My family has been buying from Brian for years. I recently shopped there and only saw Brian's wife she offered a couch at a ok price but I found another for 100 cheaper same quality @ another store. I offered to buy from them (nice furniture) because my family has always bought from them. But @ the price offered from other store and she refused. So instead of making 100 less she settled for 0 dollars less ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I didn't haggle the taxes or delivery fee. Just asked to match 100 less. It's ok. I got a good deal been though from somewhere else read more

We consistently experience excellent customer service when making purchases from this family-operated business. We have also recommended their services to my family and friends. We have purchased multiple bedroom sets and living room sets for my home and my mom's home. Even though the store itself is small, there are plenty of catalogs you can order from. If you like to see things in person, most items you find at Ashley's, Living Spaces etc they can order for you at a discounted price. If you like Wayfair, most items from there can also be ordered for you. Just provide them with a Name, Model# and picture and they will let you know! read more

Hands down THE BEST customer service and experience I've had with furniture stores. Elvis is really hands on and helps you identify exactly what you need, without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality and affordable furniture! read more

I highly recommend Nice furniture, it was our 1st visit to this particular store after shopping around @ 2 other major chain furniture stores that had outrageously high pricing & by luck through yelp found this place! Elvis, the owner, gave us an affordable price we couldn't pass up! He is very knowledgeable & friendly, he's his own boss & assembler! We are so happy & our son loves his new bed!!! Thanks again Elvis for your awesome service & we will be back for our queen set! read more

My sister bought her bedroom set from this local business a few years ago. I was looking for a solid wood twin bed. We walked in and were greeted by the owner. He was with another customer but he said he would be with us soon. I looked through catalogs, but did not see what I was looking for. I asked him and he pulled out another of his many catalogs. I found the bed I wanted and he explained it had wood finish choices. He called and confirmed the bed was available for ordering. He was very clear on the price and delivery fee. I appreciated his humble and wonderful customer experience. We will continue to patronize this small family owned busines. read more

I read previous reviews about Nice Furniture, took a chance, and so glad I did! I needed a new queen size bed and the team here was really helpful. I apologize I forgot the name of the man that helped me, but he was wonderful and helped me find a bed. He provided me with websites to explore the type of bed I was looking and when I found one I wanted, he checked from his stack of catalogs and found the bed. Next was the mattress, which you can try out, the variety was from firm to plush, at least that's what I tested in the store. The price for both bed and mattress (with box spring) were VERY reasonable. Free delivery (I'm local in the area, this cost may vary per customer), low cost installation (this cost may depend on what furniture you have being installed) I definitely would recommend Nice Furniture. I'm loving my new bed! Ok. Thanks for listening! read more

Went today because of the great reviews it had. We didn't even last five minutes in there. We came in and it seemed empty at first. Then we saw a man at the very end that seemed to be eating and watching something. My boyfriend loudly said "hello how's it going?!" and we were ignored. We walked around and there wasn't many selections for beds and we still were hoping someone would come up to us to assist...but still nobody did. Even as we walked out it was dead silent. Guess they're not so nice... read more

Best furniture buying experience! My partner and I have had a specific sectional in mind but it's been difficult to purchase since everything is out of stock because of COVID. Elvis suggested we visit the shop to look around to see if there were other sectionals we'd like. Wow, great customer service as soon as we stepped in. We were greeted right away by an older gentleman and was given time to look around and browse their catalogs. Luckily, we found something we liked and Elvis was able to deliver it a few days later. Definitely recommend. Elvis was a pleasure to work with. Purchasing furniture during quarantine while most stores are closed has been difficult for my husband and I as we aren't able to feel/touch anything before buying. That said, Elvis made the process much easier. He was professional, addressed questions promptly, and was very communicative (re: delays). On delivery day, Elvis arrived early to prep for the assembly and the entire process was just seamless. The products themselves -- accent chair and bed frame (not pictured) -- were perfect!!! Our frame is sturdy and the chair is super comfy. We are so in love with our purchases and intend to make additional purchases in the near future. read more

Reasonable selection for the space. Best prices and delivery in LA. Owner and delivery folks were great and fast. Will come back.

I feel like I hit the lottery! I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on over priced furniture from these high end "name brand" stores and they have all the same kind of furniture from most of all of the same manufacturers for unbelievably low prices. I'm talking about half off the prices of other furniture stores. Brian and his wife are very nice, helpful and even funny. I will never purchase furniture anywhere else, no matter if I move 100 miles away! I've had my eye on a new sectional sofa from Z gallerie for awhile now but of course their price tag of $4,165 has detoured me. Nice furniture got a picture of the couch from me and the dimensions and the manufacturer will make my couch and I will get to pick the fabric and color! This is blowing my mind! SUMMARY: You can get great quality furniture for extremely affordable prices. Indoor & outdoor furniture any kind of furniture you can think of with great service. I will now never get furniture anywhere else! read more

I would give Nice Furniture 10 stars if I could. Everything from shopping to delivery and set up was super easy and non-stressful. The first time I walked in Cindy helped me and was very patient.
