I am so pissed at target. I bought a helium tank on April 25th for my daughter's 5th tomorrow and the box had an empty bag of balloons, trash, a used sponge, and enough helium left in the tank to half way fill a balloon. I'm so angry and sad at the same time. I was trying to make tomorrow extra special for her since she cannot have a birthday party due to the current pandemic and now it's ruined. The great thing about this Target location is that it doesn't get very busy compared to others. The lines are typically pretty short inside and when I've done curbside pickup, more often than not, there has already been an employee outside waiting with my items. Been patronizing Hemet Target for nearly 25yrs. Have always enjoyed the service and selection I usually don't get at other area store. But recent evening visits Target Hemet has lots to be desired. Don't know if it's because of limited associates or too busy, the evening hours lack the pleasant shopping atmosphere the day hours has. Children clothes on ground that no one bothers to pick up, CS dept slow, and lack of adequate checkers to service buying customers left this one disappointed. Last visit, 7/3/24, with only 2 checkers and no self-check, line went clear into health/beauty. Frustrated, I left my 2 items on shelf and walked out, returning the next morning to find the 2 items still on shelf where I placed em. Disappoints more are associates hiding in depts trying to avoid customer service or opening more check-stands. Hoping store manager notices evening crowd as more shoppers visit store after day high temps and add few associates to facilitate and satisfy customer shopping experience. read more

I was paying through self check out on Saturday April 1, 2023 at around 3:45pm. As I was paying for my items I was on the Walmart app and found an item I wanted to price match. When I was approached by the Target associate, Mayra, she seemed bothered to price match my item & would not look at my phone, she said she needed to use her own device for this. After I showed her the price on the Walmart app she then took my phone & was still not honoring the price match & was scrolling through my phone, on the Walmart app. When I tried to touch my phone to show her the price on the app, she told me not to because she was looking for the price herself -which I had previously showed her because it was on the page when I gave her my phone in the first place. I then tried to take my phone back to find it again & she rudely told me to STOP, she was asking me to stop touching MY phone. This interaction was unacceptable. I then took my phone out of her hands & took my items as is. I am coming from out of town to visit family & I will not ever come to this target again. My experience here & the treatment was not ok. No other location has ever made this big of a deal for a price match, if that is the policy it should be honored without someone taking my phone after telling me they needed to use their own. The price match was a difference of two dollars & Mayra acted like this was coming out of her paycheck. I went in this store looking for Pepsi Zero's in a bottle six pack and of course, as all of these WOKE places it had plenty of Coca Cola products but hardly any Pepsi products. As many of us have banned Coca Cola products we are looking for our Pepsi products. You are in an area where there are many Seniors looking to watch their sugar content. We really love the Pepsi Zero as it has a good taste and it doesn't teach it's employee's that white should be a bad person, this is the Woke teaching that Coca Cola is telling their employees. To be less White, well I won't buy their products and if you cannot supply the need for Pepsi Zero's in Six pack bottles I will not be shopping for anything at your stores. read more

