I've come here two or three times in the last month due to last minute holiday craziness. While I'm not always able to find things in stock, you can always order and pick up here. I think this just speaks to how busy this location can get. But I was very pleased with service at the returns and pick up desk. They are super quick at what they do. Not to mention friendly! read more

Well I cashed out at self checkout and the young black lady with a head band on was on her phone with earbuds in and didn't say hi or thank you. I walked out with a senceor on my clothes and she didn't approach me about it . The white older lady on register asked if I had clothes and I said yes well she was trying to tell her coworker he needs a security tag off but she was just walking away and didn't hear her at all. I'm so done with that black young lady. She always is on her phone and just stands at her register and doesn't do what the other ladies do by stand at the top of the lanes and asking if they are ready to check out. She is always on her phone. This was about 1:15 pm 8/13/2026 . She isn't friendly like everyone else is. read more

Store is dirty and merchandise is all over the floor whenever I go in there. Yesterday two teens were "racing" each other on mobile carts through the store all the while using disgusting language. Staff just ignored it. This store is so ghetto!!! read more

Must be a truck day because there was lots of boxes everywhere. Store was pretty clean. Check out it always a mess here. They need more self checkout and cashiers working. Dollar spot is always lacking. Would like to see them have a bigger plus size selection and have more sales and coupons. Prices are comparable to similar stores. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Love this Target! They have a wider variety and and a lot of good people working there. Just picked up a piece of clothing I really loved for my mom. Have better luck at this target than any other target in Cincinnati read more

We were already in the shopping center, so we stopped in, but this seemed like a bit of a messier Target than many of the others I've been into. Something had literally spilled all over some of the merchandise, and it was just left out. A few sections looked really nice, like they got all the attention - the outdoor section was nicely styled and looked well tended. Checkout was also a bit of a mess, with only one massive line for the only open lane until they finally opened another after a bit of a wait. This location offers a CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut inside, as well. There is plentiful parking in the shopping center lot. read more

If there was a show called "Worst Targets in America," (which I would watch, by the way), the Target on Glenway Avenue on the western side of Cincinnati would win. This store is ridiculous. I went in on 1/3/23 and there was only one register open. 15 or more in line. The only other option was self-checkout, which had 20+ in line. I left my items where I stood and walked out. I just left the store again tonight and not a single register was open. Just self-checkout. Two cashiers standing in the front of the store laughing. There were at least 20 or so people in line. I turned around and walked out. It's a joke. The cashiers are usually rude. The store is always in disarray. For my Cincinnati people, go to the Target in Newport, Kentucky (the staff is amazing), Oakley, or Anderson. Avoid the Glenway Target. It almost makes me want to shop at Walmart, which I can barely think about without wanting to throw up. read more

I love going to this location it always is full of stuff I like! And Starbucks is a nice add on bc you can see all the new cups out read more

This location ought to just close with how many other stores are nearby. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the place was a mess. Everything was unorganized, out of place, and scrambled. Everywhere we went there was trash or random items on the floor. I've never been to such a dirty target. read more

This store has gone downhill. I was in there yesterday for less than 5 minutes. It is filthy and garbage was on the floor as soon as you walked in. Something had spilled and wasn't cleaned up. We turned around and left not purchasing anything that we may have needed. Someone from corporate should come in and drop by and see what has happened to this location in Western Hills. read more

The store is dirty, unorganized, and there are products on the shelves that have been expired for months.

If you're trying to grocery shop, this is not the place I had a full cart , a worker told me to go through self checkout I was flabbergasted I had over 100 dollars in groceries. I spent some time scanning and bagging while others somehow got into the normal checkout lane. I'll be going to Kroger for now on. read more

Was lied to by two staff members who refused to do a price match and stated they do not price match during the holiday. Target Corporate customer services said this was a false statement. Very bad experience at this Target read more

I have so many reasons to give this Target a terrible review. Me and my friend were walking around and this man was harassing her!! He wouldn't let go of her hand. Me and her felt very uncomfortable. The starbucks in this target, the worker threw my sandwich at me when I ordered it. I was very unhappy. This will be the last time I will ever come to this Target. read more

Love, love, love Target! But absolutely hate this particular one. Very rude employees (young women) that act like they don't want to do anything but stand around and talk and get mad when you ask a question or need help. I will pick Target over Walmart any day. But they should train the workers on better customer service and attitudes. They have Starbucks inside the store which is always a plus. Never had a problem with my order or customer service there. read more

Bed bug city guys. Shop at your own risk. Stay away from the clothing. My wife spotted a bed bug on a shirt. We promptly notified the workers, but I wouldn't hold my breath to see if the store will treat the problem. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Worst store in ALL of Cincinnati! Rude employees, the store is always dirty and empty shelves and opened merchandise.. I saw bedbugs on their clothing and don't get me started on their bathrooms. SO NEVER SHOP AT THE SHITTY TARGET IN THE WESTERN HILLS Plaza!! read more

I mess with target. Good stuff in there. If you find the same product on amazon you can price check.

