Jacuzzi is the absolute top of the line and has special massaging jets that the others just don't have. I'm a disabled vet with some ortho issues and my Jacuzzi hot tub helps a lot to help ease through a lot of ortho pain. Well, nobody wants to get into a moldy hot tub. Especially one that the heater has forgotten when to say enough is enough... I went in to see Kevin in the Fredericksburg Premium Billiards and Jacuzzi store. Kevin is the GM for the area and lucky for me, he happens to call our Fredericksburg store... home base. He took the time to hear everything that was going on with my hot tub. He carefully considered every issue and then he spent probably 15 minutes hand writing out a full page of instructions for me and collecting all the chem's and replacement filters I'd need to get my hot tub back to factory settings again... and he got a trouble ticket in under my warranty to get my heater fixed. And for you Vets... he gave me a nice Veteran's discount. Make sure you let him know your Red, White and Blue inside and out!!! I can't recommend Premium Billiards and Jacuzzi strongly enough... The salesperson was knowledgeable and attentive and the furniture was great quality and reasonably priced. But, what really stands out is the responsive, in house customer service. One of our purchases (a bedroom set) was in 2009. It's great quality and has held up well, but several months back, one of the handles on the night stand broke. After looking for a match at all of the hardware stores and coming up empty, I thought to call Powell's. Again, I bought the nightstand in 2009, so I was not overly optimistic. Not only did I talk to a real human who was on site. I did not have to labor through multiple phone menus and an AI-aided chat or an outsourced call desk on the other side of the world. Even though the line of furniture was discontinued some time ago (again, 2009 purchase!), Jennifer heard me, went to the effort of going to her service techs, and found a matching handle. Since I am in Fairfax 40 miles away, she mailed it to me at no charge. Wow. This experience was the epitome of great customer service. It is what you get when you work with a local, family-owned operation. I highly recommend the drive down to Fredericksburg if you're looking for furniture. You won't regret it.

I am a dedicated DIY person, and I originally thought I might build the shed myself. I'm really glad I did not. I could not have achieved the style we obtained, and it got done a lot more quickly than I could do. One tip; use their service for site preparation if you plan to place the structure in a non-flat area. Our location was on a hill that sloped in two directions. The folks who prepared the (pressure-treated lumber + gravel) site constructed a perfectly flat and super durable pad with a 4-foot-high corner wall to receive the structure. I plan to use Absolutely Amish again to build a larger structure in another location on our property.

Many issues: -Concrete color is salmon, not tan, even AAA workers have said they don't think it is the color they intended -$10k in damages to asphalt driveway (that we were assured by the owner wouldn't happen because we would start our build in January when the ground is frozen) -Major grading issues that causes pool to flood any time it rains -Project abandoned by Brian in August 2021 -Firepit was thrown off to the side and not incorporated into our design -Poor Quality/Workmanship with concrete: no 90° angles, crooked lines, sharp surface, etc. -Tan fence installed with 3-4 different shades (after wrong fence color against our HOA was delivered) -Backwash line overflows/doesn't drain and is eroding our basement foundation and retaining wall -Not enough characters to continue this list. May 2022: Still waiting on project to be finished/corrected. No urgency because this is their "busy season" and have new pools to install. This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Richard Shaver (owner) sat at my breakfast table and told my husband and I that he would build us a backyard oasis. He talked about God and doing good for people. Haven't heard from him since the day we signed the contract. I would love for him to photograph our project and proudly present it on his social media without using Photoshop. If I could have them dig it up and refund us, I would. May 2025 - still flooding, Richard Shaver is a ghost!!
