I love going to this SuperTarget. It is always easy to get close parking, the store is generally not busy (and I usually shop on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons), the people are always friendly and typically helpful (although there are one or two slow cashiers who I now avoid if I can help it), and the best part is that the store is clean, well stocked and the shoppers are generally pleasant. And as usual, I show up for a bottle of shampoo and end up buying a cart-worth of stuff that I didn't know I always needed! Taking a left out of the parking lot onto 1960 is a nightmare though (not Targets fault though obviously), so make sure to always exit at one of the lights. read more

I only go to this target if I absolutely have to. The customer service is horrible and the selection is not the best of other targets. I very rarely find what I am needing the most. I gave this target two stars only because they keep the store clean. read more

Store in Humble Tx had a real rude "customer service" team member her Name was MARIE I believe... who act like she hated her job. She wasn't polite at all didn't even say hello when I'm the one that said it first and trust and believe she didn't even say have a good day she had the nerve to reply to me and say "yep". That was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have experience at Target in my 10 years + going their and I probably won't return. Usually buy several things at this target several times a month. I've always been satisfied with everything they offer. Got home today, opened a bag of tortilla chips. They tasted stale. Well no wonder....the expiration date was June 18, 2015!!!!! Made me mad enough I may not go back! How can a store have something this old?!?!? read more

Produce cases had some sort of slime and mold that had obviously been there for a while, produce area was not clean, produce rotting on shelves, I brought my concerns to the manager, but not only did they not seem very concerned, they insisted that it wasn't their responsibility but that of another manager not on duty. This store better get their act together or they are likely to endanger the public with their lack of food safety! read more

I was out of my medication and my regular pharmacy didn't have it. I tried 5 different pharmacies, Van the Pharmacist at target helped tremendously. I can't thank her enough. I will continue using my regular pharmacy but wanted to post that Van at this target is a great person. Wonderful and understanding woman. This target is also very clean in isles and restrooms. I have shopped in several Target stores, and the Atascocita store has the worst cashiers. They have repeatedly run up an item twice. I always double check my receipt before leaving the store. Today, however, the cashier did not know how to process my gift card, and was extremely rude!! I wanted to use a $25 Am Ex gift card, and she didn't know how to apply it. She asked me if someone had given it to me, and said that there must not be any balance on it. When I assured her the balance was $25 (and I insisted on using it) she was very annoyed and left the register to speak to a manager. The manager told her what to enter, and she proceeded to open the drawer and throw it in! I told her the card needed to be swiped to be applied, and she argued with me, before realizing I was correct. She had an attitude of annoyance the entire time. When she finally completed my transaction, she apologized, not to ME, but to the people in line behind me! I will be shopping at the Target in Humble from now on. read more

I am a fan of Target, I loved the stores in San Antonio and since moving back to Houston I thought I would never find a Super Target that lived up to the standards I was used to in San Antonio. Well I found it at this location, I love the layout and the fact there is never a crowd. The place was clean and neat,being that this was my first time in the store I was a bit taken back as to where everything is located but the store associates were there eager to help. read more

This is my local Target. I frequent the store 3-4 times a month. I actually am sitting in the parking lot as I write this review. Today I managed to get in line at the register at about the same time as everyone else in the store. No worries though. The managers and associates are always quick to open as many other registers as possible to accommodate their customers. Something I have never experienced at Wal-Mart. This has happened on multiple occasions. Thank you Target employees for making my check out experience as quick and convenient as possible. read more

If I could give a "0" star, I would. I always go to the Target off 1960 in the Atascocita shopping strip. Today I went there but they were out of Huggies pull-ups so we made a trip to this Super Target which was our first time there. First, we walked in and could not find ONE shopping cart. We had to wait around for one to become available. Second, I had to use the restroom so I went and was disgusted. As I walked in, a whiff of the disgusting odor hit me which was a sign that this restroom had NOT been cleaned. The only stall available was the handicap stall but I couldn't hold it so I walked in to that one. There was urine all over the floor and the toilet seat. It was disgusting! We walked through the store to grab some groceries and other items. Everything was everywhere and there was a "caution" sign in almost every isle due to spills or accidents. We grabbed what we could and left. Never again will I step foot in this Target. I love my Atascocita location much better and will always go there. read more

This Target is a disgrace. The store shelves are always bare. Every isle in this store from produce, perishables, hygiene, etc...is NEVER stocked. The dairy section is horrible. On too many occasions I have noticed the milk and yogurt had expired. Just yesterday I noticed yogurt with a Feb 1, 2015 expiration. Sadly, I never see anyone stocking or facing the shelves. If products run out the managers should do a better job with their ordering. I pay extra money to shop at Target for convenience and product availability. Lately, this Target is becoming a Wal-Mart! Also, too many times I have noticed there have only been three or four registers open with 8 to 10 people deep waiting to cash out! Sadly, this is the only Target in my area, but I am going to stop being a customer if these conditions continue. read more

