I moved to Spring, Texas on Monday (as in 2 days ago). I order furniture for my entire 1 bedroom/1 bath over the telephone a few days prior...a young man named, Geovanni Soria, took the order patiently...as I was about to board a plane in Phoenix heading back to Dallas...touched in Dallas and stayed there a few days then on to my new position and new life...given the back-and-forth of having purchased the furniture over the phone while I was getting on a plane in Arizona, it is amazing that "Geo" and Blady found me! Not only was the delivery handled with care, but their cheer and genuine graciousness were palatable. They set up my new space in less than 30 minutes, asking me questions and reassuring me throughout the process. Without being overtly chatty or prying they communicated their pleasure at seeing me start this next chapter of my life. My honest review. I purchased then I decided to read the reviews. I was terrified. My install and delivery is for the missing star. Let me explain in store customer service was excellent they could've sold me dirty underware. The install I received my dining set in a timely manner but it was defected and the installer didn't say anything. He let me find it a few days later. That was minus a half star. My living room was special order. When they final recieved it they called and told me they would be delivering on Friday. Friday at 8 pm I get a text my delivery is on the way and should be there between 8:30pm and 11:30pm. They was a no show another half star. In there defense once I inform them of the defected dining table they called and updated me. Thet also sent 3 different technicians to look at the table to see if the can fix the issue. Also the living room set was delivered the next day. No horror story just a few glitches at the warehouse. I most definitely will shop here again. read more

Came to supernova just to look around found the perfect bedroom set for a queen ran into some issues when I got the bedroom set it was the wrong mattress they brought the mattress I had them to take it back talk to the store and talk to the warehouse people and come to find out they no longer had that mattress I got a chance to meet the most wonderful person in the world!
