We were greeted and asked to play a game for Black Friday. We just had to delect a ball from a can. We picked a ball to receive 25% off our order. However, we informed our sales associate, Maryonna, that we were only looking because we were closing on a house and couldn't buy at the time. After walking around for some time, we found our desired bedroom set and our sons. Maryonnna, checked in on us from time to time to give us insight and answer questions. Once we were finished, we told her we would return after our home purchase. She volunteered to write up our totals and send it to us via text, which she did as well as all questions here and there. Fast forward to yesterday. We closed!!! So, as promised, we returned to the store and found Maryonna. They have a Keurig so my husband and I both got coffee...because we thought we were in for a long, hard process. However, Maryonna let us walk around a bit to look at the showroom. She was available to answer all questions that we had. Once we settled on the pieces, she worked with Laura at ther front desk to get our numbers and paper work together. Laura was super awesome too. I had to bug her for a stirrer for my coffee and she found me a new straw from her drawer. The both of them worked together to get our order processed. We later wanted to pay for our sons bed seperate and they were both patient with changing the paperwork. We were in there for a few hours and even a little after close and they were very nice, didn't rush us and helped us thru the whole process. We actually got a few wall decorations and a lamp that we took home and Maryonna wrapped them up really good. The experience was so great that we ended up getting more pieces than planned. In total, we furnished our bedroom, our sons bed room and the dining room. Overall, great experience!! Maryonna was fabulous and took care of us and Laura was wonderful working with too processing all the paperwork, payments and explanations. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to them. My mom is building a house and will be going to them!!!

The issue is that far too much of the furniture looks like it came out of local hotels. Gaudy, Mediterranean style. The demographic they seem to be aiming at is 70 years old and above. I'm 63 and their inventory still reminds me of a trip to grandma's house or the lobby of an assisted living facility. There is nothing remotely modern, tasteful or stylish. I'm sure their buyers know their customer's tastes, but their customer base has to be dying off or aging to a point where they have little need for new furniture. I think Chez Del would be wise to update the styles they offer. In fairness, the staff is professional and friendly but I don't envy them having to move this stuff.

Over the past two years, I've purchased a few fill in pieces for my bedroom, breakfast room, and even an entire living room of furniture at Chez Del's popular summer warehouse event. I've always known exactly what I wanted, having an interior design background myselfl, and been able to make decisions easily. However, it was the purchase of my family room furniture that had me baffeled for the first time. I just couldn't narrow my ideas and decide on the right style and layout. With the help of designer Becky Harrell, my furniture was delivered this week and I am thrilled. Becky worked with me over a year and a half. She was gracious to quote multiple pieces, let me check out umteen samples of fabric and finishes, and never made me feel as undesisive as I knew I was being. She knew I wanted quality and I wanted a great price and so steared me to take advantage of the Chez Del fall upholstery sale. Becky came to the house and measured the room to put it into their design software and show me exactly how the furniture would sit in the room. We thought through all the fabrics and finishes and ultimately decided on a look that fit me, my family and our personality. With tons of family showing up for Christmas, the Chez Del team kept a last minute delivery slot open for me, followed up with manufacturers, and made sure we had furniture for our company. The delivery guys (Keith and Joe) are top notch. I'm a little picky and they took extreme care to cover my floors and carefully placed the furniture; often making slight adjustments to my liking. At installation, Becky informed me that the manufacturer of my sofas had left off a decorative feature I had ordered. Chez Del hired their furniture upholstery person to add the decorative features and handled the issue before I even knew about it. It was done perfectly and without my having to stress about it. That is excellent customer service! Bottom line, the furniture business is a tough one these days as manufacturing has changed a great deal. It's not unusual for the retailer to have to answer to quality issues, delays in shipping expectations, and a whole array of customer satisfaction issues. And, retailers are doing all this at lower margins and more online competetors than ever. Chez Del, their personal touch and expertise, is a gem in this fast changing marketplace. I'll continue to support them and the personal experience!

Nick let us Walk around and just try to see if something we liked when we found our excellent sectional for us.Nick and demonstrated the unique Functions we loved it.still being the first stop I wanted to see 3 other stores to be sure. We looked around and had some horrific Furniture shopping. 3 places would not help us at all 1 very pushy and kept trying to up sell us. Just went there for the first time this last weekend. The service was great and they had a very…read moregood selection. The person that sold us the couch was great and very knowledgeable. The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. All in all I would buy here than any of the other furniture places around.
