Thought I could trust shopping at Target but no one should. Went in to buy a Visa gift card and as I was driving home opened the package to discover a completely different card inside with the activation code glued to the fraudulent card to complete the fraud. I immediately called the number on the back of the package for InComm to report the fraud and stop the activity on the card and returned to the Target store. At the store I showed the manager what I had and as I showed him the section where I pulled the card from, we saw two more identical packages. He opened those and they too were tampered with and had fake cards inside. After sending both companies ( Target and InComm ) pictures of what I had, they each tell me that they can't do anything about it and refer me to the other. In the end neither company is standing up for the fraud and I'm out $100. Buyer beware! Target no longer is the reliable store I remember. read more

Ok so seriously who isn't obsessed with Target? I have a Target Redcard, and the Target app. I shop all the deals, and have saved almost $2,000 dollars with the cartwheel app. That being said this location has some Debby downers, but I can deal with that. It's the damn used products I keep purchasing, and not realizing it's been used till I get home. First, I got an iron, and when I went to open the box someone had left water in the water dispenser part. Yes, full on water droplets, and water low key sitting in the bottom of the iron. Then I didn't have the receipt, and the one time I did cash I had to give my ID like some kind of criminal. Not my fault target. Next, I got an eyeshadow palette from the beauty deal they had going on. This time I did curbside pick up, and as busy as I am I didn't open it till yesterday. Of course my luck everyone of the damn eyeshadows was swatched. Everyone of them it didn't even have the protective sheet. I also purchased a "Pacifica" fragrance. No joke the fragrance smelt like amoxicillin. So I decided to exchange that while I was there. I kid you not I just got home, and it's been USED!!! So now I have to make another unnecessary trip to Target, because the associates aren't checking these products after they're being returned. In conclusion someone needs to get everyone to check product it's disgusting having someone's unwanted products. *Note* Immediately after the last trip to Target. I contacted the corporate customer service, and they said they'd address the issues with the team managers. That of course it was unacceptable, and they did refund me the money for the fragrance. I usually don't come to this Target, as it's much further away from my home than 3 other Target locations. Other times I've been here have been pleasant, but my last attempt to purchase something here was a completely frustrating experience. An item was listed for sale in the recent Target circular. Going to two other local Target stores, I discovered that the item had been sold out. Since my grandson had his heart set on this one particular thing, I looked at Target online to determine if ANY area stores still had it in stock. A-ha! I discovered that every Target listed it as "out of stock" but THIS Target did list it as being "in stock." Since I don't trust website accuracy, I called the store before making a nearly 10-mile drive here. Yes, I called. I was transferred by the operator to the department where the item was located. Phone rang and rang and rang. Eventually, I was kicked back to the operator. Told them I was attempting to reach a particular department to inquire about a sale item but that no one had answered the phone. "Let me try again," she stated. And again, it rang for a solid 3 minutes before I finally hung up. I eventually drove here since I couldn't get anyone to answer and verify this item was indeed available. When we arrived, the department I was looking in was a MESS. I finally flagged down an employee who admitted that he hadn't seen this item in WEEKS (no less recently due to the sale circular). UGH! Frustration! I was pretty peeved. I requested to speak to a store manager, and when I did, I was told that "the website isn't always accurate" and "we've been having problems with our phone system." Well, how about telling the customer that when they call? How about reporting this to corporate HQ? "What do you want ME to do?" she asked. And then she asked if I wanted the phone number for Target Guest Relations. You bet I do - so she gave it to me. Off we went, vowing to never step foot in this Target store again. The last few visits I have made to this location have disappointed me greatly. There is merchandise on the floors, the shelves are unorganized, and it is evident that management does not care about the cleanliness of the floors, shelves, or inventory. I really enjoyed this location. I wasn't expecting much - from the outside looking in, it looked outdated and I was comparing it to my usual Target on 1960, off Cutten. Walking through, the first thing I saw was their brand new Starbucks that's opening soon. That was the biggest Starbucks location (inside of a Target) I've ever seen and most definitely the nicest. WOW. Going through the store, I was mostly looking for house/cleaning essentials and I'm not sure if Target is having some sort of sale right now in general, or if it was just this location, but I've never seen so many sale prices! I bought 2 sets of Clorox products, with 3 bottles in it, for $4.99 and it was buy 1, get 1 50% off. Can't beat that! The set-up of this location much reminds me of the Target inside of Memorial City. They have a nice section in the middle of the kitchen aisle of super cute, modern items. My favorite part of my experience, was our cashier, Henrietta. I forgot about the cartwheel app until we got to the register and was having problems scanning my items while she was scanning. She got her phone out once she was done scanning for the register