Went to Target today to return and exchange a liquid foundation that caused me to breakout. I was helped by Joey at the customer return and checkout counter. He made this transaction very seamless and smooth, NO DRAMA! He had me look at the new liquid foundation that I wanted to exchange the one that I previously bought with and while I was at the makeup section, the makeup team, the young lady who always helps me, she has purple highlights and is very pretty and friendly;I call her OG2 was there to help me pick my new brand and color that matches my skin tone. She was patient and very understanding about my desire to return an item that caused me break-outs. I truly love this location as it's not only close to my home and not too crowded, the staff are well trained, know the value and driving force behind good customer care and they have class. Disappointed with poor quality of Thomas O'Brien bath products. Was looking everywhere to find the perfect eggplant color for my towels hand towels bathmat and wash cloth.Target was the only store in the area that I could find the color that I wanted. Never shop there before and always considered target an upscale Walmart. Sorry Macys but $40 for a towel is just too much. Price was reasonable and now I know why. After several months and a several washes almost every seam is splitting and separating on the ends of the towels , bath mat and the hand towels. Cannot return because of length of time that I've owned them but they should have lasted a lot longer than just a few months. The Journey goes on. read more

I LOVE this Target location. Not only is it (fairly) new and nice, there is plenty of parking, the staff is always friendly, and their pharmacy is the best in town. There are not usually crowds at this store, and I love that they have an extended selection of food. I always seem to find great deals here as well. I have never ordered anything from this Starbucks location, there always seems to be a line. read more

It's ok. Way too understaffed and the staff on the floor is just too busy with each other. Don't get me wrong. Enjoy you life as much as possible while at work. However, every single time I come in to here. Not 1 person recognised that myself or anyone around me. Even manager's or leads. Some are focused on doing their task. Some just gossip with each other "Has nothing to do with age". The prices have totally climbed. By a lot!! You can find something's even in the $1 store that match Target! I LOVE this Target. Which is why it pains me so much to write this post. At a recent experience at this Target, I encountered Rodney as my cashier. My experience started normal, until I started to notice that Rodney was inspecting almost every item I bought. Then, he began to comment on the items I was buying, making me severely uncomfortable. It got to such a point that one of the other cashiers noticed and asked him to just proceed with the checkout and not comment on my items. He officially crossed the line when he told her to mind her business. This was such an uncomfortable experience even though I typically love coming to this Target. It is unfortunately so obvious that Rodney brings down the morale of the store among the coworkers and people that encounter him. read more

I was shopping yesterday and I passed a trainer on the floor with 5 new employees showing them the layout of the store along with I was passed up by two supervisors and 5 employees on separate instances and they never acknowledged me nor asked me if I needed any help but greeted every customer directly walking behind me. I was only greeted when checking out and that was by Ava!! This is a racist store in my opinion it was all white people that didn't acknowledge me! I'll never step foot in this ever again. The store manager must be a tool also because most employees lead by example and Enid must not be much of one. The Target on Eastern is whom I'll give all my business too. Went in to apply, there was a man with Tattoos in customer service who did not approve. I got the impression due to my race, I was discriminated against. I asked for a kiosk to apply and was abruptly told there are none and to apply online. The general tone and dismissive nature was just strange. I'm note sure if I a wrong or not, but I feel I needed to tell this. I am Indian. I will not be going back to this Target ever again. The blond man with the Tattoos in customer service was very rude. They are great with prescriptions. They will always call my doctor. They always fill while I wait. They do take a half hour lunch but I put that time in my address book. Anna always knows my husband and myself and texts me when my scripts are done while I'm shopping. This Starbucks always gives us water no charge no questions. I like shopping here too. read more

