I love this store! Shelves are fully stocked. Drive up pickup is fast and complete.The store is clean and the employees are ready to help.

This Target location is a bit out-of-the-way for me, so it's not my go-to, but it's pretty good as Targets go. Located across from the Galleria, it's convenient if you're shopping along France. Because it's so close to other shopping hot spots (and because it's a really large one), it's usually really busy. Luckily, they have a large lot, so parking isn't often an issue. This location seems to have a somewhat larger than usual selection of clothing and things for the home. Add in a well-stocked Ulta at Target and it's no wonder that this is the Target of choice for the fashion-minded and domestic deities. (They have some very nice floral options, too.) Good service to be had if you're shopping along need help, many self-check stands available, and the good prices that you expect. Pro tip: this location has extra-good donuts, so swing by the bakery and grab one if you need to refuel. read more

This Target is very dangerous. It's huge and always brimming with cool fun giveaways. The layout of this store is great and they have ample parking as well as a complete area dedicated to EV charging stations. I really enjoy the Good and Gather Jumbo blueberries that are similar to Driscoll sweetest batch but less costly. The only downside I find a lot of times the items on display are out of stock. read more

We have had some bad weather here in North Carolina the past few months...Supplies local are limited. I ordered bar soap and a life saving warm blanket 27 November 2024.. Today is 7 December the soap came but the life saving blanket HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I was told 2 days by Target on line it's been below 20° here at night...I can never forgive Target for doing this to me! Over 65 and US military retired. read more

Giving this location 5 stars for my Drive-Up experience! Edina isn't my usual Target, but what I needed was out of stock at other stores near me. I decided to use the Drive-Up feature since I was fresh out of a salon appointment. Normally, when I use Drive-Up at other locations, it takes quite a bit for someone to come out with my things - even when there's only 5 Drive-Up spots. This Target is Drive-Up heaven with 30 spots. However, this made me worried I would be there for a while. After indicating I was here, I got my items in less than 5 minutes! I was very impressed. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was that I didn't get a physical receipt in the bag - but I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Bad - The store stinks. It smells like horrid glade plug-in stuff. They put masses of it right by the CVS pickup so sick people can get even sicker, and because knee-capping them individually is too much work. Good - Love the pick-up feature for shopping, although all the merchandise has to be aired out, washed, and segregated a bit because of the point above. I'm still buying stuff there, but I do not wear good clothes into the store whenever I do have to venture inside. read more

I've decided not to go to Target anymore: my last three trips: 1. bought lunchmeat and two days later 3 packs were all moldy and had to be thrown away. 2nd trip: stood inline for a long time with no hope of getting through with my item soon, had to leave it there as their cashiers have no clue what they are doing, and the credit card machine works sporadically. 3 rd trip. Stopped in for the ham on sale for the holidays they advertised - none left shortly after promotion came out, wanted to get some produce - it was all old and wrinkled looking and the variety was awful. Stood in line for an enormous long wait while another cashier couldn't figure out what they were doing. Again the credit card reader not working right. Target wonders why sales are down and Walmart is passing them by. This is why. Prices and variety are better and service is actually better. Sad that Target has gone down hill so much the last couple of years. They tend to focus on the generation Z customer with items in stock. I guess it's because that generation knows nothing about customer service and quality. Just so sad.... read more

I'm a regular at this store... Always has best produce and always arranged as neatly as possible.. This a Super Target... the store is huge... their drive through and pick up service is always fast... Have a huge parking lot... They do have multi cultural grocery options available.. read more

I shop at Target A LOT, but I generally avoid this one because most staff I encounter are rude. I asked a bakery person, the last time I was there, about the cakes. I was met with so much vitriol that I left. Wont't use the bakery at all after that. Also, this location doesn't have a plus size section, which tracks for Edina store, I guess. read more