and helped us scan. No one was behind us, so she even went so far to go to our cart and scan each item to see what items we could get discounted. Our total went from $70 to $46! I've always loved shopping in Target but this time we did a same delivery because I just had a major surgery done. When we received the product - CRUXGG Coffee maker that we ordered, it was used, filter and pot were dirty and missing items. It's very frustrating because my husband and I had to drive back to Target to get a replacement. They were hesitant to refund the delivery fee. The Target personnel was not helpful at all. Went to this local Target by my office for bottled water, a Bluetooth device and some Vitamin Water.....I couldn't find the Vitamin Water; However, a young lady named Heidi helped and made sure I was confident in the location of the items needed. The store ambience of course was clean and the work staff gave a great impression of staying on task and providing proactive service. Employees and managers are always extremely rude when they are constantly huddled and conversing instead of working. One great thing is they won't really say anything if you don't have a mask! When a Target came to my hometown, that's when I knew that Tomball had really grown up. This Target is pretty decent - not the biggest Target I've been in but it's reasonably well stocked, pretty clean and organized, and the staff I've interacted with have been pretty friendly, too. It's big enough that it has a Starbucks inside, which is nice since it's the closest Starbucks to my house. They have a huge parking lot and weren't super crowded, even at Christmas time. That's my main complaint I guess, the selection volume. This store's supply and demand management seems to be off because of its vendors. I called the store location while we were standing in line and some little piss ant girl on the other end laughed and said that they were sitting in the back, then proceeded to hang up on me. Different layout than others but it works. Staff is super friendly, i'll give a specific shoutout to Mari in women's apparel. I was shopping with my wife and she made it a point to mention where we could find what we wanted (without being asked) and even mentioned sales going. I witnessed her do this for all in the vicinity. Helpful staff is one thing, but helpful and outgoing is a dying breed. It's Target. What can I say? It's where I go for cards, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. For the most part, it quick and convenient and they usually have what I need. Their employees are a hit and miss sometimes. One time while we were checking out, we were asked if we wanted to open a credit card with Target (three times in five minutes). Another time, while trying to return an item, three employees saw us and continued to have their powwow with us standing there. We were the only people with a return. You can't tell from box that items have been returned until you get home. I bought a carpet cleaner last month, I just know took it out of the box to use it to find water coming from hose that has a hole. Also another area missing a part that water is gushing out of. I went in the day after Xmas and the manager was telling everyone what to do over the phone and in person, all in front of customers, and loudly. Ran in here really quick to buy a new mop and I'm seeing they have some really pretty clothes, very modern and pretty. They're really stepping up their game. This is a review on the pick up that Target is now offering. I ordered 14 bottles of formula for my son when I told them I was there the lady comes with 2 bottle but still charges me over $100.00 I asked where was the rest of it and she said I don't know I don't think they have that many. First off why your you still charge me the amount for 14 bottles and second why did you not notice the quantity vs what you were bringing out to me. I ended up having to go Inside and show on my app the amount i was charged and how many I ordered. It was a waste of time I really hope they get their stuff together that was ridiculous good thing my husband was with me or else I would have had to get out of my SUV with my three children whom where already asleep and that is exactly why I did the pick up ! read more

This is an older target, but they've done a really good job of keeping it updated. We were here mainly shopping for clothes and a few games. We Stopped at target specifically to get some things off of a bridal registry. When we first walked in we went to get the registry list. It was very easy, a self service kiosk with the printer so we can get the papers and go. Before getting the items off the registry we decided to do a little bit of clothes shopping for ourselves. They had a huge clearance section which was awesome, the dressing rooms were very nice and clean, and all the people that were working there were very helpful and friendly. We did the self check out option, Which made it a little bit more difficult to mark things off the registry that we purchased. The self check out attendant helped us as best she could, but there is still one thing that she is still showing up on the registry that I already. That's not something that is the stores fault, I think it's just a flaw in the online registration system that target has. Overall shopping at the store was definitely a five-star experience! read more

This store is a lot smaller than other locations I have visited. It was a little hard to get to as the sign was on one side but the actual store was way on the other side of the complex. Pretty standard items with a very limited grocery section. Service was pretty fast and they had a few more registers open than other locations. I would return here if in the area. read more

This Target is pretty good. The customer service workers are very patient and the store seems to be kept pretty clean. Good management and nice products.