Got yelled at my the cashier for setting down my heavy jug of water early, thus briefly stepping off my red dot of enforced hell called "social distancing". So I asked her why she doesn't change gloves between customers. She said she does. I told her she didn't after the last guy. "It's every other". Target : Appears to be out if business ! We recently visited our local Target on Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson Nevada. My spouse decided to purchase a digital camera valued at $151.00 Spouse wrote a check, and during processing the check was declined due to the fact that she had not wrote any checks recently at Target ? ?? She was rather embarrassed by this and contacted the store business office ! Apparently this company is out if business ... they just don't know it yet ! We have a multi million dollar acct.with B of A yet was denied !!!!! It appears that this company chooses to pick their customers as they see fit -vs- the customers patronizing the store of the consumers choice ! By common law one needs to provide signage " Not accepting Checks " unless prior checks written to this establishment ! I contacted the 800# to request stores policy and was told that because no recent checks were written that this was declined ? Although we wrote checks at the pharmacy, monthly along with our b of a credit card. I will consult an attorney about the legality of this practice. However I advise other shoppers to shop elsewhere ! Companies that use this practice tells all...... They either have poor business ethic practices or they are on there way out of business ! We were there On 3/13/2020 to buy more canned good, but the shelf was pretty empty.. and also a lot of shoppers in the store, that's scary, because CDC just told everyone "keeping social distances, and healthy people with no symptoms could also carry virus". The cashier was busy and very nice to us try to do some small talk, but I tried not to answer him, because I was afraid of his droplets could be in my shopping bags (virus could live on surface up to 48 hours), and I didn't know that he could be a healthy virus carrier or not. He did a Very GOOD customer service job, and looked like a very healthy young man, but I am a senior citizen in " Risk group" . as Customer I would give Target a suggestion " Please give your cashier face mask and sanitizer gel to protect cashier and also protect customers ". I LOVE shopping the aisle in the whole store and especially the $1.00 section when items are marked down. I can spend two hours at this store and walk out with great deals. I had a list and one of the items was bubble bath for myself and my daughter. I looked everywhere in the section I thought I would find it and finally had to search for someone wearing a red shirt. I was told that the only bubble bath they have is for infants in the infant section but Target does not carry bubble bath. Why would they not carry this I just don't get it. People take baths. Very frustrating now it made me go to another store. But, I will say I did walk away with good deals and enjoyed an icee and pretzel while we shopped. read more

Always hit up the dollar spot. Theres some cute items. The store is clean and neat. Dressing rooms are nice. Target may want to remind associates to have there private conversations somewhere other than the sales floor. One of the associates approached one of the women in the Isle straightening up by me who seemed to be a supervisor or boss. They had a light friendly conversation and it turned into the boss telling the associate about complaints other employees are making and discussing work ethics. It all happened right next to me and it was a little uncomfortable to say the least. Those are the type of conversations you might want to pull someone off the sales floor for in the future? read more

I am always getting what I need from target and usually get pretty good service....BUT I was highly disappointed with an employee named VICTORIA. She told me to wait to put some items that I was holding in my hand at the very end of the belt so she can clean.. So I did. I noticed there were no signs saying to wait until the customer in front was gone before putting anything on the belt.I do recall EACH register had it posted before. It's not on the register Ms Personality Victoria was on. So I mentioned to her that they should probably put a sign there so people don't put stuff down and then have to pick stuff back up. She tells me with this annoyed tone that they have signs at the front as you approach the register section. (Which I still didn't see), and she continued to tell me she didn't think it was a problem and it never has been. I think a simple "oh I will be sure to pass on that recommendation and sorry for the mix up" would be sufficient and polite. To add insult to injury, she didn't even wipe down the entire belt like she made a big deal about. If you're going to act like you're taking Covid seriously and you have a crappy attitude like Victoria, at least do your job right! She is definitely a good way to lose a long term customer and I'm sad to see that target lowered their standards when hiring this girl, and most of all I hope their Manager (Melissa, I believe), and higher ups read this so Victoria knows how to listen and be respectful to customers instead of copping an attitude. Shame on you Victoria for setting a bad example of what a good employee should behave like. read more

Everytime I come into this store the wait time at the registers is awful. There's a manager or lead that stands behind all of the registers and just watches the long lines grow. How about you jump on a register and check some people out to improve efficiency instead of standing there just watching. This place is getting as bad as Walmart with long lines. read more

I have left my wallet in the shopping cart and relaized it over an hour later. I live about 5 min away. Whoever pushes carts turned my wallet into the customer service desk and all my cards were in the wallet! Nothing was moved our missing. I buy all my daughters clothes here and some clothes for my husband and I. I love this target location. read more

