They treat their customers poorly and are disrespectful of their time. Find a target that treats you better than this one. I spoke to 2 levels of managers about my issues and each one was more disrespectful than the last. Their issues are obviously from the top down. read more

I love this place. Paying the extra money so you would not have to deal with the ghetto ness of Walmart is worth it lol. Clean aisle , friendly staff. Everything is in the correct place. I love it. Not to mention their newest styles and fresh produce. I highly recommend coming here read more

This location is never crowded and always is clean and well stocked. The cashiers are friendly and the lines are never too long. One of the better locations in the area. read more

Using their registry kiosk was convenient but, when it came time to search for the items, not so much. What's the purpose of providing the aisle location if the aisle numbers are missing. Luckily, I didn't waste too much time searching. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt and no employees offered their assistance. There were only 2 lanes open. Seriously....and, on a Friday in the afternoon. Service was extremely slow. This poor guy came in for what seemed to be an interview and nobody could direct him to the right place to check in. ...not the best Target experience I've had. read more

I didn't find what I came for but staff helped my find an alternative option for me. Beware of the produce it looks like some was rotten and Not that fresh. Also, they had signs up about remodeling soon? read more

I kept bugging a woman to price check my stuff because she was right there and well nothing was under correct prices on the shelves. She was helpful and I always like coming to this target unless there's a hurricane warning and everyone's taking all the water or on the weekends cause lines are backed up but that's about it. 5stars for the Starbucks inside and the place that sells the icees and pizza. Yum read more

This target is great. I went in yesterday to pick up an order I ordered on line. The lady at the counter was greats she she also checked me out and helped me access my cartwheel app. I also noticed she was very helpful to the other cashier who was having trouble finding an order. Overall this is a good target. read more

Used to love coming here before the remodel. I'm not a fan at all of the new layout and it seems the selection has suffered as well (forget going here for produce). Really disappointed as they spent months under construction fixing something that wasn't broke and it's much worse now and looks cheap. Time to start looking for a new Target unfortunately. read more

I'm always shop at this Target and have never felt compelled to write a review on it until Hurricane Harvey devastated our area. All stores were closed in our area was flooded in every direction (due to the reservoir release), it was very difficult to get food and or supplies. Target did an amazing job in opening, they did not require customers to wait outside as most stores did they let everyone come in and gather supplies during a desperate time for Houstonians. I appreciate Target and there staff for coming in and remaining open when everything was closed. When everyone is going through such devastation something as simple as Target being open really makes you smile. Thank you Target I am forever a fan!!!! read more

Target is adequate. I feel that their new heath and home is good. But i also feel that this location is always a little more disorganized. Products are not organized and ordered on the shelf and more empty shelves you see not restocked. Also the mens section of clothing has shrunk! read more

Heeeeeey This target literally is a life saver. There are 2 people I love at this place, Sofyia and then Carlos. These two people are totally badass. They actually give a damn about every single person that walks in here, every single time. If you're hungry , this is the place, if you are running out of undies, this your place, you need a pair of new shoes (THIS IS THE PLACE) SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, if you have an emergency this place will be the life saver one. You want a quick breakfast to fill you up, you can get it here less than $5. Plus there's a Starbucks that's always clean and cozy. I have witnessed so many children after school do their homework in Starbucks and then in the Target cafeteria section. Also you want lunch or dinner that actually fills you up, you can get it here for less than $5. When it comes down to furniture and home lifestyle it is totally minimalist. So don't be expecting lots of detail in furniture or decoration it's practical just like IKEA However I must point out 2 things. #1.) the makeup section in secondary isles more specifically NYX brand is always out. My conclusion is that the main front makeup isles are always pretty and stacked because, hello it's the front but just warning y'all the brand NYX is always out. Now when it comes to their natural/organic/vegan makeup section THIS IS the place for that. Why? Because at Ulta that same stuff from Target will cost you $20-$40 over there. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! nope Also they have 4 "bookshelves" from top to bottom dedicated to skin care that is seriously waaay more variety at a much better price than at Ulta. #2.) the medicine isle I wish all of you good luck there. The pharmacist will treat you like a child. They do not want to assist you with help if you have questions. I had to ask a store clerk who had no duty in the pharmacy isle in order to get help. I'm grateful for her helping me. So yeah you've been warned. MAY YOUR LIFE BE AS YOUR PERSONALITY read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Houston, Texas

