Came in before 11am and many workers were still restocking aisles on the 2nd floor. There were empty shelves in the seasonal party decor section and I assumed some Lunar New Year decor items would be there too because it's seasonal and party related but I didn't see any... When I went up to the third floor there was a little cart of Lunar New Year items in front of the escalator. It was such a strange place to put them. I wouldn't have found them had I not also needed to buy a board game (toys and games on 3F) as a gift for someone. Customer service was great though. A worker opened a register just for me and price matched the game I picked out. After I paid and left I realized I needed a gift receipt so I came back and they helped me out right away! Tip: always check their website to see if they have cheaper listings. I often get them to price match their own website prices. Parking: spacious free garage available. The walkway to Target isn't the safest so be careful when walking with elderly or small kids. I don't think the cars have stop signs and I witnessed them driving through the crosswalk when I and other customers were already halfway through :/ read more

My sister and I were in the area to shop at the Amazon Style store, which is nearby this Target location. We wanted to come here to check out the toys section and also found some nice clothes here. I'm going to defend the employees here for a second because I'm sure they are doing their best trying to maintain a three story Target in a very busy mall, and instead I'm giving this one star to management and budgeting. This location seems severely understaffed. There's usually only one employee around in Men's Clothing and they are stocking, restocking, and trying to maintain the dressing rooms all by themselves. There's self check out, but that's always busy because although there are 10 registers on floors one and two, only TWO at MAX are open. And EVERYTHING you might need day-to-day (razors, socks, and even freakin TOOTHPASTE) is locked up! So you need to call someone to assist you in between their very very busy tasks! They say the locking up situation is because of shoplifting, but I can go to the Target's in Burbank and Eagle Rock and never have to worry about having an employee help me get underwear from behind a glass case. Hire more workers to help out, ya scrooges. It'd help customer and employee morale. read more

Out of all the Targets In LA, this one has the best environment. The customers are polite and the staff are pretty solid. It does get confusing that it's two stories and if you forget something, you'd have to go up and down the escalator, but overall my favorite one in the area. 1-21-2023 Do not buy gift cards from here. Employees are stealing the account information and reselling them with no money on it. . I got a gift card from my sister and when I went to use it I noticed the card was glued on the packaging and the 3 numbers on the back of the card were scratched off. I confirmed with target that employees were stealing. So basically my sister spent $100 on a gift card that had no money in it and target can't do anything about it:(. It is fraudulent. 1-21-2023 I've called target guest services 6x and I've been told 6x I'm going to be transferred and the call gets dropped 6x. How is it possible that there is nobody that can help you replace a gift card that was tampered with by target employees. The 1800- on the back of the card was able confirm the my gift card was used at another target in the same city. I'm not sure what kind of scam target or the employees have going on. And even though they know employees got caught over the holidays selling these empty gift card they refuse to help you. I spoke to Teresa at target human resource Dept and she confirmed employes/target were running some sort of scam. I've been coming to this Target for years. I really love all the changes done to this location. Everything use to be crammed and now it's more spaced out. The employees aren't as helpful but then again what else do you except from Target. The only time they are helpful are when you're returning or exchanging items. I love their new pick up location - it's separate from the exchange & return line. No more standing in long line just to pick up an item. The Starbucks inside the store has also been remodeled. I haven't tried it out yet since the few time I been to it they always get my drink wrong. read more

Hey Target Corp and Target Glendale. Get it together. I came here today to shop for a few things. I love Target and Glendale store is my usual stop. It's my retail refuge and escape from every day life. So today I came to get a few things and an unattractive idiot wannabe influencer and her two friends were sitting on the ground with a bunch of wines on the ground shooting video, blasting loud poor quality music on their phones, and doing a photo shoot of some sort. Why would I want to buy any liquor or merchandise from this store after these idiots have touched a bunch of them to use as props on the dirty floor and put them back with obviously no intention to buy? The pic I posted was after I walked away for a bit and came back after talking to management, but they resumed being disruptive after management walked away. You can see the guy pointing a camera at the girl posing up against merchandise on an aisle while they were blasting their music. Yuck. I've shopped at Target regularly for decades and this is not the kind of experience I want to have. One of the managers and security guards went over there to see what they were doing and because these idiots temporarily stopped, management didn't take any action. But if management or Target HQ checks the video, you will see the extent what I'm talking about. There's a bunch of loitering and not buying anything, plus a bunch of disruptive noise. I can only imagine what kind of pushback I would've received from them if I said "excuse me" to actually look at merchandise I was going to buy while they were sitting on the floor being disruptive. I have lived in this area for about 10 years now. This is only my second time coming to this Target and both times I came I had a really good experience. they have really good deals on baby clothing. I have a 9-month-old at home and every time I go out to shop for my baby it is really expensive. But this target has some pretty good deals on baby clothes that you can take advantage of they even have big box of diapers that I can purchase. I had ten minutes to get to a facial appointment in the mall so I figured I had time to get a tube of toothpaste at Target. Seriously, that's all I wanted. I even showed the sales associate one of the items that I paid $50 and it was showing up as $17.50 online on the Target website and she incorrectly told me that Target never price adjusts on clearance. She said lied and rudely said I have to pay full price in the store even if it is on clearance online. I showed her that purchasing online isn't even an option which I could select. I don't shop here often, but when I have to, it's okay. I don't buy any of my clothes here, but I do like the kids section. The prices are good and so is the quality. I also don't buy any makeup here, but if anyone else had to, it appears to be convenient. They seem to sell the same stuff that's sold at Rite Aid or CVS. I like how they have a Starbucks onsite. Parking is free and shared with all the other shops in the mall, so it can get pretty busy/bad looking for parking at times. read more