Finally I go to Target and they have things in size small and extra small! I usually go in and they are always sold out of those sizes. People seem to be knocking this Target because it isn't a Super Target, to me that is like knocking a store for not being a bigger better version of itself. For a normal Target this does the job. I went to the CVS inside thus Target to get both my booster shot and flu shot. The whole team were a delight. But Katie who gave me the shot was an absolutely golden. She went into details about what to expect. The shots themselves were completely painless. Over 40 people waiting in line to check out! No movement for 15-20 mins! The cashiers are frustrated. The customers are frustrated. I have been in here several times between 9 and 10 pm...the same thing happens each time! Please address this issue...why can't the self-check out lines be open? Also the pre-recorded message is excruciatingly long and then once it completes it starts the Spanish language version WTH what happen to giving us a choice between English and Spanish why make us listen to both? this is a unacceptable & horrible customer experience. It's a run down target. Nothing compared to the surrounding areas and understand why but this review is in regards to its customer service. There are a couple very nice cashiers but upper management is rude. You can hear them speak so demeaning to the employees over the walkies. When you call the store they NEVER answer. I place an online order for pickup. When the girl came out with my order I noticed two things were missing. I never received an email, that they were out of stock but they still charged me for everything. I asked the girl why was I still charged for those items, and she said I would be refunded in 3 days. Only been here a couple times but this is what I see: -Nice employees for the most part, only had one rude cashier, acted like she didn't want to be there and overly rushed the transaction. Being a former target employee, that's not really a good target attitude. -Cleanliness was a positive, no gross messes(spilled things, and so on) -could use some more organization. I was looking through the ladies underwear, 5 for $20, and it was a disaster, could have just been an end of the day mess, but it seemed like a little too much of a mess, things not even near the right location. My Wife always like to go to Target to avoid the Ghetto clientele of Walmart. I think that the new Socialist California Plastic Bag Law is not right. It's not the idea of paying for bags but the un-cleanliness of the practice of reusing old bags, especially with food items. There can be problems with eColi and Sominilla. My wife always pays for new bags and this time maybe a used bag was mixed up or reused as a new bag, but it had some spoilage in the bag and it made my wife nauseated to see that. She is really upset that she got a dirty bag!! She now has a problem with those bags and might not even go there anymore because of this. What are you going to do about this issue? I mean really your using old used bags???? Not even Walmart does this. Also, the store is filthy, An Employee was using the family bathroom my wife uses because she is handicapped. read more

Rude cashier work...................I was so Excited to get my new sheet and my new throw blanket but unfortunately I didn't get either. I was doing self checkout and my blanket came up as regular price when I told the lady it was supposed to be 15% off this blanket, she said no it's not and that's there's nothing I can do for you. Well there was a sign in front of all the blankets saying they were all 15% off. So interested of arguing with the lady I just left. It's a bummer because I wanted that blanket. I gotta say this target is nice and has the stuff that any target has but when it comes to everything else it's not great. I tried calling them 2 times about an item I was looking for and they never answered, after that I proceeded to look online for what I wanted and found one in stock at the Hemet location, so I went to the store and went to find it and they said they didn't have it. So now I'm angry because I didn't even have to go down there if they would have just answered the phone. No one directed me to how else I could get it or when they are getting more in and the fact that the website is false when it comes to what they have is very frustrating. read more

DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC, HEMET TARGET KAISER. Apparently they dont have yelp so in writing it here and i hope they read it. I went to this clinic for a common cold, Nurse just said it was viral it will go away. Took her advise and took home cold medicine. A week later my throat was inflammed my head was hurting for over a week, i knew it was strep throat. She "ran a test" and came back negative. She didnt even give me antibotics which i asked for. She said it was viral it will go away. THE NEXT DAY, at 6:00 am i called the ambulance because i thought i was having a stroke my face was half numb, i couldnt move my face at ALL! IT WAS VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. The nurses and doctor felt my throat and it was VERY swollen and inflammed they ran all these diffrent tests and i was positive for STREP THROAT and now i have BELLS PALSY which is where ny nerves from the right side of my face is paralyzed. Im so so disapointed at this clinic, i feel like this could have been avoided if she paid attention to her patients needs. I had to pay all this money for her vistis plus the emergency and now i have to see a physical therapist to help with my face. read more