There is one thing I don't like about this location that Target can do nothing about: People rushing about int he store. I don't go to a store in order to rush through it. I like to take my time and decide on the things that I wish to purchase. It seems that I'm one of a few who feels this way while shopping here. Other than that, things are easy to find (once you know the layout), and it's easy to navigate. We shopped here because we were in the vicinity to our base for the weekend. The downside to entering a store at this time of year: Ridiculously long line. The upside: Every checkout has a cashier working the register. I felt forced to use the self-checkout so that we could get out of the store in under an hour. The lines were six-to-seven people deep in each lane and almost everyone had a ridiculous amount of stuff in their carts. We had just a couple items in a basket. The store is clean and bright, and the cashier we had was relatively friendly. Because he had to call the manager on two out of the three people he served before we got to him, could have been the cause of his not smiling much. This has to rival the biggest location in the state. Rightfully so, very busy location. I wish Target would leave two feet from the isle of merchandise for isle safety but I digress. It's always wonderful to visit Target in the motherland, and this store is no exception. I live in Chicago, and there were some barrettes I admired at my local Target a few weeks ago but didn't get, and when I went back to buy them, they were gone. So I checked online and saw they were in stock at this store, and knowing that I'd be in town for Thanksgiving, I ordered them for pickup the day before Thanksgiving. The process for online order pickup was easy and smooth-- and I saw that there were tons of dedicated parking spots and I could have had them bring the order to my car if I wanted. Well, I did not want. I wanted to admire the store. The food section is large and glorious. The store was so clean, organized, and fully stocked, you'd never know that all the news organizations are touting supply-chain dysfuntion. The layout of the this store makes sense, and there were enough employees to handle the lines. I took advantage of the zero sales tax on clothes (God, I love Minnesota) and the pre-Black Friday sale and grabbed some Gopher gear and clearance shorts, bought myself a latte at the in-house Starbucks, and walked out a happy Target shopper. read more

Their service at this location has fallen so far, you can't even use cash at the self check outs. They want you to go wait in line if you have cash. To me that targeting a certain demographic because we know ow who uses cash more. This is Edina and the employees excuse is their checkout machines are old and don't take case. Shopping for my 1st pair of prescription glasses I came armed with the research necessary to help me make decisions. Jen at the Target Optical absolutely made all that behind the scenes research unnecessary. Jen has been working there for 5 years so her encyclopedic knowledge was vast. Without an ounce of pressure we discussed options. Having brought in my own designer frames was one of the reasons I chose Target. They have a policy on this allows, so all I needed was to get the correct details of the lens. They do have to send my frames out, so I was given a 14-21 day time frame. Also, I was given warning that the frames could get lost in the mail or cracked, but this I HOPE was just to cover a possible legal battle should this occur. I was on hold for 45 minutes for a conversation that only lasted 15 seconds. I decided to redial and call again, got put on hold again, and got no answer. Third time was the charm, the phone call was only 1 minutes and 40 seconds. They for sure forgot about me on the phone and didn't care enough to worry about their guest. It was extremely irresponsible of them and they should know better. Leaving someone hanging for 45 minutes with no updates on the situation is completely rude and unforgiving. One of the busiest Targets around. Plenty of parking usually can find a spot on the left side of the lot near the front. They also offer two self checkouts on both sides of the store. During the holiday shopping time of year its a mad house though. However, it is a super Target and should have what your looking for. read more

Honestly speaking, if I could give 000 stars at this target I would! Today was my first and (only time) I went to this target not only as a customer but a future employee. My bad experiences started at the parking lot. Then I continue to go in to shop and I come in contact with a group of associates who were standing around chatting. After standing there for about 5 mins being unnoticed, I "disturb" their chat by asking them where a certain item is... they all stand there and look at me like I'm stupid. After walking away from them, they start laughing and talking. I've never been treated like that in any store in my entire life and it kinda makes me upset that out of all the places TARGET would treat their customers like that. Let alone work there, I will never go back or let any of my family members shop at that target specifically! read more

I pretty much have horrible experiences at all Target Stores....except this one. There are many items available here that are not available at Bloomington or Richfield. Add to it the store is clean, very well stocked and the employees are actually friendly and helpful. It's a bit further than what is near where I live, but well worth the extra 10 minutes to get there. read more

