This Canton store found my purse in a cart. The store transferred the purse to the Wooster store, and then the Wooster store gave the purse to the Wooster Police Dept. I got call from Dept. and picked up my purse--all 100% remained in purse!!! This has to be published as a wonderful testimony of business and legal system. So very thankful. This old navy is horrible.clothes everywhere including on the floor. When you go to checkout you see mountain of clothes behind the registers. Fitting rooms are filled with clothes.couldn't find anyone to help me and my family. And when I did see someone they had an attitude. Especially the tall woman with brown hair. The Red sale signs are confusing. read more

So we dropped off one of our kids at a nearby birthday party and decided to go check out some of the stores on The Strip in Canton. It sure seemed busy in the parking lot of most of the stores- it wasn't until I walked inside Old Navy that it realized it was BLACK FRIDAY- what was I thinking.... We walked in and it was almost out of a movie with people everywhere, the line for the register around the corner, down the street, over the bridge, and through the woods (totally joking) but it was pretty long. They had plenty of workers in the store and happy to help if you had a question. The deals were great too. We were hesitant about purchasing anything because of the length of the line- we took a chance and got in line- it moved surprisingly super fast! They had a ton of cashiers that helped keep the line moving. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to be Old Navy Shoppers. read more