I heard this Target is getting remodel so I came on a Saturday morning in late July. I haven't been here in a long time. On the 2nd floor, the market is expanded to one half of 2nd floor. Big grocery produce area and plenty of fruit and vegetables although the meats were empty. The aisles are wide enough for 2 carts. Toilet paper stuff is in the back. The beauty area is expanded to half corner space on 2nd floor. There are more self check out lanes too. I wanted to buy refrigerated items but it is too hot to put it in my car. read more

Tips for those looking for cleaning products or hand sanitizer. I saw they have some hand sanitizer bottles in a big cart at the self checkout area on 2nd floor, limit 1 per person. This was also where I found those little Wet Ones wipes few weeks ago, also limit 1 per person. This morning they had about 10-15 Lysol disinfectant spray at opening. Also, these products are a little pricier in-store, so you need to do price match with online price to save some money. read more

This is one of the bigger target locations I've been to because it's three floors. Parking can be tough because it's in the Galleria. People are also very mean in that parking structure!! Be prepared to find it difficult to find parking. I LOVE Target, but this location is one of the worst I've been to. Things are always missing, nothing is ever in stock. The clothes are always in a disarray. The cheap dollar section is always a mess. BUT they do have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks location inside, which is nice. The employees aren't particularly nice. Target... Pffft. And the Glendale Galleria location was clumsy set on to three floors with escalators. So, my laundry basket handle broke and I was desperate for another one. Seeking durability, I opted for a traditional handheld plastic hamper versus modern styled. Well, these plastic hampers only available at Target. I checked everywhere through an online shopping search. It was a dreaded mall run but I did it... New hamper, new detergent. Only bought a Tide Pods container... However, buying 2 for like $24 this week earns a $5 Target Reward at checkout. Target was understaffed, being remodeled, partially in disarray and not so simple to find things. I paid less than expected, which is always good. I liked the multiple entrances to mall and parking lots. I wouldn't go back on purpose. It's like not my store... They have an on-site Pizza Hut. Called multiple times to multiple departments, INCLUDING GUEST SERVICES and the phone just rings and rings until it finally hangs up on you. Tried the electronics and toy departments too, just trying to find out if they have an item in stock. It shows online that they have one in stock, but after calling another Target (one that actually picked up the phone) they looked for it but the 1 in stock was actually 0. Great customer service at Aliso Viejo, NO SERVICE at this location. Note to managers of this store: You have an advanced phone system that can route calls; how about setting it up to route to someone who will answer if no one picks up in a department? At the very least, it should send it to voicemail; nothing makes a customer feel "like you just don't care" more than the sound of your phone system hanging up on them. read more

I'm surprised this location has such bad reviews. I love it. I guess most negative comments have to do with their customer service. I see how that can ruin one's experience. Luckily, I've never had to deal with them. I can find things on my own and I've never had to return anything. The store has three floors and it took me a while to familiarize myself with everything, but once I did I was able to find anything I needed, with no problems. I went to shop at this Target this evening for some groceries. I put two steaks in my basket, and as I was shopping around the store, I noticed a body odor type of smell. At first, I thought that it was the store itself, but as I reached check out, realized that it was the steaks! The steaks smelled so bad that other customers started to smell it in the checkout line. We obviously told the cashier to take the steaks and throw them away, but having the steak rub on our other items in the basket now made our whole bag of groceries smell awful.. The restrooms at this Target are always disgusting, gross, nauseating, revolting, shockingly dirty, toilet paper and seat covers everywhere. TODAY, the first restroom was locked from the inside but I could tell it was clogged and revolting. A lady with her child walked out to used the restrooms at the mall, because the child could not stand the stench. I also shop here often, and I have reported this problem to each and every single manager at this location. Once, one of the managers went as far as to say that the reason why this problem persists it's because homeless people come in to use the restrooms.
