This is your standard HG. I was in the market for wall art (paintings, mirrors, etc.) but unfortunately this HG didn't have anything that caught my eye. My parents bought some figs that I guess you can only buy at HG. The clearance section was very limited. FYI, This was the first HG that I saw had a sink for sale. The store was well organized & things were not strewn all the vet the he place. The line to check out moved fast and the sales associates were nice. Next time I'm in the area with time to kill, I'll be back. read more

I had the most wonderful sales associate, Laurie help me with the purchase of two chairs. First she helped me put the two side by side so I could look at them. Then we loaded them in the cart to take to the front. She checked me out, offered me the rewards card which saved me over $60 on the purchase. Helped me load them in my car. She was friendly, helpful, practiced good COVID procedures all the while. I have never had a bad experience at this HomeGoods. Laurie (Lori) definitely needs a shout out. Customer service at this store is starting to go to the pits! Been coming here for almost 9 years and Yvette the Store mgr. needs some more training. The coaching asst as well! Picked up two of the same items and noticed they had different prices. Same item. Asked about it and told they were different vendors. Come on, now! I clearly stated that it is the same vendor as per item label and she then said they are different sizes! Lol! Come on, now! She did a price check and the supposedly smaller item was more expensive than the larger item, now! Trying to make a fool out of your customers is one thing, out of yourselves is a whole different level for $3.00. read more

I must say that I just love this place. It doesn't get much better than super discounted Mikasa dinnerware. While I was getting supplies for a client's New Year's party, I knew Home Goods had to one of my stops while searching for unique serving plates and whatnot. It was so nice to be able to find almost 50% of what was needed in just one location. Time is money in the catering world, so having a place like Home Goods really is appreciated. It's also really nice to have a place that offers kitchen items that are higher quality than what can be found at Ross or TJ Maxx, but at the same price. If there is one down side, it's only that there normally aren't multiples of items. In my last trip I would have bought two of the Mikasa cheese knife and fork sets, but was disappointed to learn there were only one set of each. Bummer! read more

This is a last resort store for me. The aisles are super crammed, and while they have some really cool things, it's very hard to shop. Another reason (and it's a big one) that I dislike shopping there is that twice different cashiers have made snide comments about my purchases. I don't need attitude. read more

Home Goods is one of my fav places to shop at. I have been shopping at this store/location for almost about a year now, never had any issues at this place before until 2 days ago. This Guy at the register was so rude, infact I could smell racism. He treated the lady ahead of me so nice. But towards me and my daughter he was very rude. No one would like to be treated this way. I love love love this store but I'm leaving a negative review due to the way I was just treated I've been coming to this store for years but I will never come to this location again. I spent my normal hour plus just looking and selecting things I came i for And somethings that were too beautiful to leave. My cashier was a lovely young lady named Kristen who was very nice and greeted me with a smile the problem came when u asked Kristen if they could take something off for because the picture frames had multiple scratches on it and even with that I still wanted the picture. The picture was only $29.99 so it would have been nice to get the normal 10% off which would have been $2.99 Kristen called for the manager who was Nicole Johnson, when she came to register she already looked aggravated and walked past Kristen and helped the customer at next register which was fine because I wasn't in a rush when she came to me and Kristen showed her the scratches she said all I'm taking off is $2.00 so I said so you can't at least take 10% off and she looks at me as if I'm just a piece of trash and said that's it now mind you I have over $100.00 worth of stuff in my cart and could certainly afford a $29.99 picture so I said again u can't do 10% she said no I took $2.00 and she puts a sticker for $28.00 I then point out that she didn't take $2.00 she only took $1.99 off I guess I'm not supposed to know how to count either. The more I think about the way I was treated I'm going to return all the stuff I just purchased I'm not going to patronize a company who employees displays such poor customer service. What a bunch of nice and helpful people that work here. There was some plates I liked, they had 8 of them, but after looking at them real closely. 2 of them had a chip. The young lady offered a discount if I was interested. And I told her, I just wanted 8 pieces that were perfect (no chips). So she went to check in the back and they were all out. So she said, "let me check some of the other stores, but you may have to drive some way". I really liked them so I said please check. She found some at the Woodbridge Homegoods and they actually had 4 and I brought them all. Again, thank you for taking the time and really taking care of your customers. read more

This is my all time favorite place to shop. From the moment you walk in to, the moment you leave, the experience is a pleasure. I wish all the employees worked at all the places I shop.They are professional, courteous and pleasant. Love this place. Prices are from cheap - pricey, a great combination for choice. Normally some where else you would spend $40 on one curtain panel. For $40 I got a 2 framed picture pack and a set of curtains. I do wish that they had more of a selection of sheets and duvets. I love the snack area full of things I have never tried before. Easy to shop since its not too big. I was able to decorate a room in 30min combining curtains, pictures and pillows matching them up and comparing them. I will be back to decorate my dinning room. read more

By far, the best customer service experience I have ever had, and this in a store where employees don't work for commissions and without high-end prices. My mom and I went in to do some impromptu furniture shopping before I moved to Indonesia, and ended up buying a LOT of stuff. James was super-helpful, taking down all the carpets and folding them up, which took quite a lot of time and was not easy since they were large and heavy carpets. He was also a very funny and sweet guy, joking with us and taking time to help us. Amanda and Lenora were also fabulous. When we weren't sure if a chest of drawers would fit in my mom's car, they helped brainstorm how to fit it in, which it finally did (James helped on this as well)! They also helped me take advantage of a 10% coupon by opening up a TJMaxx/HomeGoods credit card, and ensured that I got the full discount on all the goods. These employees probably spent a total of one and a half hours or more with us, and it always felt like they were eager to help and they never rushed us. This type of service is very rare in stores like this, and my mom and I were astounded. Even in high-end boutiques in DC and NY, I've never had this level of service.
