Been coming to this location for so many years it's ridiculous. Does anyone remember gemco stores? LOL, oh i think i'm dating myself. But Target has bought them out a long time ago and coverted this into a Target store, which i like. This target has that ghetto feel to it, yet when you walk through it, amazing enough, people have not opened all the toys and playing with them in the aisles, there's no banana's left in the toilet accessories or towels section, nobody left their frozen popcicles to thaw in the automotive dept or left their have drunken sodas on some aisle lol, or milk in the potato chips section Now you know where i'm talking about, the wally mart down the street, where although prices are good, it's not worth looking for something that hasn't been opened already, eaten or spoiled because someone left it somewhere else, just to get stocked again lol. Not reallly sure why people leave cold goods wherever they want, like it's gonna magically stay cold there next to the potato chips LOL. Get a freaking clue people, geez. Like the grocery prices aren't high enough, we're paying for the waste that you create by wasting that gallon of milk, which couldn't be given away to help the poor because you left it there to rot. haha, ok enough of the lecture, this target isn't even close to being that ghetto yet. It does get crowded, and i do agree with people. the clothes sections are usually empty, i'm usually at target for the dogfood, the cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, soda, stuff like that, but actually sort of surprised that a lot of their groceries aren't too bad. I'd of expected more stuff that was rotten, but they seem to change out the vegetables and things in time. I do see occasionally, some onions that were over ripe, with liquid coming out, but they do seem to check them at least. Most of the frozen foods and luncheon meats were within the time frame and weren't expired. Milk wasn't a bad buy buying the target brand lactose free, it actually had a decent flavor, but within the last year, the batches have tasted pretty bad, maybe a bad batch of lactose enzyme or something but i had to stop buying it and now just buy costco lactose free milk as it tastes really good like regular milk almost better because you get that sweetness from the breakdown of lactose. Anyways, yes, this store isn't the best stocked store, but if you need your cooking utensils, or some cups, or garden supplies, to books, videos, i always come here to browse first. Sometimes video games are in stock here if they're sold out in other stores. Plus the personal pizza hut pepperoni pizza is hard to resist on the way out lol. So 4 stars just because it's convenient, just go in and get your things and leave. Oh and yes, sometime they have like 3-4 cashiers open, and the lines get long, but once i seen almost 8 open and it's still long. I don't blame them though, the girls are usually very nice and always friendly. Target just sells a lot of the small things that you put in your basket that take forever to check out i guess. But with all that said, i still come here to grab all my supplies. read more
