This Target is pretty good. The customer service workers are very patient and the store seems to be kept pretty clean. Good management and nice products. I enjoy shopping here, but wish the Starbucks wasn't always out of everything when I go! Not the store's fault. Great location overall though. read more

I come to this Target often without any problems. Lines usually have short waits. This store is cleaner and a little more organized than some of the other Targets around. Employees are usually nice, but today I'm pretty sure my fiancé and I were discriminated against. We walked up to the checkout line (#5) and the short middle aged Hispanic lady saw my fiancé and I (note-I'm white and he is half Hispanic) and although her checkout light was on as soon as she finished checking out the customer in front of us she turned off her light saying she was closed. We walked away and got in another line. A few seconds later her lights back on and she is checking out more customers. I reported it to the manager and he said thank you and that he would find out what was going on. Just seemed kind of shady... read more

I come to this location all the time and they never disappoint. I usually do self checkout and they're always very helpful if I need help. A few months ago a cashier on a regular checkout line was telling us about the cartwheel app, which I was reluctant to download, because I just usually say no to signing up to things. I'm glad she insisted because I saved like $20 that trip! And I've been saving extra ever since. read more

I normally do not come to this Target location but on this particular day Black Friday I'll call to see if they had a certain item in stock. I get to the store I see the item which was a television on the floor in the electronics department I proceeded to get the item and ask for help from a represented by the name of Aaron Aaron help loaded it up as I got ready to proceed to the front to do check out I was stopped and informed this is not the one that's on sale for Black Friday. I scan their sales paper I looked on their display compared to what the box stated which was the same item. The item barcode was different so it wrong up for a different price my question to them is this the customer problem or is it the store problem or the manufacturer problem for inserting the wrong barcode. They proceeded to contact executive HR Lead by the name of Justin which stated he could not give me the item for the same price. In the meantime I'm communicating now with Aaron and Justin speaking in a very moderate tone then a young lady by the name of Danielle which said she was the product executive Lead. Danielle left a conversation with the customer to impose on the conversation that I was having with Justin and Aaron and said did you come from Willowbrook location did they tell you different price we're not doing those price rent although that was not the conversation although I was not at the Willowbrook location. I politely inform her to continue with the customer she's with giving them the proper respect and if she needed you insist on helping with the current status with just an errand and myself do so at that moment or wait for someone to ask her opinion. She continued at this point in time they begin to get loud I don't know if they was a waiting for me to be this angry customer or this angry black customer in their store. I politely informed him it is you speak to me in the morning time or I can show my ass with you. Danielle then proceeded to say I give you 10 or 15% off not the price no one never looked at the fact that the description of the product was the same description they had in their ad for Black Friday and the ad they had on display. Danielle at this point became very frustrated talk not in such a polite tone and stated there was nothing she can do. I requested for the head person which was Luke she stated Luke was not in he had left work at 1 this morning he was not answering his phone and I could not linger into the store and waiting for him or holding this product if someone else wanted it. I thought long as I had the item in my basket I can walk around with the item until this manager come in she stated that she sent him a text message but he refused to respond. I'm thinking I did not want to deal with me or two he never received the message we go to the front and I asked Danielle could she contact Luke again she said she contact him once she had other customers to attend. Now that you are a part of the conversation you don't want to deal with it. Justin at this time stated and conceited frustration on her face and said I would deal with the customer you go do whatever you need to do. Just instead I will give you 20% off and that's the max. I still left my information asking that they have the supervisor Luke to contact me well today is Sunday and I have not heard from Luke. I went ahead and purchase the item and stated I will wait and return back on Monday to speak with Luke all at the same time why I am providing their corporate office with the way I was treated as a customer. As I proceeded to leave their store an individual that was outside that was work for Target stated you was not going to get anywhere with Danielle we have problems with her as being a racist individual in our store and no one ever seems to address the issue and how she treat employees different from one another. I do not work for your store and I was able to see the way she responded but I will make sure that I make the news media where I am making sure I will have this on social media to be aware I am making sure as well to notify your carpet office and to ask why do customers have to be treated in the capacity that this young lady did so. If you did not want to be at work for the day stay home do not treat any customer in the capacity that you did to me. So I think anyone that is reading, anyone that is thinking of shopping at this location please think twice. What the employee fail to realize if customer stop shopping at your location there's a downside of people being laid off where is true customer service etiquette in retail. Please know that Target Has Not Heard the Last of Me read more

Horrible customer service. My kids stood at food counter and were ignored. Finally I had to go over so that they could order food. Incredibly unfriendly. All the woman did was complaint that she was expected to do more work than she felt she should. No hi hello nothing. Just what did u need?? Ordered pretzels and they have probably been there all day. Service so bad that I have left and won't do my shopping here. Said something as I walked by the shift supervisor and he didn't care either. Ridiculous. Guess I will go somewhere that wants my business. read more