I love this location. It's close to my job and I used to frequent it quite often on my lunch break. I've always found the employees at this location to be very outgoing and friendly. I find that this location usually has items that are sold out in other locations. I visited today to pick up a tv via the drive up service and it was a great experience. An employee told us when we drove up that it would be a little longer because they had to find a flat bed cart and she also asked us if we minded waiting. We didn't mind at all and probably only waited about 30 more seconds before it came out. They had us double check the item to make sure it was what I ordered and then had me pull up the barcode on the app and sign. And then we were on our way. I've only ordered a few occasional small items via drive up in the past so this experience we awesome to have someone else bring out the heavy tv and help us load it. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores to visit. I love this location because theres a Home Goods and TJMax nearby, Sam's club, and a bunch off food places to go try out. For some reason, this Target feels much bigger than the one I frequently visit. Cleanliness and stock availability seems to be about the same compared with other Targets. However, the Starbucks line takes forever though! There seems to always be just one person working and I'm just impatient when it comes to my coffee. Other than that, I'll definitely be returning. read more

This is the worst target I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible each and every time I go. All the staff has a chip on their shoulder towards customers, at least that's what it seems like. No smiles, no greetings, no one wants to help, and everyone has an attitude. I had to call corporate on them when I was still in the store because the customer service was that bad. The manager ended up lying to corporate about the situation and I filed a complaint. It was such a waste of my time but after 10 horrible experiences I had to do something. I only stopped by this location when I'm in the area but I'll never go to it again. read more

This location is usually well stocked. The store was a bit dirty and had shopping carts in the aisles this visit.

Worst experience of my life. Excuse my language but this bitch ass employee was so rude while I and my sisters were in the beauty section looking at all the nail polish choosing the right color to buy. We opened it to check the consistency bc I am not going to buy a polish that is soooo runny like water would be a waste of money. I have don't this on all the targets I have gone to NOTE: we closed them all properly and DID NOT USE THEM ON OURSELVES. Also she was being so helpful with this white women that was asking all these questions. Like great. But then asshole came to us and started hollering saying that if we could not do open then bc we are going to leave them open and they just remodeled. NOTE WE ALREADY HAD CLOSED THEM AND CHOSEN THE COLOR WE WERE GOING TO BUY. After we told her that we were buying this color and that we did close the other. She raised her voice and said that we were ruining the product and that other people are going to buy them. We literary did not use use the nail polish!!! Then mumbled under her breath "these fucken people" and walked away! Like wtf Target is this the type of people that y'all hire! Never going there again! I don't ever leave reviews but the incident that took place earlier this morning called for one. This is the Target location we frequent at least three times a week. Long story short I purchased an infant Tylenol here exactly 2 months ago when my daughter received immunizations. She didn't develop a fever , so I didn't use the Tylenol. I went to use it around 1:40am today only to find that it was opened and used ! It's incredibly upsetting that my husband had to leave our home at this hour to purchase a brand new Tylenol when we should have had an unopened one in our medicine cabinet. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Because it's truly not a good feeling to see your child's medicine opened and used after trusting that it was a brand new item. read more

I bought a home essentials computer desk for $69. When I got home and opened the box to assemble there were no screws.

Going to this store since it opened. I love the self check out but there needs to be more regular lines open. There was only one register open last night. They only have four S. checkouts. I've never had to write a post like this, but I feel that I have to. I've never felt more disrespected in a store. A place where I've spent thousands of my hard earned money over the years. My husband, brother in law, and I were in the store just now, in search of some button up shirts and slacks for my husband. We headed to the dressing room, where we were told that "packaged" shirts couldn't be tried on. My husband complied and didn't try the shirt on. After trying the slacks on, we made our way back to look at more of their button up shirts. We found one in the style he was interested in already open and stuffed onto the shelf. Because it was already open, he tried it on over his tshirt for size. It was the proper size and he decided to purchase it. At this time, the young, lady who told him he couldn't open the packaging appeared and practically shouted, "SIR." We turned to look at her and explained that it was already open so we thought it would be okay. She continued to be extremely rude. She actually made our jaws drop. We couldn't believe the tone she was using to speak with us. She continued with, "So you're going to buy it?" I don't know about you, but I've tried on a lot of clothing at Target... This doesn't mean that I've purchased each piece. She repeated this twice more. We told her again that we didn't open it and that we're buying it. She immediately got out her walkie talkie and began screaming, "AP! AP!" over and over as she walked away with her attitude. We were approached by an AP (asset protection) manager who told is that he saw us open the packaging of the shirt. Interesting, because we didn't. He told us that they have cameras and that the footage shows my husband opening the package. We couldn't believe it. We were approached in the middle of the store, with people all around us, and were made to feel like thieves (over a shirt we ending up buying)! Unbelievable. I've never experienced anything like this before. It was such an embarrassing encounter. I've never stolen anything before, and to be made to feel like I'm guilty of doing such is unacceptable. I called Target at 2:49PM today and was told that shoes are buy one get one 50% off. I had the representative double check if it was for certain shoes, for clearance, or if any other exclusions apply. The Target representative double checked for me and informed me it excludes clearance and clearance has a 20% off sale. I went to the store and checked out about an hour after picking out my two shoes and then the shoes came up regular price upon checkout. I was upset by the misinformation and driving out to the target due to the sale and them not honoring it when I had spent the time making my selections. The staff was not friendly in handling this matter. It appears that the worker who answered my call and the worker at the register were not familiar with the sales going on in store which cause my inconvenience. I do not have a positive impression of this locarion anymore. read more