Please, Target! TELL THE TRUTH. I recently made a purchase on-line for a set of cushions. I paid for them. You send me texts and emails to say when it was coming. Then you said it had shipped. Then you said it had been delivered. BUT...I couldn't find it! You said to "look around a little more"...Then you said sometimes a delivery person will mark it delivered but then did not do so...but will in a few days. This is all on the website. HOWEVER...I NEVER GOT THE CUSIONS. When I decided to to on-line to tell you that THE PACKAGE NEVER CAME...you didn't even give me the option to "have another one sent"...you immediately said you would refund me the price of the cushions...which is correct. HOWEVER...here is what I think happened. You never shipped the cushions because they were sold out and you didn't want to or have the ability to say "Sorry...we are sold out. Don't spend any of your valuable time looking for it because we never shipped it in the first place!!!! " TARGET: JUST TELL THE TRUTH. IF I MADE A PURCHASE AND IT TURNS OUT YOU DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SEND TO ME...TELL ME!!!! I can handle it. I wasted so much time and effort and I feel like I was played. I am curious also...did your corporation have access to the money I paid for the cushions? Or do you wait until they are shipped? But what if you SAY they have shipped...but have not...then what? I was just in the completely remodeled Target store in Edina yesterday and felt the need to SPEND EVERY DOLLAR I HAD!!! So many beautiful items...fantastically displayed!! There was also so much room! Even the lighting was great...I had previously always needed sunglasses for some odd reason...but not now. I'm a Minnesota girl, which means by birthright, I'm a Target girl. I recently moved to South MPLS, having been raised a Northern Suburbs girl, I'm used to shopping at the big Target in Champlin mostly. I've been told this is the busiest Target in the State, which is good because they keep it well staffed it seems. Never had to wait in line too long, they always have enough lanes open. Never used the pharmacy or shopped for clothes there so I can't speak to those areas. I mostly go for food and paper products and find everything well stocked. I tend to shop in the evening, between 6-9pm. Shelves always seem full and well-displayed. Except some of the meat can be picked over by that time. But I don't blame the store, it's probably because I shop late. I'm sure the butchers put out what they can before they leave. It's a perishable, so I get it. Not going to whine about it. If I wanted to be sure to get my boneless chicken breasts, I should shop earlier. The staff I've encountered seems well trained and knowledgeable. Never had a problem with any one. In fact, one time a gentleman went out of his way to help me find spaghetti squash, even going in the back to look for it, which I didn't ask him to do, he volunteered. I've used the order ahead and pick-up service a few times for a couple large items that I didn't want to schlep into the store for. It's great system and they had the items all ready for me. Never had a problem with check-out there. Also never had to wait in a long line if I return something. The store is clean and vibrant, which I expect from a Target. Overall, I'm very glad this is my new Target. It's been an 8 month love affair and it's been very satisfying. Well done Target!! read more

It's all about the staff and not the customer at target. Almost got run over by two employees pushing a big cart into their dairy section at maximum speeds. Couldn't get to dry roasted peanuts bc another employee left their restocking cart unattended in an isle. Then I asked an employee for help finding stereo heaters for fondue and she called over her walker talkie for help and the response back from her team mate was that he was going on break!!!! Finally made it to cashier and thought nothing else could go wrong and they were out of paper bags!!! So he bagged my groceries slower than molasses in plastic bags. Target in my mind doesn't need to have high expectations because every store is pretty much the same. I can't really say much about this store except for the staff is outstandingly nice and helpful. This is also a very clean Target considering how busy it is. read more

During the end of August, first part of September of 2018 a very good friend of mine sent her 20 something nanny to this Target with her 3 kids. A man approached them and said to her older daughter that he was going to take the little naughty one with him and then said to the youngest one that her mommy said he should take her and she'd pick her up later. The quick thinking nanny grabbed them and went to a manager. This man was in his 60's and nothing was in his cart. Within minutes this man grabbed a bunch of things, put on a baseball cap and checked out. They know who he is because he used his credit card. This story was in the local news paper. The Edina police have closed the case because the man and his daughter claim he has dementia (news flash! You can be a predator and have dementia!) but someone with dementia probably wouldn't have the wits about him to change his appearance. And if he wasn't doing anything wrong, why run out of the store? He also claimed that he just likes to talk to little girls. Police did not ask to see any medical records to confirm the dementia. Target could ban him from the store, but they won't. Police say there's nothing else they can do and have closed the case. This review is to warn moms out there about this man and know that he's still out there and he's still a threat. And he told police that he likes this Target to socialize. So he will be back. Gives me the creeps. read more