Stopped here for a few things around noon on a Saturday, today. Literally all sections of the store either had stacks of boxes blocking or an employee would want me to get out of THEIR way so they could unload the merchandise. At one point, while looking for an item, I look up and see a young man coming at me with his load of boxes and I had to move out of the way so he wouldn't hit my cart or me. It's extremely difficult to look at things when someone has a stack of boxes in the middle of the isle! He couldn't understand why I was irritated and at that point I was ready to leave. I'm not sure why it's necessary to stock the shelves & block the isles & walk ways during one of the busiest times of the day, on a weekend no less. It seems there is a management issue and poor planning on their part because this has never happened at any other Target. read more

Clearly on a Saturday before school starts they need to have more than 4 registers open and 7 that are not! Are you kidding me?!??!

This Target store changes their coupon policy whenever they feel like it. I just went there to take advantage of their cartwheel 30% off items and I had coupons. I was told if I bought 2 of 1 item, I could only use 1 coupon. I only had 7 items, 3 of which I had 2 of the same item. I was told they would not let me use the coupon because it would deplete their stock. Really 2 Aquafresh toothpaste and 2 tide pods and 2 Eucerine lotions. She said the reason was because they are a low volume store...stupid. I wonder why they are a low volume store. Screw Target, Walmart will appreciate my business. read more

I LOVE the pharmacy at this store. The pharmacist and all the technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have even brought my child in and asked advice on a rash one evening. read more

Finally done walking around and time for checkout. We scanned the lines and found self checkout to be the winner. Only two people in line, yay!! One falls victim to incompetence, and then another. It's us, we're up, I muttered idiots under my breath as our self checkout choice seemed to be a great choice. After the first scan it gives us an error. I hear another couple in the adjacent lane claiming the same error. No worries, fast approaching is the self checkout associate. In all her infinite wisdom she says " Yeah they kinda go crazy around 9. Just go to the normal checkout." She repeated her ingenious solution to us as well when we cried error. So you're telling me that you have a consistent problem around 9 every night with all the self checkouts and the best you can do is have some half wit come and direct us to normal checkout. Maybe just close it at nine? Oh, maybe you could contact the people who service the machines and tell them there is an issue. Even the Walmart self checkout people punch their secret code in an attempt to fix the issue. Well done target, WELL DONE! read more

Danielle, asset protection manager is more concerned with her point of view than the customer. I expressed my discontent that she was unwilling to give me the cash back ($6.50) considering my recent investments in Target to furnish my daughters college dorm. Even thought I had a receipt . Over a $6.50 purchase of one hand towel, I continued to explain that we chose the same set with a different color, of which they still sell in the store at full price and that we purchased 4 in every size for my daughters dorm room but the still unopened package was overlooked in the college move and subsequently led me to the customer service/return booth where I received absolutely no customer service and basically a free ride for Danielle to spew her immature antics in the form of a power trip as a "manager". She accused me very loudly among all "her" staff (power trip) and customers in line of my lack of understanding of the 90 day return policy. Clearly a manager without the knowledge of the customer and untrained for her role as a supervisor to the many that were behind the counter listening and observing her poor management ability. Not to mention all the customers in line I'm sure she helped to win over in line. Might want to rethink any manager willing to argue with a long time customer over $6.50. Way to go Target!! read more

I'm all for target, always been, until this past Saturday! They had the sale on all Christmas decor spend $100 get $50 off, we saw a tree we liked so we asked a target member employee, he told us they didn't have it in stock, but he would check if another target had it in stock, while he was doing that I ask if it was for every $100 spent would they take off $50 since that tree was $500, he said I'm not too sure but he would radio in his manager and ask, they manager replies with "it's not specific on the ad so I will honor it. It I can't guarantee if she goes to another target location they will do the same since every store is different." So I said thank you and I would just go ahead and get my tree and the decorations from there since he was willing to honor that. We literally spent over an hour looking for our things, we finally head out to check out, the employee that helped us out happened to be by the checkout lines while we were checking out, so when we are checking out we start explaining what we were told so that guy starts telling his fellow co worker and she is very kind and is just asking another manager how to go about it, the manager comes up and tells us that's not the way it works, so at this point she repeats her self 3 times, sounding like a recording. I tell her I understand what you are saying but that's not what we were told by 2 people who work here one being a manager and her response was "I'm a manager too", never once did we say she was otherwise. She then starts to tell us the first guy that helped us was "confused" all the while he is standing 2 feet from her. So I start to tell her that's very rude, well how about the other manager is he confused too? She replies "I don't know what's wrong with him!" Maybe the issue is you lady and your stank attitude! Needless to say she fired me up and left everything there and went to the target on 1960, and guess what because their attitude was nothing like the other managers i just got my stuff and paid and left a happy camper, it's not about the money it's about pissy attitudes! read more