There were 3 or 4 people, including myself, waiting to buy food from the concession part of the store (near the front entrance). We waited for a while. No one was there to assist us, and no one came up after seeing the line grow, and we all walked away. I like this target but their customer service is not very good. They lost a lot of money because we were all ready to buy food. Disappointed in target. read more

24 total lanes and 4 express lanes but the management is content to leave 3 lanes open at all times regardless of how long the lines are. At least open one express lane!! read more

My favorite place ever. Clean and usually fairly well-organized for such a busy store. One star off for a not-great product selection/quality, and because there seemed to be a recent change in management. I find the employees not as happy and engaged as before. read more

So disappointed with my shopping experience today. This was my first Saturday off in almost a year and I decided to go shopping for Christmas decorations. I was inundated with a save 5% sales pitch and just apply for our credit card and we will still give you the 5% if your denied, to a guest services clerk with LESS then stellar customer support after I was sent over there by my cashier. I ended up returning everything I purchased because I was flabbergasted by the response I got from guest services. Then, after speaking with a manager who could "not help me" I waited 20 minutes and searched her out again to show her that the coupon in question that started the whole fiasco was in fact still in play for my transaction. I really wanted the items I had originally purchased and my 2 year old had already gotten attached to. The head manager said that there was no issue and that they would take care of me. Yet, I waited for guest services to give back my items, just to wait in line again for the same issue to come up. After waiting for the manager one more time, she finally fixed the error. Needless to say I wasted an hour and a half of my time due to one clerk at Guest Services trying to enforce a policy that did not apply to my situation. I will not be back to this Target. I shop here weekly. Now, I will gladly drive further to not have to run into this situation again. read more

The five stars is for the manager that was on duty at around 10:30 this morning at the Atascocita Target. One line was open, it was busy..I went to self check out. I saw the employee that was overseeing self check out taking each item for the woman ahead of me, scanning and did the whole process for her. I asked her if she would do the same for me. She said yes. I get up there, she walks away. I asked if she was going to help me with this. She said no. I asked her why did she did it for the woman ahead of me and not me. Then she stepped back said no because I had more than ten items. She just stood there not smiling, looking away and mad at anything but me. I could not believe she just felt like changing her mind and was not willing to help like she said she would. She did nothing and just glared at me. I was shocked. VERY, Very rude and condescending. I have seen her in there a lot, I have never had her treat me that way. The woman ahead of me had a whole lot more than ten items, her cart was pretty full. It was not right to be singled out and treated that way....I don't understand why she acted like that. By the way, that is the perfect example why I do not like self check out. Something hangs up and they conveniently disappear. I got it done, checked out and then called the manager and explained to him what had just happened. I was put on hold three times, very long waits. I think the employees in customer service knew I would probably call. They could see all of this from where they are...He was very calm, listened, said he understood how I felt about this and knew who I was talking about...He said it would be taken care of, that is not what Target is about and they do not condone that type of treatment and rudeness to their guests and wished for me to have a good day. He was extremely professional. This employee needs to take lessons from him or not be there. She obviously does not want to be there...or just stand around and do nothing while she is there. read more

It was about 6:30 on my way from home when my wife called me and asked me to run into the store and get some milk and eggs. So I thought that I would be able to get in and out of target pretty quickly because I know where everything is and I had already had a pretty long day so I didn't want to spend more time then absolutely necessary. I go in and grab all the things I needed within 5 minutes. then I get to the checkout line and let me tell you, looking back I should've just left my stuff there and gone to a different store. But, sadly I did not. There were at least 8 people waiting to be checked out and guess how many cashiers were open... 1. Yea that's it, and do you know how many employees I saw milling around at the very least 3. Finally, about 5 minutes later the manager came over and stared calling people over to work at the different cash registers and directing the traffic. After that things actually moved pretty smoothly. read more

Target customer service has gone downhill in the last few years and this store is no exception. Not well stocked at all! Playtex baby bottles 3 pack on sale this week for $9.00 instead of $12.96. None on the shelf. When I asked for help I was told there were 3 boxes in the store. But where, who knows! So the associate went on a hunt while I waited with the baby. 5 minutes later still no luck. So I asked for a rain check and was told as there were still 3 in the store I could not have one. Really, and then I was told she would have to 0 the 3 out and this was a hassle to do! So she then proceeded to keep me waiting while she went and looked up front. Came back no luck so after 20 minutes of waiting I am told some people might have these in their carts to purchase. Okay so how does this help me? I asked if we could please get a manager involved as I would like a rain check. Manager tells associate via walkie talkie to give me a rain check. Wait again while the associate goes and gets the rain check paper, in the process of trying to give me a rain check, she calls the manager again and tells her the item is showing it is not elligible for a rain check! And I am told to drive to the Humble store as they are showing they have 4 in stock. Are you serious I have a baby with me, and $40 worth of purchases in my cart and you will not give me a rain check that would save me $3. Needless to say I took my purchases out of the cart and left the store. So in Target saving themselves $3 they lost $40. Make sense to you. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. And if you do a search on Target complaints online you will not believe it! read more
