The outside of this Kohls location is usually well maintained. This location is one of the premier and larger Kohls locations with well stocked shelves, Sephora store, and lots of seasonal goodies. This location is in a well lit area surrounded by other thriving stores for a great shopping experience. Across the street from Kohls is the Belden Village Mall as well as lots of eating establishments; making this area a one stop shop. As you enter the store, you'll notice well stocked seasonal displays depending on the upcoming holiday or season. During this visit, the Easter displays were up fully stocked with character Easter baskets, Easter candy like Peeps, and other spring decor accessories. The shoe, kitchen/housewares, and kids toy departments are usually well stocked. If you are looking for kitchen and household accessories you'll find a vast selection in the back right of the store. The kids toy area along the right side of the store by the shoe department hosts various Lego sets as well as board games. Do not miss out on all the Cleveland team gear on display. Depending on the time of day, the staffing of the store may be light making it difficult to find help especially in housewares and shoes. This is a very efficient store and there are always great deals to be had. I was here to drop off an amazon return. The employee working the return line was very friendly and efficient. Every person returning something also got a 20% off coupon for the store and 10% for Sephora (it is contained inside the Kohl's). They have some unique clothing items and I enjoy the variety. My son was with me and I rewarded him with a small toy for being patient while I made some returns. He appreciated the selection. No complaints, only praises of this store! read more

The store was very busy, but the service was very efficient. I had a pickup and a return, and the associates in both lines made it happen fast. The selection was excellent, and we had a good time shopping after only shopping online for a while. We got a lot of items using the Kohl's cash from a previous purchase. I am not trying to review the local store, in fact in my case they did everything they could to help and were pleasant about it. I give them 5 stars! Let's talk about Kohl's online and customer service. There absolutely is none- seriously, none! The local store even gave me the number they use to get into Corporate- I followed instructions but the robot must have known I was not a Kohl's store because it told me "The store is closed. Call back." And hung up. I called 7 different numbers. I tried every tactic I could think of- pressing 1 or 7 or 2 or 5 etc. just to try to get to a person. Finally I found out from the carrier that Kohl's put the wrong address on my package. So that's it- any business which refuses to speak to its customers is as bad as Trump in the White House. Ordered online for a few items. I ordered a 3 qt Insta Pot, dress socks and other items. Online ordering took forever, as many of the promo codes didn't work. After 30 minutes, everything was ordered for more than expected. It was ready for pickup the next day. Showed my ID and received my goods. The box for the Insta Pot is in sorry shape so I'm hoping it is good. It's packed for my move, so I haven't been able to check it out yet. read more

However, a recent social media post advertising support of a controversial and violent movement has made me rethink if I will ever return. read more

For a multi billion dollar corporation, I'm extremely dissatisfied in about every aspect of the online and app ordering process. sometimes I think I know why they can sell things for so cheap!! their App developers, I.T. Department and some staff are far less talented than a room of monkeys left to the same devices. -Multiple times now I have spent over 30 minutes waiting and trying to order simple things from both website and app. -The most recent order was placed at 3:30 PM was: a couple pillows..mattress topper...a fan. 4 1/2 later when I called about the status I was told by the person standing at the pick up counter that there's no way that she could even check I would have to wait for the email ( I had the idea of asking her to use her eyeballs and walk 10 feet but decided not to say that ) -It is now 10 hours after I placed that order and one hour after the store has closed!! -IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ORDERING A FREAKING PILLOW FOR THE "CONVENIENCE" OF PICKUP WOULD BE MORE STRESSFUL AND COMPLICATED THAN ADVANCED PARTICLE PHYSICS I WOULD HAVE JUST WALKED I TO THE STORE MYSELF AND BEEN OUT WITH THE SAME CRAP IN 10 MINUTES -I'm very aware that this case is "hopefully" in the minority of experiences here...however I will say I'm deleting the app and I'm never ordering online again ..... but I definitely will be back in the store. However Dont be mistaken, it is for absolutely Nothing other than the beauty of the clearance rack and the fact I can stack coupons and get 10 things for three dollars. -To make my experience better get rid of your employees and put some of those self checkout machines in! they're more helpful and function better most of the time. However if Kohls is trying to decrease sales and frustrate people...while at the same time developing apps that with every update making them worse then keep it up doing a great job :) Only reason I am writing this rant/review is to save the few people that read at the frustration of online ordering take it from me just walk in the store and get it yourself you'll save yourself some white hairs. read more

usually a good store to shop, but a few day before Christmas in the afternoon is note wise! my wife loves clothes (NOT the cavegirl type) LOL! clothes of all size accept the right size, color, pattern, and whatever! i am worse buying for me, so i have nothing on her! the store is big and variety is seasonallie good! service is better than at seasonal busy times! then it is every one for themselves as usual! shopping person usually knows what they want but open to find something what catch their eye too! Kohl is a great place to look for eye catchers! I often buy my Drakkar Noir there and Obsession for my wife! However I found a great new one for me using the test sprays, but unfortunately they did not have any for sale. I could smell it hours after spraying a small amount on my wrist. Even our cat loved it! The fragrance test area and layout of the fragrance bottles were in disarray! I will try again to find the fragrance after the holidays! Next time I will shop earlier! hope you never have to return a gift here and you have the receipt from whom bought you the gift and they used khols cash. I was told I could do an even exchange but there was not one toy for my little girl that had the same price as the two toys that were bought as gifts and I wasn't allowed to get just one item that was less than the two. Then I was told I could get a gift card for only a fourth of what was spent because kohls cash was used. What kind of company punishes its customers that had nothing to do with the purchase other than receiving the items as a gift. kohls has lost my business for screwing over my daughter. read more