I love Target and have been to many but this is probably the best, well-organized, and most clean I've seen. It's a higher end Target which you will find a Starbucks in it along with an Italian eatery with gelato. Yes, I kid you not. This is a Super Target therefore they have a grocery area with freezers and fresh produce. Their clearance area was neatly set up with a few out of sorts from other customers that had tossed it in the wrong place but nonetheless, it was nicely shorted. I wished they had more price checkers because I had to wait behind 4 other customers and that irked me. The associate we encountered was friendly and made several attempts to make sure he was providing me with good service. He offered to call another Target to make sure I got what I needed. There were plenty of check outs and self-check outs. The paper bags they provide were like gift bags not like the grocers paper bags with cheap handles. Absolutely love this Target! read more

I know that you promised to follow people around and make them feel super uncomfortable with your 5'4" frame stuffed into that black Security Guard body suit when you signed your life away to the Big Bad Corporate Monster. But, check this. As much as you wanted to believe I was stuffing bags of those (fucking delicious) Archers Farms chips under my shirt, I was not. I AM JUST PREGNANT. Fat and PREGNANT. Don't believe me? No, I will not allow you to peer into my uterus (even my boyfriend's free ride to that attraction has been suspended until I stop feeling like a buffalo.) But I thought the fact I had a cart full of mac and cheese flavored potato chips, frozen chocolate covered bananas and Eggo waffles (in conjunction with my waddle) was a big tip off. Commuting from downtown to Eden Prairie and back, the Edina SuperTarget is my stop of choice when I need groceries and other odds and ends. It's as convenient as I'm going to get Target-wise when I need more groceries or larger items that I can't carry home from downtown. Annoyingly, I'm always having to deal with people stocking shelves when I'm at the Edina Target. Except they never seem to be stocking the shelves of stuff I want that happen to be bone-dry. The aisles are rather narrow which makes things even more fun. And we're talking a Wednesday afternoon here, not a bustling weekend; there shouldn't be any reason for empty shelves if the overnight team is doing their job. That's assuming, of course, they didn't get rid of the third shift and move duties to the day to save money in this lovely economy. Either way, it's FRUSTRATING. On top of this, Edina is notorious for terrible suburbanites driving gigantic vehicles while distracted on cell phones, and their parking lot is a prime example of that mayhem and danger. As other reviewers have mentioned -- park as far out as you can handle. When you enter and leave, go around the back of the lot and head down the aisle at the point closest to your intended exit. It's the best way to deal with the situation. All told, I guess it could be worse, but it's definitely suburban box store shopping at its most stereotypical. read more

My husband went into this Target in Edina yesterday and at checkout he asked for a paper bag and the cashier asked him "What's wrong with plastic?". He said he didn't want to add to the plastic waste. Then the guy in line behind him joined the cashier in liberal bashing and the cashier ended with "It's in God's hands". If Target is worried about losing customers to on-line shopping, this would be a perfect example of WHY people prefer shopping on-line with Target's competitors! I will not go to this Target again and where I work if someone shamed a customer for selecting one of two options and then brought religion into the debate, this would have consequences. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?! Geez Target management...check your employees before they chase away paying customers! read more

With all the Targets going through a renovation, it's been a bit of a hassle finding one that isn't under construction or one that isn't out of literally everything I want to buy. Here comes this Target, finally one that's stocked, and with a staff that's very attentive and polite. It'll definitely be our go-to for a while (it's a bit of a drive but worth it). read more

I went to this store looking for a new charging cable for my Samsung phone and some lint roller refills. Not a big deal....right?? Well they had one tech person working in electronics who was hunkered down with a couple who must have doing a return or something. I asked another employee if there was anyone else that could help me and 3 or 4 other people waiting there as well. He said no. After about 20-25 minutes I'd had enough and went looking for the roller refills. I checked the kiosk and it listed aisle G34 which finding was like going on a scavenger hunt and almost no employees to help me. Finally I found that section but they had no refills. BTW...after leaving there I went to Best Buy in Eden Prairie and there were 2 very nice folks who immediately helped me and got me the cord I needed. Needless to say Target is off my list for buying anything electronic and probably most things. read more

This Super Target is a great place to do your weekly grocery shopping. The selection and price points, I find to be very reasonable. My Wife loves to use the Cartwheel app and this does save us a few $'s each week, so it certainly all adds up. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. There is a cashier at this location called Bruce and he is certainly a delight and not only does he do his best to help his customers, he is also called on by the staff, if they need a hand. He has plenty of time for everyone and really makes this target the one for my Wife and I to go to every week! read more
