Yelp's vague censorship. read more

I've been going to this target for years. I'm comfortable there, even when they move things around it's still easy to figure out. Most of the time now, I do pick up since I don't have much time to go in a shop. The pick up from the app is great and easy and I've never had problems. I wish they used less plastic bags for this but maybe I should start telling them I have my own? Not sure how that would work though. They have adequate grocery sections, clothing is fine expect it can get kinda messy in the jeans section. If it gets busy here they run out of stock fast. But when I'm here I usually don't have problems. Everyone is also pretty nice. It's my local target so I know what I'm expecting and what they have and I'm content with it. read more

Honestly use to love coming to this target, it was my home target but after seeing the security at the front who is most obviously in pain and in discomfort just made me sick. This location is great! They even have escalators and elevators! This Target has two floors and is located inside Lakewood Mall! It's quite convenient in my opinion. The beauty section is good, but it can be crowded at times. That's something to be aware of. This location was a bit messy, but not too excessively. They have good products as well, so I can't complain. The service is okay but could be better. However, it was good overall. read more

Going to Target has always made me happy; but I gotta say I'm very very disappointed now. They have a security guard at the front of the store that is injured, and clearly looks in pain. Regardless of him having a chair or not, he shouldn't be there. He should be resting properly. I had the pleasure of being greeted by such a welcoming security guard, he directed me to the exact location of what I was looking for, and was very informative; and I also admire the fact that he was still in positive mood even though he looked to be in pain. If I'm going to be honest I'm ashamed of my local Target treating it's wonderful employee like that. read more

Nice 2 story Target store in the mall. This place is huge and has every department to shop and even a grocery section. It's a tad bit messy and there are not a lot of employees walking the floor, so be prepared to hunt one down at the cash registers or try to search endlessly for the product you need. Luckily when you do manage to find someone, they are pretty friendly and helpful. This place is good if you need to make a Target run and you're at the mall or happen to be in the area. Otherwise, there are much nicer Targets to shop at. read more

So I made a purchase a couple days ago and they gave me a $10 gift card for spending $40!...unfortunately I had to return the items I purchased and I still had the gift card...they told me I had to keep the gift card and they were just going to give me back 10 less for my return! Target at Lakewood mall. Place is packed. Parking there is plenty but wow!!! target a Lakewood mall located on Lakewood and Candlewood. It's on the very north side of the mall. Plenty of parking all around best place to park is on the north side of the mall where the north entrance of the mall target has everything that you might need. Want and get very useful to be right here at this location.