LOVE this target. I've been coming here for years and the employees are super helpful, at least when I asked for help

Long lines - always! Nice enough people working here, just not enough of them. Terrible shelf stock and organization; missing prices; misplaced items. General disarray across the store. Not my first place to shop; only in an emergency. read more

Super Target isn't exactly "super" with only one checkout open and all the self-service checkouts out of order. Once I could understand, but I find this store's checkout area understaffed EVERY TIME I come here, no matter the time of day. Sad to say, this was the last straw for me. I don't have the patience to stand behind several people with a week's worth of groceries to purchase two items. My time is worth more than anything Target has to sell. read more

This is a bizarre tale where I experienced a loose cannon Target employee -- Michelle; apparently she's a floor manager. This was my very first visit to this Target store. I was finishing getting wrapped up at a register. I paid with my Visa card chip. I asked for gift receipts. Misha, the woman working the register, was very polite and provided me my receipts and products and thanked me -- you know, a regular Target transaction. Suddenly, a woman showed up while I was grabbing my bags. She was on a walkie talkie and didn't greet/acknowledge Misha or me. She didn't even look me in the eyes and put her hand out and said, "Give me your receipt". I replied, in kind, "No. Is there a problem?". Michelle came back with a not-so-friendly, "give me your receipt or I'll call security!" I let Michelle know I was going to pull my phone out and record. Her tone magically changed and she actually made eye contact with me! I asked her if she was going to take away my freshly purchased items and she said no I could keep them. I asked why she threatened to call security on me and she said, "because you became defensive". I let her know that is absurd and asked to speak with the regional manager -- I've never in my life been treated this way by anyone, anywhere. As we talked two large men appeared. I asked for the name and contact phone number for the regional manager. She advised she couldn't give me that information. She said I could follow one of the men in plain clothes and they could provide that information to me!- mind you, I had put my phone away at this point. I let her know she could just provide the info to me and that I was insulted she called security anyway. Michelle shut down and decided to start helping another customer and completely ignored me at this point. Then a tall man, Dale, showed up with a Target ID and let me know he was a higher up at this store. I let him know I needed to speak with the regional manager regarding Michelle's behavior. He asked how he could help -- I then asked if he would come with me to visit with Misha, who processed my transaction, to have her tell him what happened between Michelle and me. Dale did not want to do that -- as if he didn't want to hear the corroborative info Misha may have; first he gave me a stall, " well, I don't want to bug her, maybe she's with a customer?" adding, "it's all recorded anyway". I let him know she was not busy and asked that he humor me. "Well, she's working, let's not disturb her". I noted she was actually walking in our direction and Dale finally caved. I asked Misha to confirm what happened and asked her to please note if I changed any words or left anything out. Misha confirmed the dialogue I wrote above between Michelle and me. Dale then apologized and noted he couldn't provide anything contact wise but a 800 # and the name of the regional manager. I let him know I'm a letter writer and would love an address to send a letter regarding my concerns of Michelle's behavior. All he gave me was the regional manager's name and the 800 number and assured me someone would call. Well, someone did call -- another store leader from this Target's location. I forgot his name or role. When he called I was leaving downtown and had my bluetooth on in the car and let him know I was battling a flu and really didn't want to speak with anyone but the regional manager. The guy was a real piece of work. He apologized for Michelle at first saying,"there's no excuse for her behavior", but after his spiel he went on to say, "could you see why Michelle acted as she did?"-- quite the contradiction. And NO-- there is no reason to treat a guest at Target like that, weather they purchased zero dollars, ninety dollars or a million dollars. This guy kept talking over me and I literally had to ask him if I was on mute or if he could hear me-- he replied that I wouldn't let him speak and I reminded him it was never my intent to have any level of correspondence with him and at the beginning of our conversation I let him know I want to speak soley with the regional manager. In fact, I called and spoke with a general manager at another location three days ago and let them know I need to speak with Jason, the regional manager of the location I'm reviewing, and that manager noted they would attempt to reach out to Jason regarding my concerns. I've yet to hear from the regional manager. The store clearly stands behind Michelle's actions and thinks this the way to run a store. I felt embarrassed and for the first time in my life I felt prejudice. I hope they keep Michelle on staff and one day another customer or even a fellow employee files a civil suite against the store because of her. This occurred on Thursday December 1st, 2016 and as of today December 7th, 2016 the regional manager has not reached out to me. read more