Don't expect to pay for anything here with a check. Their registers do not compute checks and once they deny you a check privilege (because you've never written one there before). They'll no longer accept your debit card either. No history of bad debt (or any debt) but just because. I was directed to two separate check stands then directed to call customer service who explained to me that because I had no history of check writing with Target, they would not accept a check for $250. They said that the dollar amount was too high. Am I laughing alone? Does anyone go to Walmart, Target or Costco these days and spend under $200? What if you don't use credit cards? I use only cash, checks and my debit card. It's Dave Ramsey's training!!! Nonetheless, Target denied me the purchase as well as my next purchase two weeks later which was using my debit card (under $100) sad and sorry to be treated like that. And all this despite the fact that a check is processed like a debit purchase. It comes directly out of the account. I have no negative history. I have more than enough funds but I get "Sorry Ma'am but you're welcome to apply for a Target credit card "Red Card" (which i already have, but I refuse to use credit any longer) Nice. Haven't been to this target in awhile but was in the area. I must say....the staff was very pleasant. The lady with the black glasses with chain was very friendly and helpful. Overall the store was clean. Only complaint is that every lane I went down it seemed crammed with employees stocking shelves. Target.... I used to love love love Target. I was a walking advertisement for Target. They were on a pedestal to me! Then I went to make large purchases that were supposedly on sale (here at this location), according to the signs posted below/above the product. On two separate occasions, I get to the register and the item rings up incorrectly - and not in my favor. Worse, management doesn't do anything about it - both in terms of honoring the posted sale or removing it. Eek! I also lost respect for them when they would post specials under items on the shelf, but then red-line it with fine print. My fault for not reading the print, but you know what Target? I don't want to go to a store to read. I go to shop! I never thought I'd shop at Walmart, but I now go there to avoid what seemed to be scamming tactics at Target. So now I don't spend a lot of my money here or make large purchases. Instead, I come here for last-minute items since Target is closer to my house. On a side note - My boyfriend won't go here with me because he says it smells like vomit. read more

I like Target. The "other" more popular discount super center is so nasty I don't even know why anyone would ever go there. I would never want to be affiliated with such a place! I love Target, but this location has really gone down hill and feels and looks like Walmart or even worse. The staff are mediocre at best! Very few have any sort of class or customer service skills. One "manager" named Dani looks just awful, full of tattoos all over her body and chest with low cut V neck red shirt and dermal piercing on her chest! Come on Target! You should make your employees cover up! Even if she was without any ink or piercings the girl looks like she should be a bouncer at a strip club! It's awful and completely unprofessional and TACKY! She should NOT be on the floor so exposed. It's actually gross! The last few times I've been in, the lines are awful too. Only two or three cashiers with several people waiting and other employees just roaming or lurking around (I can only assume they are managers or maybe supervisors) They need to jump in and help out so customers aren't waiting around!! No one greets you or asks if you need help finding something. It's very sad! I think I'll stick to the target in Menifee! Or Temecula. Had worst shopping experience EVER!! Asked "tech" sales lady for prepaid, no contract phone...she rang up a phone with a contract, and tried to tell me that's the way it works!...I stopped her and repeated my request...she looked at me slack jawed and wide eyed, as if I was speaking in different language!...The second "tech" sales lady (who was on phone the whole time) chimed in and said the prepaid phones are right over there, she indicated...I asked why she didn't say so earlier and she stated "I wan't helping you!"....WHAT??? I had to go to the front of the store for a refund ( she could not just credit my card)....This after waiting 20 minutes to be helped...all told, over an hour and the techs couldn't figure it out!!....The two "tech" young ladies had no knowledge of their department!!.....Ended up at Walmart, walked in bought the right phone walked out in 7 minutes!!! Target is my weakness for sure. This location is okay. It's close to my house and they usually have everything that I need. But, for some reason, I feel like they don't have as much of a clothing selection as the Menifee or Murrieta store. Also, this location isn't a Super Target but they did add a grocery section which is nice and they have the essentials. I've never had an issue with the customer service. They are always nice. Get the Target card too. I chose the debit option which means it comes directly out of my checking acct (not a credit card) and I save 5% every time. Can't go wrong with that! There always seems to be homeless people hanging out in the front and I agree with Liz O and it does seem to smell like vomit probably from them. Kinda annoying. And the parking can get kinda crazy and people leave their carts in the parking spots. I hate that!! Walk a few feet to the stall and push it in people! All in all, this target works for everything I need. And they have a Starbucks!! read more

I was scanning my stuff... she started yelling, "maybe if you put the stuff in your hand down you could scan the rest of your items"... she had to say that like 4 times. i said, "alright! i got it!" she continued to watch over me.. as if I was her favorite pastry... I started to pay for my first transaction. she starts yelling "you didn't scan the dresser, that pillow case, or that other thing"...
