We ended up working with Sauni, who quickly scheduled someone to come out for measurements. The estimate we received was very fair, and we decided to move forward. On installation day, the team arrived right at 9 a.m. and got straight to work. Within just a few hours, the project was complete, and the results were outstanding. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the runner looks perfect on the stairs. We have another staircase that will likely need the existing runner replaced, and based on this experience, Carpet House will be our first call.