This is the battle of the misinformed. This store is in need of new management, that can hire people that know customer service. I was directed to this Target, by another Target location(so I was a fan of Target for many years). I was told they had a Fitbit Surge on hold for me. They supposedly had 3 of them. Another associate at another location called while I stood right beside her. First I don't see an associate in electronics. When I ring the bell, a kid tells me he will be with me in a few minutes. He could have called someone else like the Target on Green Valley Parkway did. Instead, I waited for him, only to find they were out of stock. I was told to go to Guest Services. They had a Fitbit for Brock, none for me. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I won't beg any store to take my money. I love shopping local, but in cases like this, I MUST shop with Amazon.com. I did just that, and saved money. Target's slogan is expect more, pay less. Yeah, right. Thank God for Amazon. I won't have to waste my gas or time shopping at Target ever again. read more

Always crowded always understaffed... never enough checkers so be ready to wait in line forever with your one item while families load 3 shopping carts of crap before you, can be a little frustrating. Clean- Yes. Good service- No. I've been in here a few times, not once has anyone ever asked if I needed help, but several Target employees have walked by me. I believe if you work in customer service, you need to be there to serve the customer. I've only needed help once (with the kodak printer @ the front), all the other times, if I were asked "Can I help you?" I would of just said "No, thanks". How hard is it to do your job right, really? They are rarely busy, which may be due to the poor location or the fact that it's in a new shopping center & there isn't much in there yet, but if they don't start offering better service, I wouldn't be surprised if it closes. read more

This store used to be excellent. There are wonderful employees that work there and then...there are those that shouldn't be working there. The Manager - shouldn't be working there. He's cold, indifferent and could careless about customers. The store itself is fine. Always clean. But why do they always have stock clerks working when they open? Shouldn't that be done prior to customers arriving so that we don't interfere with them and they don't interfere with us? This store needs a new manager and to be rid of the employees who are rude, won't help you, and I even had one that wouldn't speak to me. Not a good manager!! read more

This is the newest Target in Henderson. Close to Fiesta hotel & casino & also to my house. =) The store is always stocked up & always well maintained. There's starbucks in here so that's a plus!! This is a supercenter Target so you got the regular groceries in here too. No produce though. Just the basics like frozen foods, breads, snacks, cereals, etc... I like to come here & walk around & just kill time! HAHA! Luv this store! If you're frugal like myself, check out the Target website & look the store sales AND printable coupons. This is the newest Target in Henderson. It's always extremely tidy and the staff are friendly and efficient. The floor plan is really great, which makes maneuvering around the store easy, especially if your in a hurry. The carrs they have are pretty Weome too! I also like the location. First of all, I LOVE target. I shop there 24/7, I am there almost daily. I just had a baby, and I have exchanged diapers there for different brands countless times. Every associate I have delt with, has told me there's a 100 dollar limit without a receipt, once you hit the limit, you can only exchange it for a different brand/size, you will not receive store credit. That was totally fine with me. I went in tonight to exchange a box since I received all pampers, and my son gets rashes from them, so we use huggies. The associate I talked to told me to go get the ones I want, and come back to customer service, like I always do. I ran back to grab the brand I wanted, came back to customer service and there was a different women there. She told me I had maxed out on my limit and couldn't do the exchange. I tried to explain to her that I got like 15 boxes (literally) of pampers and that my son gets a rash, and that I was told I was able to exchange them. She CONTINUOUSLY cut me off, spoke over me, and talked to me like I was stupid. Was also extremely rude to the other associate working customer service. I even have the diapers marked on my registry as purchased WITH the purchase number. How is that not proof of purchase??? This woman is ALWAYS in a terrible mood, and rude to customers. I've seen it on many occasions. Apparently she's a "leader" which is absolutely insane to me. If you hate your job and you're going to be crabby all the time, find a new job. read more

Really great that they expanded to food and alcohol, however, the selection is limited. Also, I really wish they were more consistent year round with the fitness apparel as well as abundant with sizes. Aside from that, its Target!
