The Fishers Target is nice! My dentist is in Fishers and I needed some filters and went to Target on commercial drive. By far the best one I've ever been to in Indiana. Although I may continue to shop at this Target in person, I will never use their app again. Apparently they are placing 7 day holds on bank accounts when online orders are placed. I placed two orders to pick up only to find that not only had they charged me for the items (which I expected), but they also placed a hold on my bank account when the order was first placed. This is similar to what a gas station will do when you use a card to fill up your tank. Here is my issue-- When I called Target.com I was told that the holds were for SEVEN DAYS. If I picked up the items promptly, that hold should be removed immediately. Meanwhile, my bank says that money is frozen. Almost $500 dollars that I can't access. Shame on you Target. Shame on you for freezing funds even after the order has been received by the guest. Never again. My opinion of Target has been ruined by this experience. Too bad, because I enjoy the store, generally speaking. read more

I love this target mainly because the Starbucks inside has all the good tumblers that are hard to find. The lines are always quick too. Store is clean. Online to store pickup is SUPER fast too! I forgot something and came in on Xmas eve at like 8pm and of course they were open! Lines were moving quickly and the staff was so gracious with all the last minute people! read more

I thought this Super Target was a good place to visit for a range of merchandise. It was very clean and bright. Although Saturday evening, the employees did not allow the merchandise to get blown out and were restocking. I applaud this as must Indy retail fails in this regard weekends. Women's clothing and accessories in excellent shape, as was electronics. Food was still in order despite an obviously busy day, and the employees in this area are clearly organized. Shoes and men's clothing in total disarray, bathrooms needed attention too. Checkouts quick with self-serve option easy. Parking lot, though, utter disaster after a snow day. No salt or clearing done, highly icy and dangerous. read more

Never in my life this happened to me . I was at this target not long ago today . I wasn't able to get an item from shelf was high and target employee passed me. I said excuse me and he looked at me said im at break and left . Not even listen for sec what i was even going to ask . Target need to educate their workers . The other customer by me said i cant believe this and he hand me the item .people like him need to work behind doors with no contact with customers . I've found myself here recently for various reasons, but mostly because it's close! It's Target so it's super busy on Saturdays, and while I'm not a fangirl of Target, it's a good place to get good deals! I'm a fan of the E.l.f. makeup line, and they have pretty much the entire thing! Download their app and save even more! I recently scored a $5 gift card just for spending $20 in beauty (not hard when it's a gift)! I like that they have several self-checkouts so it makes getting in and out quickly easier if you're just popping in for a few things. All in all, a decent Target, and it's nice that it's also a Super Target and has a grocery section. read more

Who doesn't love target? Especially a super target! This target is the closest one to my house and is also close to my moms house. So anytime I'm visiting mom, I make sure to stop by target. Obviously target has super cute stuff and you can go in with one thing in your mind and come out with your whole living room remodeled. This particular target is nice because it is big and I can literally find everything, from groceries to movies and clothes for my daughter. It also has a Starbucks & a mini food court thing. The clearance section is pretty decent as well. I always find something that I like. & I definitely can't forget about the dollar section. As a teacher, I always fine cheap & cute decoration for my classroom or trinkets for my students. Today, I found inflatable dice. =] Although target is an awesome store, this particular one seems a bit dirty. There's always things on the floor, especially in the clothes area. The shoes are always all over the place & I don't like looking at them because of this. I never know what shoes are on clearance and which ones aren't. I also don't see many workers in the floor/in the different sections of target which makes it difficult when I need to ask a question. Target never disappoints when it comes to its items but I would love to rummage through clothes and shoes without it being all over the place. read more

This Target is conveniently located in Fishers near I69 and 116th street. This is a Super Target and has a large grocery area. You can get everything you need in a one stop shop! I really love their Threshold brand and most houseware items are reasonably priced. Their clothing section is hit or miss. I may buy two different colors of the same shirt or cardigan and they will fit completely differently. But you get what you pay for, right? Make sure you have the Cartwheel app. There are lots of coupons and extra discounts to be had! Also, their Red Card saves you an extra 5% on every purchase! read more

I'm always down for a Target run, and this is a really nice location. It's usually busy, but not packed. I will say that there are usually only one or two checkout lanes open, so the self-checkout is nice. Returns are fast and easy. I like that it has a Starbucks in the store and a snack bar. It's nice that they give you a discount for bringing your own bags. I just wish they had a restroom at the back of the store as well as the front. read more

The staff is decent, but the quality of management is clearly lacking because of how long it takes to do for example, an order pickup. I called over 5 times and got disconnected each time cause it hung up. No one answered, so either the managers can't properly schedule employees or the actual employees in that department suck. read more

