SPECIAL THANKS to employees Mary and David for braving this weather to be at work, for kindness in supporting storm cleanup / road management crews out there today (1/26/26), of which I am one. My 2-man crew is out in the freezing rain on a 12 hour job to clear fallen trees from the road for VDOT. We took a quick trip to this Target near our dispatch hub, to grab some snacks, walk around out of the cold, etc and it was the greatest experience. Mary & David greeted us w complimentary coffee and even accommodated my preference of non-dairy creamer with oatmilk creamer which they put aside for us for the rest of our shift and free coffees all day !! They have a whole table set up with snacks, including fruit and everything to make PB&Js (at the Starbucks in the Target) free to all road work crews. Definitely feels like small town care for one's neighbors; this kind of appreciation for each other is not always on display but it's so nice when it is and I couldn't be more grateful. Target is actually the best. read more

I found what I needed. Ok layout. However it seemed that I found myself interrupting an employee's conversation with another customer while checking out. Sorry I didn't mean to intrude.? Customer looked at me funny too. Again apologies. Anyways the employee was quite...different when it was my turn. We greeted each other. Said hello. but items were sloppily thrown in my bags you can hear the bang. I wish more care was taken with items you pay so much for them to be thrown. Thank you to the kind gentleman who always says hello and goodbye to me who works here he makes me come back to shop. read more

I find it funny that I was looking for a Target near where I was and this one came up in GPS as Spotsylvania but the address here says it is Fredericksburg. I'm confused by it all. Nevertheless I found the place and made my way inside to grab a few home necessities instead of having to stop elsewhere. I came in and walked about a for a few minutes and ended up just looking around at nothing and everything at the same time. On top of the necessities I needed I took the chance to look around for birthday gifts as a majority of my nieces and nephew all have birthdays that fall around the same time. I happened to snag a good deal by doing this. I was in the electronics department and I picked up a Switch wireless controller. When I took it to the counter to pay I was informed that it just went on clearance today and I got it for way cheaper than the price tag stated. I wasn't going to be mad over that. Plus the guy working the electronics counter was pretty nice to talk to. Ended up leaving here with a few more items than I intended to buy, but I was able to check off some of those birthday gifts I needed to buy. read more

Horrible customer service! Was at the electronics section and wanted an item that was behind a glass case. No one there to help. Proceeded to go to the checkout line to see if they could get it for me since it was locked away. The cashier proceeded to say that I would need to retrieve it and I had to leave all my items. She was extremely rude while speaking to me like I was bothering her when this is her job. It would take two seconds to grab the item for me. I was already up there and no one was there. What was the point going there again if I can't open the glass case! So many employees there and not one can assist. I completely understand why it's so empty there with such horrible customer service. Maybe if they treated their customers decent there would be more people. read more

I walked around for 15 minutes looking for a aisle with the number only to conclude after covering the entire store that the combination doesn't exist. If the store site is going to list the goods in a grid location make the listed location exist. My lesson today is don't shop at this store. No I'm not going to buy anything else while walking around looking for the imaginary item that really isn't there. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and energy... read more

SOMEONE HAS TO SPEAK UP ABOUT THIS - it may as well start with me. And yes, I have spoken in writing to Target. High rating ONLY so it doesnt get shoved to the bottom. I have been a Target customer for years, used their card faithfully, and 10 years ago upon retirement moved to a rural area with no large stores like Target. The closest department type store, about 20 miles away, is Walmart. Because of the distance and inability to get to either store, I shop online & request shipping or same day delivery. At first, I received special offers just like in store customers from Target. Then I noticed on my shipping orders from Target (in the last couple orders) I was not receiving my earned gift cards even after i met the requirements of the sale (like buy $50 get $15 gift card). I questioned it and pretty much blown off. I could request "same day delivery". I was told Target had no plans of building in this area (altho it is intersected by two vastly used highways). And NOW they say I am outside their "same day delivery" area via the organization ironically named Shipt. With delivery, you DO STILL get what you earned. However NOW you do not receive special offers when selecting orders via "shipping". But neither I nor the store i used to shop has moved. I, like many other elders, am unable to get there - even uber denies. I would still like to shop Target BUT if I cannot get the same deals as others like before why should I waste my time ... Especially when being prejudicially & blatantly treated just because Target will not build a store in a less populated area like mine? My Resolution? I will just go to Dollar General then. I guess that is Target's intention anyway -- let' force people to shop elsewhere. Thankfully I have that option, yes? Thanks for letting me vent. I hope others will too. read more

I absolutely adore target; especially this target because it's a super target , everything about it from it sales to its cartwheel apps. I love you order from your phone, pay online, and pick up in person at guest service. Omg, I found they have a drive service now which is super convenient, you don't have to leave your car and they drop it off to you. Target is always improving; hours are convenient! Customer service excellent, Starbucks as well inside! You can get coffee before you start your day of grocery shopping It's pretty and all for one read more

