If your going north on Schamle Road there at the end of the road you will find a Walmart, or a Target... which one would you go to to lets see, buy Rock Band 2, A really decent top, pencils, and oh yeah... LETTUCE? Go to this Target, because its Super ( Super Target ). The place is really neat and organized and not messy and claustrophobic-like like the other stores. Its a good one stop shop, and you can even get Starbucks which is located right in the venue. The prices seem to be like a few cents more then Walmart, but they do have sales, really good ones at that... and i don't know about you but Id dont mind paying the few extra cents then having to go to the Walmart across the street. read more

Very Unhappy with this target. I live in Chicago, and only come here because I work close by. I left the store and realized after I took the train home, that 4 items were not in my bag...great. called store manager and told him about it and he said to come in when I can to get a refund. Came in to get a refund, They argued that my skus I left with the manager were never written down, and I'm lying...I'm 24 with a degree, and have a full time job...why would I lie about not getting 4 items. I just wanted a refund or to rebuy those items. Very dissapointed. I will be shopping at Marianos and CVS from now on because I think Target does not train their staff on how to handle customer situations very well. It's a Super Target. Nothing good, but nothing bad either. I will say the grocery section is a plus, but the other customers are a negative.

Best target ever! The most affordable one for sure, and do not even get me started on their actual great selection of clothing. I just visited this Target for the first time over the weekend and WOW, this place is bigg!! You would seriously need a couple of hours to get around the entire store. But I thought it was a lot of fun -- well organized, with lots of great products. And they had lots of eating options inside too -- Target's own little deli, a mini Pizza Hut, and a Starbucks. This Target has always been a favorite of mine. Recently I've run into a discrepancy when retuning items. I had my receipt and a $10 gift card they had given me for purchasing over $75 and they refused to give me my money back. I had not used the $10 gift card and had tried to give it back to the lady when returning my items. Needless to say I am now stuck with these items because all they would do is give me a store credit and said it was explained to me when I purchased the items. This was not true. The cashier did NOT explain to me that I would not be able to get my money back because it would have to be a store credit. Now a store credit to target is not bad by any means. But it's the principal that I had my receipt and a gift card I had not used and they would NOT give me my money back. read more

Review for the Women's and Juniors Clothing section: I think I am going to have to bite the bullet and start driving father out to a different Target. You would think all targets are the same, but sadly they are not. I use to love shopping at my old Target's clothing section. It was neat and the new item's were always prominently on display and the section was spread out. It did not have the cluttered claustrophobic feeling of a Filene's Basement bargain section (or for you younger crowd a Ross) Half of their section is discounted items smashed in together so tightly that it becomes impossible to shop without having to yank at something or pick up fallen item from the ground. The other half of the section is too compact and I never know what the new items are, it is not obvious to me where they would be on display. 90% of the reason I went to Target was for the clothing. Most of my wardrobe is still Target from my old store. That is starting to change. It use to be that I would go to my old target for clothes and stay to shop. So I essentially never go to target now, which makes me sad because that use to be my favorite store! I have started clothes shopping at places like Charming Charlie and Old Navy solely because they have neat and orderly stores with eye pleasing displays. When I clothe shopped it was always a fun treat, it shouldn't feel like a chore every time. This Target made it a chore. So i think it's time to expand my horizons and seek out new Target locations. read more

I LOVE Target - their clothes and jewelry section is actually really nice, and I love coming here to check out their storage, kitchenware and home decor. Lately I've just started doing a lot of my grocery shopping here, too, since I'm almost always at this location for one reason or another - since it's a Super Target, they have a deli, fresh fruit, and pretty much anything else you'd find at Dominick's or Jewel! Keep in mind that Target is more expensive than Walmart, Meijer and Costco, all of which are nearby in Bloomingdale, so if you're looking to save the most on food, clothes and decor, you might want to hit up one of those places first! read more

Why is it that I can't walk out of Target without spending $100? I am a loyal customer of Target and I will not shop at any store that begins with "W". I cringe at the thought. Love the clothes, love the home furnishings and décor, love the food....love Target! It is awesome how Target will allow you to use a Target coupon + manufacturer coupon on items to maximize savings...plus the 5% off when you use your Target card! This location has the traditional layout for the Super Targets...tons of frozen aisles, dry grocery goods and an extensive produce/meat department. I haven't got caught up in their designer collaborations so I can't really comment about those. I do know that when I visit a day or so later after a launch, there aren't any items left so I can only imagine how launch day went. Target...you need to stay around because I don't know how I would survive without you. read more

I like this Target. I've purchased everything from food to clothes to electronics to books and more, and I've rarely if ever been disappointed. Wide selection, good quality, neat displays with the Clearance section being the only area that's a little more stacked and busy than other displays but it's a Clearance section so kind of expected. It might be a little pricier than Walmart, but definitely worth it! Plus, they have great popcorn. read more