The problem with Target is that I never find a problem. I enjoy pretty much everything that store has to offer. Shopping addicts, steer clear -- but if you do, you'll miss out on a cute pair of shoes, a dress, swimsuit, etc. Get the gist? It's that amazing. My main draw for walking into a Target is the clothing. It's true. I can walk through the women's section and inevitably find something I love. The most recent purchase, which was yesterday, was a striped blue and black dress with a skinny yellow belt. So cute. So mine. I have to admit, sometimes I find the shoes to be a bit on the pricey side ... but what can a shopper do? You see the shoes, you fall in love. Very simple, very quick. The most recent interest is their athletic wear section. Bright colors and spandex makes me more than ready to go for a run. ha But really. Target, you get an A+ and thank you for being so close to my home. read more

I usually am happy with my Target experiences. However, I was recently shopping for a chair and all of their display models are on a shelf. So what would any normal person do? - pull it down of course! ... Well the display chairs are mounted into the shelving!! So I called for a sales associate to ask if they can snip the chair down so I can try it. "No can do" they said! What?!? So basically target wants you to buy a $100+ chair without trying it out!!! What is the point of even having a display model at that extent. I am truly disappointed with this as I know that decision most likely came from higher up. Target lost out on a $500+ chair purchase and whatever else I would have bought. I am now less likely to buy any furniture in the future from target. read more

This is a pretty good Target location. It's extremely busy in the afternoon and evenings, so I recommend late night visits if you want to relax and shop without a crowd. They also have a pretty decent grocery section and customer service is usually helpful. read more

Store employees can't do anything but quote policies and tell you that target.com and target are two different things and they don't have access to red card information and that you should save your receipts or bring the right card with you if you are trying to return something and I don't need nor do I appreciate being talked to like a toddler when all I'm trying to do is return a defective item and pick up another; hopefully non-defective item that I had ordered for store pick up. And why do we have to go stand In So many lines and basically, why am I not getting paid to do your job customer service as I have to do it all myself. When asked to speak to a manager I was told manager Jim had gone home and would be back in the morning... so there's no manager on site? That's reassuring... also when I asked for his full name I was told she couldn't give it... I get that there are a lot of younger folks working there that may not be as knowledgeable on all things target but today's train wreck of an experience was brought to you by adults. I will not be returning to this store for anything ever and if they want to treat customers like toddlers then they should be working at kinder care. A coupe more things to add in hindsight... the women's restroom was an absolute pit with trash overflowing and the door was open, like stuck... but after consulting with my husband we learned that he could have texted me a return bar code for the item I was attempting to return but since the associates were hell bent on accusing me of returning something I hadn't bought that oppressed never presented itself. It's clear that I was tagged by someone as being suspicious and was how I was treated the whole time... read more

Great target to go and shop at. The whole place is super organized and looks great. Prices are decent for the quality products they sell. The people are always friendly. The only attention to detail that needs added is to the bathrooms. Routine checks aren't being done when I looked at the paper on the door and it shows because one of he paper towels was empty and there was trash on the floor. It looked like the floor had not be mopped either in a few days. Tighten up on that and this would be a 5 star place to visit. read more

Nice Target. Typically quite busy, but plenty of checkouts. However, I wish they had more staffed checkouts rather than self-checkout. My main issue is the profiling that happened to me on TWO occasions. Apparently, being a young person with a backpack, I must look like I'm going to shoplift ::eye roll:: Never mind that it's a diaper bag for the toddler riding in my cart! I was followed around by asset protection when I was merely shopping like a normal person. So, frustrating and upsetting. I was ready to just walk out. read more

This is my favorite Target that I have ever been in! It's huge! There is a full grocery with all the normal products that you would find at a Kroger. They have a deli too! It is also the most organized Target that I have been to. There aren't restock items laying in the aisles like I have constantly seen at the Nora Target. I want to move to Fishers just to be by this target. read more

They stopped scanning drivers' license info (see my previous review, below) and now they try to key in your date of birth into their system. I don't like it, but it's better than the scan, I guess. I don't like it that the clerk and that Target gather this info. It's silly and Target's systems have been hacked before for customer proprietary information. They still need to post a privacy statement on what they do with the data. It may very well be transient and not stored and backed up and married up with your credit card info, but who knows unless they post the policy? Anything entered into a system tends to live forever. On a happy note, my local Target store now has a super nice and efficient customer service team leader or supervisor or manager named Richard. I'm not certain what his title really is, but he does a great job and his efforts truly do enhance the customer's experience. He'll probably get promoted soon, I suppose due to his stellar work, and I hope he gets to train his replacement and that they select the right person for his job. I really like this store. You can get just about everything here. One thing i don't like is the inconsistency in the grocery section. they also seem to have different items/brands and sometimes you just can't find what your after. Almost like one of those big lots sotres, you never know what brands are going to be put out. Besides that they are a really great store and prefer them over Wal-Mart or Meijer. So I love Target...I spend way too much time and money shopping at targets. I love the specific items Target has. But unfortunately this target has a serious problem with keeping items in stock, especially in the beauty and home decor sections. If you walk through the store a lot of the shelves are empty. The selection in the grocery is good, but it seems as though that has come with the cost of less selection everywhere else. What is especially frustrating is that the app will say this location has items in stock but then once I get to the store the item is no where to be found. read more

