We were already in the shopping center, so we stopped in, but this seemed like a bit of a messier Target than many of the others I've been into. Something had literally spilled all over some of the merchandise, and it was just left out. A few sections looked really nice, like they got all the attention - the outdoor section was nicely styled and looked well tended. Checkout was also a bit of a mess, with only one massive line for the only open lane until they finally opened another after a bit of a wait. This location offers a CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut inside, as well. There is plentiful parking in the shopping center lot. read more

If there was a show called "Worst Targets in America," (which I would watch, by the way), the Target on Glenway Avenue on the western side of Cincinnati would win. This store is ridiculous. I went in on 1/3/23 and there was only one register open. 15 or more in line. The only other option was self-checkout, which had 20+ in line. I left my items where I stood and walked out. I just left the store again tonight and not a single register was open. Just self-checkout. Two cashiers standing in the front of the store laughing. There were at least 20 or so people in line. I turned around and walked out. It's a joke. The cashiers are usually rude. The store is always in disarray. For my Cincinnati people, go to the Target in Newport, Kentucky (the staff is amazing), Oakley, or Anderson. Avoid the Glenway Target. This store has gone downhill. I was in there yesterday for less than 5 minutes. It is filthy and garbage was on the floor as soon as you walked in. Something had spilled and wasn't cleaned up. This is probably my favorite retail store in Cincinnati. It is located in the Western hills plaza off of Glenway Avenue and remodeled and upgraded over the summer. There is a CVS pharmacy and a comfortable Starbucks for relaxing. The grocery department has a good variety of organic frozen and prepared food and snacks as well as your food basics, candy and ice cream. The prices are very reasonable especially using the Target app. The men's, women's and Junior's clothing departments have the up to date Target brand fashions and your style basics at affordable prices. However my favorite clothing sections have the marked down items that have saved me At the front of the store is the stationary, greeting cards and small appliances departments across from the health and beauty sections. The pet supplies, electronics, seasonal departments are at the back of the store. All your holiday needs can be found here or at Target.com which can be shipped to the store. I have found the store associates to be friendly and helpful. Near the entrance of the store there now is a special section for seasonal merchandise and clothing such as winter coats and gloves. The new store service is the customer pick up area out in front of the store for your online pre-ordered items. If you hear honking horns that is what is happening. Need to actually implement Covid-19 protection policies. Staff must wear masks over their faces, including their noses, at all times. Staff wear masks around their necks. Remove masks to talk. Encourage and enforce social distancing policy. Customers without masks stand directly next to other customers without regard or concern. There should be regular announcements and signs to encourage masks and to state that customers must maintain six feet space between customers. This general area has had a spike in Covid-19 cases. My biggest problem with this Target was that it wasn't laid out like any other Target that I have been to. Most of the time I can walk into a Target and know exactly what section of the store I need to go to find what I need, but that was not the case at this location. Huge store, as others have mentioned. This building used to be good ol' Media Play, a place I spent large amounts of time browsing and occasionally buying music and books. Currently, Target is morphing into not just a department store but also a grocery store come March 25th. The Starbucks right inside the front tempts you with it's coffee smell. I am not a coffee drinker but love the smell. There are actually some healthier options (salad, fruit, etc) available at the Cafe right next to the Starbucks. I had a salad with cranberries and chicken a few months back. It was fine. Parking is no problem in the mega huge lot, but it can be very busy so watch out for people and other cars. read more

This has to be the best Target in Cincinnati, It is huge. This Target carries everything a normal Target would, plus more. The employees here are always friendly and the aisles are wide and the store is very clean and organized. Plus this store has a Starbucks in the front and a pizza hut cafe. So there's this place called Target. It's kind of like a Walmart, except Target seems to think they are sooo great with their competent employees and clean facilities. I've even heard people call it Targé like it's French or something. But seriously, Target is my go-to spot when I need "stuff". You know what I mean, not the grocery store, not some specialty store, it is all that other stuff you need. My only pet peeve is that it is difficult to tell at a glance which check-out lanes are open. I understand they have light bars above them, but I always have to make a conscious effort to look at them to decipher the lane status. It shouldn't be that hard. (maybe its just me). read more

This Target went in about two years ago. The staff was moved from a location down the road (where it was when I worked there) and the new location is much less ghetto and much nicer. The food section is bigger than in most Targets, everything is new and clean (bathrooms are clean and have those powerful hand driers), and there's a Starbucks. If you're deciding whether to go to this Target or the one in Colerain, definitely go to this Target. read more

This review is actually for my online purchase. If I could give it no stars that is what it would get. I will never shop at Target again. And I will tell everyone I know about how Target just ripped me off!! My niece just registered with Target for her baby shower and I purchased a crib for her off of that registry. The list price on the crib was 219.00 but when I added the item to the cart it was 259.00. I went back and double checked to make sure that I had the right crib and I did. I went ahead and purchased the crib because I wanted her to have the crib that she wanted. After I purchased the crib I went back to her registry and it's now showing that the item was purchased but the price of the crib was 214.99. So when I called customer service and explained the situation they told me their was nothing they could do. I could return the crib if I wanted to. But their was nothing they could do. I'm not going to return the crib. But I feel I'm entitled to a refund of the over charge and because they refused to do that I will never shop at Target again. I will blow up social media with the issue so it does not happen to anyone else. read more
