The Target in Humble gets super crowded sometimes, but this one is remote enough that you can get in and out a lot quicker. I can't quite get used to the layout though, so I ended spending the time I save just wandering around. They have cool, space age buggies though, so that's kind of fun. Another good perk since it's a bit slower, everything moves a bit slower here, so if the Humble Target is out of something, chances are it will be in stock here. read more

I was in the store and an item rang up wrong and the manager Brandon refused to honor the price on the sign in store! Then when I asked for the customer service number I was told "google it" when I asked for someone else he was even more rude and then sarcastically fake applauded me when I told him I was calling corporate! Wow! Where is the customer service in that and he's a manager! Only go here if you want treated poorly by an immature manager that will humiliate you in front of others! My shopping experience at this locations has been AWFUL to say the least.Over the last 5 years I have been to this Target several times.Each time I been there I've been followed by the employees to each area I went to. They really do have everything at target and they never disappoint. I actually buy a lot of clothes and swim suits from there and really like them. I also just go there for my everyday need like phone chargers, snacks, or blankets. They always have what I'm looking for. Although, when I am searching through the clothes, especially the sale section, it's pretty disorganized and hard to find what you might be looking for. read more

I can't speak to how this store was 2 or 3 years ago but I went in there today it was impeccable! Maybe because we are being extra cautious and clean during Covid-19... IDK?!? But this is by far one of the beat Target stores I've visited PERIOD! Those name brand items that are less available right now (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.) at least have an alternative. I didn't have have to reach far back to get anything because everything was pulled to the front of the shelves. And if they were all out, there were signs saying out of stock. Floors were clean and isles wide enough for safe social distancing. I literally have nothing bad to say about this store. read more

This has been the nastiest Target I have ever been to. The restrooms were dirty. The Cafe was dirty. Drinks spilled all over the counters, trash was over flowing the trash can. I bought pizza and pasta for my kids and everything was dried out like it had been there too long. The dollar spot was not stocked. It was just an ugly entrance. Only reason I went here was to pickup an online order for an item that was sold out everywhere else. The lady that helped me out was super nice and fast to get my order. At first the store caught my girlfriend (Conchita) and I's attention since we love shopping at Target for essentials. The store was fantastic to browse since no one was shopping there at the time and we found things at that Target that we wouldn't usually find at any other Target. I was greeted, treated with respect, and helped by an employee (I forgot her name, sorry!) when I needed help finding collectible items for myself and for my girlfriend's dad. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for, but we found something for my girlfriend's dad. Upon reaching the register we had the collectible and Conchita's shirt that we wanted to purchase. The cashier scanned the shirt and it wouldn't go through since it was an 'error' on their end. The cashier called over her manager and refused to sell the shirt to us even though we purchased the shirt beforehand at another Target in Spring, TX and the manager still refused to sell us the shirt. While the manager was telling us that we couldn't purchase the shirt, the employee leaned on the collectible item, destroying the package which upset Conchita and I. First off, it's a collector's item being sold on Ebay for $50 and it's rare to find. And second, the employee was not paying for the item which she in no hand had the right to do that to our item. We were very livid and upset about this and ultimately left the store frustrated. read more

This location is convenient, well stocked, clean and not so crowded compared to other Target stores I have visited. My complaint is a result of being charged twice for the same purchase I made in the afternoon on Wednesday, February 24. I urge the use of cash! No credit cards and not even a debit card! I thought I was safe using my debit card. The second purchase didn't show up until that night at around 10pm under a slightly different descriptive name on my bank account which I found very odd. (Hidden skimmer perhaps?) I called that night and asked a CSR if I should just contact my bank and dispute the charge or if the transaction could be resolved by the store. I was told that a manager could help me but there was no one to speak to me at that time. The next day I went to the store to guest services and a photocopy of my receipt was taken along with my information. I was told that an AP would have to take a look and they'd give me a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. I decided to call the store the following day and speak with a manager (male, name escapes me) who told me that the AP wouldn't be available until later on and that he would return my call. I was in the area a few hours later so I decided to stop in and speak with the manager in person. A different manager happened to be nearby and explained to me that honestly in these situations there was nothing that they could do in regards to refunding the money and that I would need to contact my bank to dispute the charge. So basically, I wasted my time dealing with Target management when I should've disputed the transaction asap. I thanked her for telling me how things really worked and left. 10 minutes or so after leaving, I receive a call from the male manager telling me that his AP only pulls up one transaction even though both clearly show on my account. He then states that the transaction may be pending and will fall off, but the transaction had cleared on my bank account. I then tell him that I already spoke to another manager at the same store and told him what she had told me. He then states that she's right and there is nothing they can do about it regardless. So why was my time wasted? I could've saved so much time if I had been told in the first place. I will continue to shop at Target as it is one of my most favorite stores, but I will make it a point to use cash there and everywhere when I can. read more