As my mother said to me as a young man: "Target (pronouncing it tar-geh) is Walmart for bougie white people". This largely remains true in the heart of Fishers, although here we occasionally have honorary whites in this one demonstrating their loyalty by being the first in line for the star bucks and never saying no to the offers of samples. The food is the best selection, comparable to Kroger, in the area. They have many organic products, but you will pay for them. Mind you, like most grocery stores in America, their snackfood/pop and frozen dinner/pizza sections are combined five times as large as their fresh produce section. Do you like stuff you do not need and do not care about the working conditions of those who made it or the quality of the materials used? Well then you will be at home here. Although, they do have some union made in america brands like Pyrex. Shop till you drop. Imma be there grabbing some groceries since its easier than getting to Kroger. Crossing Allisonville rd on a bike is not fun sometimes. PS: once a goose attacked me on the sidewalk in front of the store, where apparently its mate had created a nest and laid some eggs. I promptly asked the fake cop about the animal situation and he said that they were waiting for Animal control to come in and handle it. I came the next day to see if I could videotape myself being attacked by this aggressive couple and strike at the heart of this corporate giant. But, alas the geese had been removed. Only choosing 1 star because you have to choose something to leave a rating. Be careful when you make your Holiday purchases since Target plays a game of stock up with items we won't be carrying after the Holiday so if anything is wrong the consumer is on their own. They had a Playstation Virtual VR bundle that we didn't know they were only carrying a limited number of to sell for Black Friday and then would not be carrying them afterwards. The receipt showed it could be returned until 1/24/20. The box the sales person gave us had a bit of damage and when we asked about it he assured us the product had been checked out and everything was fine so we went ahead with our purchase. On Christmas Day our son was so excited to get playing so we agreed to set everything up. We loaded the games to the Playstation, pulled out all the chords and boxes and began the set up. After everything was all set up, we went to get the VR headset as the last thing to hook up. We hooked it up and come time to put it on. The rubberized lining was about 80% pulled off so would not stay in place and was hard to play the game with the mask flopping around. So, we unhooked everything and the day after Christmas went back to Target who said, Sorry we can't exchange it because we aren't carrying those now. What? They told us Playstation would exchange it without any issue. It took OVER a week to get Playstation to even discuss this and after talking to Playstation the entire system has to be shipped off to a service center and repaired, reviewed, and returned which will take weeks. After hearing this, I called Target back and finally was able to speak to a manager who agreed to allow us to return it for another VR, but then we found out since the digital downloads were already loaded we couldn't do that either. There's a few issues at play here: 1. When something is returned to Target or there's a damaged box, they don't really look at it before they throw it on the shelf for the next buyer to have to deal with the issues it creates. 2. The employees at Target have no clue how the warranty works with Playstation. It's not just a you call and they replace as they explained it was. 3. Target bulks up on products before the Holiday that they have no plans of keeping in stock or supporting after they have made their money so beware of Holiday merchandise. I kind of expect this on Sale items since they put them on sale to get rid of them but I don't expect this on brand new holiday items. 4. Target pushes it back to the manufacturer when the problem started because of their carelessness in regards to returns or damaged boxes and giving customer service I spent quite a bit of money at this Target up to now and through the years but this is my LAST transaction with them ever. I will NEVER buy another item from them and I don't care if they are the only store with the item I want in stock. read more

This used to be my absolute favorite Target, but since switching to the new clothing brands I can never find anything in my size (S/M tops and bottoms and size 9 shoe). With the new clothing brands, there are just too many styles to choose from. Maybe I need to get acclimated to the new layout. The food and home good sections are basically the same which is nice. Love, love, love target! I can be a namebrand snob, when it comes to certain grocery items. (I don't do a lot of big food shops here...it is more expensive than my fav Kroger) However, I've found that the Up&Up brand is spectacular! Papertowels, toilet paper, garbage bags, baggies, diapers, wipes and now even laundry soap! Def will continue buying these items and trying other Up&Up products. I really do love this location. It's a normal target that takes all of my money! Lol The remodel that is going on right now is slightly frustrating and makes the store really messy. I understand that's not their fault and I don't fault them for it, it just makes for a less then nice experience while shopping. My only huge hang up with this location is their bathrooms. I have to use them a lot as I have a young child who needs his diaper changed. They are ALWAYS Extremely dirty, it never fails. I really wish they would pay better attention to this as they are known to have a lot of families who shop there with little ones who need to use the restroom often. I do love that there is a Starbucks at the location but please be warned that the prices are more expensive. I asked a worker why and she told me that although starbucks is the name, they are owned by target and can charge whatever they want, so you're being charged more for convenience. It's not a lot but I personally choose to stop at the starbucks across the street before going to target. If the lines are too long, I go ahead and stop at the one in target. read more