The store went to self check out only, and now that everyone got used to it. They changed it to express self check out and at the same time only have one register open with the slowest person ever. Target has changed quite a bit and I can honestly tell you I'm kind of sick of it and won't shop here anymore. read more

Terrible place to shop. Many of the employees are rude and seem like it's a burden to help you out even though it's their job. This lady named something like sharita or something like that was especially rude to me not sure if she was racist to me because I am Hispanic or what but she defiantly made me furious. I'd rather go to Walmart after what happened. I will call corporate to look in to her to see if they can straighten her and her attitude up or fire her to maybe get people who actually want to look like they care of their job and to make peoples shopping experience better and not terrible like mine read more

Ellie was the biggest help and taught my mother and I how to use the target app! Thanks again girl

I placed an order online and this was the fastest I have had any online order filled for pickup at any store. Before I put the phone it was filled and ready for pickup. I got there and there was no line. The person in Customerservice was pleasant and my order was indeed ready. It was such a fast and pleasant experience that I don't have much to say. read more

If you are a Target lover, this location will place you in Target heaven! The expansive grocery area is comparable to other grocery stores which I have never seen at a Target before. The selections are great and the best part is their shelves stay stocked. Of course this store has everything we love about Target but there are some special areas for me. I love the decor area with the specific space for the Magnolia brand by Chip and Joanna. I like that a lot of the furniture is on display so you can see how solid it is. I have noticed a couple of special displays in other areas that are equivalent to a department store. The whole vibe of the store just screams "come on in and stay awhile." read more

I placed an order online at target optical. The package was suppose to be delivered by UPS to Target. When I called optical to pick my package up they informed me they didn't have it that I needed to contact the store because it arrives at shipping in the back before it is taken to the Optical store within Target. So I did and spoke to "Nick" a store manager/Asst Store Manager who said he would look for the package. Nick left me a message a hour later saying that he could not find it in shipping nor the optical department and that his hands were tied and it was nothing else he could do about my lost package. I will never order from Target online and have a package shipped to the store for pickup again. That package included a $478 pair of Adult (Men) Smart Ray Ban Eyeglasses with RX THAT WAS PAID FOR. I AM PISSED AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT TARGET IS BRUSHING THIS ISSUE OFF. UPS NOR TARGET IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MY LOST PACKAGE! F$&@!?% ABSURD!!! UPS STATES THAT IT WAS RECEIVED BY "Loudan in the office" in the shipping dept of Target. Okay Target check with "Loudan"...check your cameras ...reimburse me ....SOMETHING!!! Ridiculous!!! I'm sure some employee stole them if they can't be found. I mean what else - "Nick"took down the Tracking # so even if it's under the wrong name the order # and tracking # aren't wrong. And I liked Target but this one on Patriot Hwy in Fredericksburg I definitely do not recommend ordering online and having your item shipped to the store ESPECIALLY an expensive item!! read more

Renovation took forever. The grocery side is always well presented and neat. Also, this Target is home to the worlds slowest Starbucks-and also the Starbucks only has stuff that's in the case available. It's super annoying. read more

This Target was recently renovated. It's clean and big. A lot of cashiers. The produce and deli section is much better than what it was before with a wider selection of food. The isles are wider. The Starbucks inside the store by the entrance is nice. read more

Been under renovation for months now. Place is a wreck. I sure hope it's worth the hassle and disruption to their loyal customers. Prices for groceries are higher than competitors (except perhaps Publix, which is ridiculously high!) read more

I always enjoy this location. Its so convenient being so close to all of the other stores I shop at and i can always find everything that I dont buy on Amazon at a decent price. read more

This Target has always been a favorite of mine. Everything thing is done smoothly. Today though, I had an extra pleasant experience. It was 7:30am so the store was calm. I'm not a big talker, but cashier Melissa welcomed me at checkout with a smile and a story. After checking out, I didn't want to leave! I wanted to keep talking to her. That has never happened to me before. Thank you Target for being awesome but also employing wonderful people! read more

Very clean store and organized. I never have a hard time finding what I'm looking for. They also have a large seasonal section so they always have a pretty good selection for the big holidays/seasons. read more

Ok. I love target but the cafe in there... not to good. I don't know why I expected so much from them but that was a mistake. I got to target basically starving and I can't shop on an empty stomach so, I thought I'd get just a grilled cheese sandwich with a side of fries. But little did I know I was in for a 20 minute wait!!!! I got the grilled cheese first and I was standing there for another 10 MINUTES waiting for my fries! I finally get my fries and went over to a table to "enjoy" my food. I open the box for the grilled cheese and the cheese isn't melted AND because I had to wait for my fries it was basically cold!!! Then I open the fries and the fries looked like they came out fresh from the freezer. They were room temp and they were bland. They had no flavor at all and were sooo dry. I had to put my own salt and pepper and I had to add at least 5 packets of ketchup just to get the dryness away. I finished my grilled cheese but I left more than half of my fries. Not saying all the food there is bad. I've had the pretzel and it's good I just don't recommend the grilled cheese and the fries. They also have to staff it because there was only 1 worker and the soda machine was off as well. But I will put pictures of my grilled cheese and my fries that I had to basically assembled before I could eat them. Hope I helped someone out. I haven't tried there whole menu but I bet there are a lot of things that are good . read more

