    I stopped by here on Saturday around 5:30pm with my son to to get toys for a kids birthday party that we attended the next day. There is AMPLE toy options, which was wonderful. . That was easy. I also ended up getting a picture frame too. After getting the frame and toy, I stopped by tech area to see if they had PS5 controllers, which they did. I wanted a blue one and it was in stock! However, it was locked up, of course. I went to the main area with the registers for "tech" and there was no staff present. I walked around for a while waiting for someone to pop up. I wondered if they had a little button to press but didn't see one. When someone did, she told me that she didn't have a key and that I would have to wait for someone else... So I waited about 5 or so minutes and the guy came but was helping someone else, which took some time. I was able to get the controller after having patience and waiting. While checking out, I noticed that they did in fact have a button to call for assistance. I'm not sure how I missed it before. Nonetheless, I Checked out all my items there in the tech area.

    Always love a good Target trip but this is not my favorite location in the Greensboro area. Most of the time when we've visited this location, they've been very low on stock in many items we've been looking for. Staff has always been nice but there's always a line down the store waiting for self checkout due to lack of open lanes. It is conveniently located in a shopping center with other stores so if you have to run other errands you can.

We found a leather sofa and ottoman and made the deal. They delivered it flawlessly after the business closed and were as safe and delightful as can be. The owner had trouble finding the fabric we picked out, but called around before finally securing just the right amount. We are thrilled with this piece of furniture. I highly recommend Area. They're knowledgeable and kind, and the Younger sofas are made in the Triad. Overall great experience.

They promise my sofa will be delivered same day, but no it wasn't our brand new handmade one it was the one on display because it arrived with no tags and my family can't stop sneezing From all the dust coming out of it. I call to get a refund and they say they are keeping a 25% return fee. 25% of $2650???! So y'all want to keep $600 for me not getting what I want!? Now my options I'm stuck with a piece of furniture my family is allergic to or I'm out of $600. That's crazy work. They are very unprofessional as well!!!! Today I purchased several items, including a $900 couch. I live 7 miles away and the delivery charge for any distance up to 15 miles is supposed to be $80 (per the employees). The owner, Maria, told me my area would be a delivery charge of $150, because the "distance was far." She said she'd "discount" the delivery to $100. When I clarified the normal price with the employee, she suggested I talk with Maria again. I showed her my phone, with Maps open, showing a distance of 7 miles. She grudgingly agreed to $80 as if it was a favor. When I got home, I realized the couch was too large for the area in my home. My fault for not measuring, but since the couch hadn't left the store, I called to ask if I could cancel the sale. Absolutely not, the employee said, she "never gives refunds." When I spoke with Maria at the store, she said I shouldn't wait to purchase the couch, because someone else would buy it since, "it's such a nice couch." I spoke with Maria on the phone and reminded her of that statement, but she didn't care. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. She offered to consign it for me (!!!). No thank you. She said "I can refund you the delivery charge, that's it." I agreed to take delivery of the couch and put it in my basement, while I try to sell it to someone else. After it was delivered, I called to ask when the delivery fee refund would be processed. The employee was in the process of doing the refund, when Maria said no, they weren't going to refund the fee after all. She claimed she was offering to refund the fee if I consigned the couch with her. I reminded her that was not what she said, at all. Regardless of her failure to communicate, she still refused to refund the $85 ($80 + tax). As many consigners have stated, customer service is non-existent and as I found out today, the owner is unethical.

Had to spend no less than 30 hours on the phone trying to correct errant deliveries, items that were broken, etc. Multiple items are falling apart after 8-10 months and West Elm is denying any responsibility and declining to help in any way. I will never buy furniture from West Elm again, and would caution anyone from doing so. Desks have paint chipping at every seam 10 months later, leather chairs have metal and wood poking through the backs of them. West Elm says this is normal wear and tear. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

We will definitely be back not only to work on our next home re-do project, but also to shop for gifts.