I shop here quite a bit since I live up the street. Most of the time I could locate the item I needed but I recently learned you can't get decent help over the phone. I saw an item online that I wanted to have shipped to the store. Target.com said Atascocita had limited supply, so I called to confirm. Lady who answered the phone stated she was going to transfer me to someone who could help. Hung up the phone. I called back two more times to the same dept, phone rung once and then I was hung up on. Shoot, I even tried calling from a totally different phone number. Same result. I called once again, this time guest services picked up. Lady took down the item number and told me she'd place me on hold to go check inventory. Woman never came back, the line rang and rang.....finally I was disconnected. Know what I did next? Reached out to Target in Humble, ordered the item I needed and picked it up from the store. And experienced excellent customer service! Funny how things turn out.....years ago Humble (before Harvey hit) was a bit subpar. This store has really stepped up their game. Month or so ago I visited Humble Target and had an employee walk with me all the way up to the register to ensure the cashier rang up the price correctly for something......it was marked at $1.00 on the ads but that was no longer the price and someone forgot to take down the sign, guy wanted to make sure they honored what was posted. Target is a one stop shop type of store. It has clothing, much like a department store, outdoor furniture and rugs, and even grocerys. The starbucks inside makes your visit a little more refreshing as well. read more

My favorite all around store in the Deerbrook area. Good prices, wide selection, generally well stocked, nice staff, a Starbucks (with fresh bagels in the bakery section) all combine to make it almost fun to shop. After a few years of shopping here, the nice British lady at customer service finally convinced me to get a Target Card and the 5% savings effectively took away any last possible reason to shop at Walmart. Thankfully, I didn't get affected by the recent scam (yet). Overall though, Target usually has what I need at a decent price and frequently has sales and mark down items. read more

This is a good target. Nice selection, clean store and bathrooms, I love the Starbucks and they also have a grocery section, well half of the store, hence the super target. It can get really picked over. I love going Tuesday or Wednesday morning, that's when they mark stuff down. Although I've notice it's only a few dollars. So not to much savings. This Target is not well stocked whatsoever. Shelves are always empty, shoe section is a mess! Checkout is not a good experience either... hardly any lanes open and self check outs are randomly available. It is quiet, so if that is what you're looking for then this is a good one. I prefer the Target near Kingwood but this one works in a pinch. read more

I can always walk out of Target with something. I don't know if that's a testament to the store, or my lack of will power, but this store makes me feel good about my purchases. It's always clean and mostly well stocked. I can always find great deals on electronics and clothing, and I feel the toy prices are always better than other stores when I'm searching for a gift. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The one knock I can give them is they need more staff in the Starbucks. The one time I wanted coffee, the lone employee was on break. Store is okay. I had purchased some uniforms for my child at another Target store earlier in the day. I returned to this store around 2 hours later only to be told they could not process an exchanged because it had not been more than 24hrs. If you buy a product and want to exchanged/return on the same day:The company policy is on order to either exchange/return you will have to return it at the store you purchased it at. So the inconvenience it was for me to drive an hour away and back had me hot the entire rest of the day! If the consumer has a recipt it should not be an issue!!! The website states only on a gift not on a regular purchase. Grrrr read more

I like this Target. It was clean, organized and the stock was decent. I found a nice black clutch for &12.99 for a last minute fancy party I had to attend. During checkout the staff weren't overly friendly, but they weren't rude. I don't think you can ask for much more from a massive chain store. read more