SuperTarget is a very clean, well organized, and easy to shop at. Whether I come in early in the morning or in the middle of the evening rush, there's usually no issues checking out, and it helps a lot if you only have a few items that you can check out at the snack bar or the deli. Pharmacy employees are all very nice as well, prescriptions are filled quickly and without hassle whatsoever. If you shop in the early afternoon, make sure you go in Taurus' lane, one of the coolest, most friendly cashiers there! read more

I don't usually shop at target. I feel like its hit and miss for me. In some cases they have great selection and good prices and in others they have lost their minds. I went for fresh crab which they didn't have so I ended up with a t-shirt for 10$ this is generally how my target trips work. Good luck read more

It's a pretty standard store. I mean, really, what can you write about a Target. They always have stuff I am looking for, and that is neat. They also sell groceries, but I have never purchased them here. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly enough, and I would rather go here than Wal-Mart, so Target wins! read more

By far the worst customer service imaginable. I bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones a little over a month ago on sale. Unfortunately they had problems with the buttons so I brought them back to exchange for a new pair. The customer service "team" told me that they could not exchange them because they are electronic and I have to go through the manufacturer or the warranty company. I bought them here I should be able to exchange them here, just like everywhere else. Last time I ever shop at this target. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in on January first to browse the Lego aisle as I wanted to get back in to it found a Lego set at a great price stocked on the shelf took it to a cashier told it was 199.99 even though stocked and priced at 56.99 asked for a manager to come take a look so it could just be price adjusted at the register the manager in a rude tone said that is not the correct price and pulled the tags off the shelf. All while not stopping to talked to me at the end stopped and told me she and asset protection walked the aisle before me and fixed it. So than if she is telling the truth that should be the right price and honored. Contacted corporate and was told there was nothing they could do they contacted the store and asked them to reach out by phone call to me which i was told would take 48 hours for me to receive a call. It has now been a week as of yesterday 1/08/22 contacted corporate today on 1/09/22 and was given a mother case number no soliciting no call from the store and no updates only the lady saying she sent a report to the store of the issue. Also called corporate and nothing was handled in that call either only My issue is very important and they would handle it promptly. It has been a week and will probably be another before I get a call from the store or corporate with a solution to a problem that could have been fixed on the day this happened and corporate would not have had to been contacted. The manager I had the brief interaction with seemed like she hated her job and I will probably never go to another target again after my experience with the store and corporate level employees. Still waiting on a reply from the stores director was told 48 hours been a week and a day as of 1/09/22 read more

Customer service is terrible. I called and asked if they had something, was assured there were tons of them and got to the store not even ten minutes later and there were two pairs. That's hardly tons. Get it together target! read more

As with every other Target store I have been to lately, the customer service at this one stinks. I asked a question and the employee grunted at me. When I tried to ask another question, she walked away. Target stores just have NO customer service. read more

The lack of customer service is through the roof. I've never seen a store not give a crap as much as this one. So I came in to obviously to spend money. My daughter and myself enjoy a popcorn and drink while we shop. Well we go to the snack shop or whatever it's called. What do we find no one there. So we wait 5 mins and finally someone acknowledged our presents. So they asked if someone help us we say no and that's it. Two more times that happens until someone else shows up and tells us that employee is on break. That's it. 6 employees noticed us standing there 3 acted like they were going to help us and one finally told us we were not getting helped. We walked out of the store. I guess my moral of this story is a simple $2 transaction would have made customers happy. I don't ever plan on shopping here again. read more

I had by far the worst Target customer service experience ever at this store. I am an avid Target shopper and often use my Cartwheel. Friday, February 17 between 8-9:30 pm I went into this store. My cashier, Corey, was a nightmare. Corey was, the ripe age of about 17, rude and an open mouth gumchewer. When my Cartwheel Barcode wouldn't scan, Corey refused to enter in my number, stating the computer wouldn't allow him. All the while smacking his gum and portraying an entitled attitude. Corey continued this attitude with my friend who was behind me in line and offered her zero common courtesies. Since this disaster of an experience I have tried calling the store to speak to a Manager twice, and have yet to hear back from them. Awful store, with awful customer service. I will never return to this store. Corey needs customer service training, and taught that chewing gum with your mouth open is disgusting and obnoxious. read more