The Bakery here is fantastic! We've ordered cakes from them for the past 4 years and everyone raves about it, thinking it came from a fancy bakery. I've had great luck at the Deli too ordering fried chicken and sandwiches for parties. Overall really clean and well stocked, always a pleasant shopping experience. read more

I do really like this location and customer service is great and things are very easy to find but I don't appreciate that they never seem to have a lot of lanes open and when I want to just buy a few things its very unnecessary to have to even wait in the express lane for 10 minutes because the 3 other lanes open are full and that's very annoying so as mic as I like this location I cannot stand trying to pay for things there plus the cashiers are quite slow, so unless I have no other option I won't be shopping there anymore read more

This store is clean about 85% of the time I go here. It is the best one I do go to, but I feel that the associates that are just either standing around talking to their other associates about random stuff or the associates who are walking around look like they aren't doing anything don't take that extra minute to offer help for people who are looking for something and look lost. The selection is better than any other target I have been too so this is the one I will continue to go to. Also their cashiers should show they want to be there or at least show some energy because I feel each time I hit that register they really just want to get to the next transaction and get that day over with. For some reason I always see beautiful women at this store every time I go. I don't know if it's just this particular Target or if that's normal at all Target's. I have been shopping at this Target for years. It's clean and has a huge parking lot. The staff is friendy and always helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. But my favorite thing is their pharmacy. The two main pharmacist are Rob and Sema. They have been taking care of me for years. I would never even think of using another pharmacy. Rob even caught a medication that I was prescribed didn't iteract with another med I was taking. Rob, Sema and ther entire staff are simply the nicest and most helpful people you will meet. If you are getting your prescriptions filled somewhere else, switch to this Target. They will treat you like you are their most important customer. They are simply the best. Food, medicine, toys,clothes, home goods, beer and wine this Target has it all! ( including a Starbucks) read more

This specific Target location charged my credit card for an $80 purchase I never made! I made a $20 purchase...when I looked at my credit card bill I saw the additional $80. I contacted this Target and corporate and they both told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact my bank. Target showed the bank a sales slip showing someone else's name that signed the receipt, yet they still claimed it was me... After months of dealing with my bank and countless phone calls, they finally deemed it was CREDIT CARD FRAUD, cancelled my card and refunded me the money. Thanks for the "help", Target. Wouldn't it have been easier for them to refund me the money for their mistake versus me going through a 3 month headache with the bank....beware.... read more

My daughter put her application in to this Target on Army Trail Road in Glendale Heights. She then went to the store twice to follow up on the application. The second time she went, Devon the HR person told her that there are no positions for her. Now keep in mind, there is a huge sign on the doors of the store stating "Hiring". My daughter was never even allowed the chance for an INTERVIEW!!, they just LOOKED at her and stated, "we have no positions available for you". They refused to give a reason. Period. I can only assume it is because my daughter is BLACK. There you have it. I will never step foot in this Target again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this incident. Constantly move stock around to various areas although the Store Manager will tell you they have to stock things according to what Corporate outlines. This is untrue, i.e. Wet Ones Antibacterial Wipes could not be found, etc. A call to Customer Service indicated they will check and the person reporting back said they're in Aisle D-17. Really? My husband decided to make a trip over there as we were already in the car coming from the opposite direction only to find that they had ONE package left in this section which they call the "Travel" section. The person who checked for the customer service woman was someone named Mike or Michael. This store is always poorly stocked and no one seems to know much about why or where anything is. I've already changed pharmacies due to the extremely poor service by the Pharmacy Manager (not his direct staff) and now they are CVS Pharmacy. The competition is so much better. read more

my phone got knocked into the washer it did not like that at all! no calls in no calls out. went to target Jose worked with me he tried to get old phone to work then helped me choose new phone, I had ole flip phone no frills. I got a droid 5 inch my ideal. had carrier problem next day no service! went back, Justin went through phone, called carrier set up new sim card no cost to me, I talked to carrier they told me how to recover all my old numbers so I went home happy. next day I stopped in cause I had trouble getting old numbers, again Jose he took new sim out put in old did his kung Fu put back new card all old numbers back. no charge these guys are top notch! Went to this Target once and as I was walking through the aisles, I noticed some of the employees were handing out samples. I stopped just to look at one, and a very tacky female employee whose name I found out later is, Edonna or Adonna, says, very loudly and boldly, "I'm on my break," and then walks away as if to say, "I don't have time to serve you." I wasn't looking for you to do anything for me. I was simply, LOOKING! I already know people like you only love lunch breaks, smoke breaks and payday about your job. Chances are, Target is just there to put a few bucks in your pocket while you collect welfare on the side. Not sure if this Adonna person still works there, but trust me, she brings low morale to that location, and certainly doesn't deserve working with the public if that's her attitude. This was a few years ago, so more than likely she's not there anymore. People with her attitude never keep jobs. I told a manager of her attitude, and the manager said, "I'm sorry you had to go through that," but offered no real solution. Probably never mentioned the incident to this Adonna skank. Anyhow, I'm not a fan of Target. Prices are a wee bit higher than average, and they seem to allow anyone to work there. read more