I am a Target girl. With that said, you're probably wondering why I didn't give this Super Target 5 stars. There are three reasons: 1) I come here to get formula for my sister's baby and about 2 out of 5 trips I make for her they are out of stock of the particular one she uses. 2) I've told staff about my situation (more of my sister's situation) and there are still instances that the particular formula is out of stock. 3) Why is it that it takes me at least five minutes to flag an employee down for help, only to be told they don't work in that area, in which I have to wait a couple more minutes for another employee to walk by? I feel like a hitch hiker on the side of the road trying to get help. Other than that, this Target is great. It's a one stop shop spot for me. read more

To the cashier associate working on aisle 11 tonight, you have left me with the worst impression of Target. If you leave your light on and tell me as I'm getting in line that you're closed, I guess I can deal with that despite it being less than premium customer service. However if not a minute later one of your fellow coworkers asks if you can ring her up after your light is off and you say yeah well... that is infuriating to put it mildly. Also, I don't need to hear you sighing about working again tomorrow while conversing with a fellow associate. Work elsewhere if you dislike your job that much. I love me some Target. I have found some really cute clothes in there. They have a pretty good grocery selection. I recommend getting a Target credit card because you get an extra 5% off your entire purchase every time you shop. This Target has a Starbucks. I often pick up a Frappuccino before I shop. If you get the cartwheel app, not only are there coupons to use in store, but there are also occasionally coupons that can be used for the Target Starbucks. read more

I love this Target!! Sometimes I find myself dragging my feet about heading into the store due to the fact that grocery prices are on the high side (as compared to somewhere like walmart), but when it comes time to checkout I quickly remember why its worth the extra buck or so.......EFFICIENCY!!! There is a manager at Target that has perfectly honed his system. I wish I knew his name.....and for the sake of responsible Yelping I promise to find out.......but he is always on the ball when it comes to long check out lines. Every time I've been there and the line gets to be 3 or more deep he gets on the radio signaling the staffers....who unlike competing stores must be dually trained to staff a department and run a register....to jump on one of the open lanes and reduce everyones wait time! Kudos! So, there are 2 things that drive me absolutely batty when I'm at the checkout of a grocery store....1) when you're in line at one of the 4 out of 37 open lanes and you can expect to be in that line until pigs fly...I never understood why the have so many checkout lanes and so few ppl to manage them....thanks for saving the day here Target. The second and really brain scratching thing is the ability...or typically the lack of the ability for the cashier to pack groceries into reusable bags. I mean didn't we all play Tetris as kids. Inevitably, no matter how many reusable bags I have and no matter how well I organize my haul on the conveyor belt, I wind up with three bags that weigh as much as I do and 3 that each have 3 items in them....how frustrating!!!! Those days of sore shoulders and squished bread are over for me now thanks to Target. Maybe they make reusable bag packing part of their cashier training or maybe they only hire employees that owned Nintendos as kids, either way they are fabulous!!! Overall, Target (well at least this location) takes monster mega store shopping to a new level. It's convenience without sacrificing customer service and these days thats tough to find! read more

This is my favorite target location as it is only a 5min drive from my house. I tell people that target is my "second home" and my husband is always complaining that I go there too much. Well! As weird as it may sound, most times I go there to shop as they usually have almost all my needs there. Sometimes I go just to browse around and wind down after a long day at work. All the employees are super friendly and helpful, and I like to peruse the aisles of the home decor section to get some ideas for my own home. I love "eye shopping"! read more

You know I love Target... but this particular store is actually too much Target for me. I still shop here frequently, but it is out of convenience more than anything. I can grab groceries, prescriptions, household items, and various other items all in one place, and that is all fine and dandy, but there are always too many people in this store. I hate and love the blast of cold air that hits you when you first walk in; hate it because it is entirely too cold for me, love it because it makes me get my shopping done faster! read more

Convenient when we lived in Fishers with ample parking. Their roast chicken is absolutely superb! Maybe the best in the Fishers area. Plenty of selection in all of the different sections as the store is huge. I did not have luck using the free WiFi as my phone seemed to freeze up when I connected to it. read more
