Just went there for the first time this last weekend. The service was great and they had a very…read moregood selection. The person that sold us the couch was great and very knowledgeable. The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. All in all I would buy here than any of the other furniture places around.

Does it add anything to the garden center itself? Not really, but for heavens sake, you have to at least appreciate that she's there, just chilling and keeping people company as they select their garden items. Their selection is pretty good as far as things go. They have the standard kitchy garden items, along with a lot of potted plants. You'll also find baby trees if you're keen on planting one, as well as seedlings. I'll admit I haven't always had the greatest service here, some of the staff are great in making recommendations, while others make me wonder why they even work at a garden store. I've purchased several plants here though and all of them have been quite hardy. One in particular, a lime plant, has thrived despite the fact that I kill plants on the regular. Finally, I love their seasonal decorations. They usually mix it up dependent on the season, and I can pretty much always guarantee they will have what I'm looking for, whether it's hanging spring flower baskets, summer herb seedlings, or pumpkins and hay bales.

Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

We were greeted and asked to play a game for Black Friday. We just had to delect a ball from a can. We picked a ball to receive 25% off our order. However, we informed our sales associate, Maryonna, that we were only looking because we were closing on a house and couldn't buy at the time. After walking around for some time, we found our desired bedroom set and our sons. Maryonnna, checked in on us from time to time to give us insight and answer questions. Once we were finished, we told her we would return after our home purchase. She volunteered to write up our totals and send it to us via text, which she did as well as all questions here and there. Fast forward to yesterday. We closed!!! So, as promised, we returned to the store and found Maryonna. They have a Keurig so my husband and I both got coffee...because we thought we were in for a long, hard process. However, Maryonna let us walk around a bit to look at the showroom. She was available to answer all questions that we had. Once we settled on the pieces, she worked with Laura at ther front desk to get our numbers and paper work together. Laura was super awesome too. I had to bug her for a stirrer for my coffee and she found me a new straw from her drawer. The both of them worked together to get our order processed. We later wanted to pay for our sons bed seperate and they were both patient with changing the paperwork. We were in there for a few hours and even a little after close and they were very nice, didn't rush us and helped us thru the whole process. We actually got a few wall decorations and a lamp that we took home and Maryonna wrapped them up really good. The experience was so great that we ended up getting more pieces than planned. In total, we furnished our bedroom, our sons bed room and the dining room. Overall, great experience!! Maryonna was fabulous and took care of us and Laura was wonderful working with too processing all the paperwork, payments and explanations. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to them. My mom is building a house and will be going to them!!!