This is probably my favorite retail store in Cincinnati. It is located in the Western hills plaza off of Glenway Avenue and remodeled and upgraded over the summer. There is a CVS pharmacy and a comfortable Starbucks for relaxing. The grocery department has a good variety of organic frozen and prepared food and snacks as well as your food basics, candy and ice cream. The prices are very reasonable especially using the Target app. The men's, women's and Junior's clothing departments have the up to date Target brand fashions and your style basics at affordable prices. However my favorite clothing sections have the marked down items that have saved me At the front of the store is the stationary, greeting cards and small appliances departments across from the health and beauty sections. The pet supplies, electronics, seasonal departments are at the back of the store. All your holiday needs can be found here or at Target.com which can be shipped to the store. I have found the store associates to be friendly and helpful. Near the entrance of the store there now is a special section for seasonal merchandise and clothing such as winter coats and gloves. The new store service is the customer pick up area out in front of the store for your online pre-ordered items. If you hear honking horns that is what is happening. There are often special events here for things like Lego and Star Wars. What better time then now to start shopping at this store. Until next time be kind to each other. #yelpcincy #target read more

I come here all the time everyone is so nice an kind, an I bring my dog here with every time . It's emotional support dog. (Which does not have to be trained) some weapon asked me to leave over him barking , keep in mind he was only barking only at her. Asked if she'd like to see my if card for him. I really think it's bullshit she told me to leave because of my dog . I've been being my dog there for the past year , no one ever said anything. An last weekend there was a another dog there . Also my dog is a small pome. read more

Overpriced ... rude staff ...I was purchasing under garments ... saw the BIG TICKET ... I had to double check to make sure I was at Target ... long story short ... My biggest problem with this Target was that it wasn't laid out like any other Target that I have been to. Most of the time I can walk into a Target and know exactly what section of the store I need to go to find what I need, but that was not the case at this location. Perhaps this is a new layout that they are trying? I'm not sure but I wasn't a fan of the change. read more

Huge store, as others have mentioned. This building used to be good ol' Media Play, a place I spent large amounts of time browsing and occasionally buying music and books. Currently, Target is morphing into not just a department store but also a grocery store come March 25th. The Starbucks right inside the front tempts you with it's coffee smell. I am not a coffee drinker but love the smell. There are actually some healthier options (salad, fruit, etc) available at the Cafe right next to the Starbucks. I had a salad with cranberries and chicken a few months back. It was fine. Parking is no problem in the mega huge lot, but it can be very busy so watch out for people and other cars. read more

This has to be the best Target in Cincinnati, It is huge. This Target carries everything a normal Target would, plus more. The employees here are always friendly and the aisles are wide and the store is very clean and organized. Plus this store has a Starbucks in the front and a pizza hut cafe. This blows all other box stores on the Westside out of the water. They also contribute a lot to the community. read more

I'll keep it simple, since it is Target. Always clean, always great service, always has something I didn't need but bought anyway. Starbucks up front with Pizza Hut and the Target Cafe. Super friendly cashiers that all know me too well! My only problem is; Can I please go in Target and not spend over a $100? read more

So there's this place called Target. It's kind of like a Walmart, except Target seems to think they are sooo great with their competent employees and clean facilities. I've even heard people call it Targé like it's French or something. But seriously, Target is my go-to spot when I need "stuff". You know what I mean, not the grocery store, not some specialty store, it is all that other stuff you need. My only pet peeve is that it is difficult to tell at a glance which check-out lanes are open. I understand they have light bars above them, but I always have to make a conscious effort to look at them to decipher the lane status. It shouldn't be that hard. (maybe its just me). read more

Need to actually implement Covid-19 protection policies. Staff must wear masks over their faces, including their noses, at all times. Staff wear masks around their necks. Remove masks to talk. Encourage and enforce social distancing policy. Customers without masks stand directly next to other customers without regard or concern. There should be regular announcements and signs to encourage masks and to state that customers must maintain six feet space between customers. This general area has had a spike in Covid-19 cases. Target is part of the problem. read more

I'm fairly new to the Westside and I live in this store! I prefer this layout, with the food in the back. Less tempting to buy snacks! Also, I usually find sale items that other locations are out of, particularly in Childrens clothing. And, they have a Starbucks :) read more

This is my favorite Target in the Area, Easy parking, Starbucks inside, Very Clean and typically no long lines. This target keeps it classy.

This Target went in about two years ago. The staff was moved from a location down the road (where it was when I worked there) and the new location is much less ghetto and much nicer. The food section is bigger than in most Targets, everything is new and clean (bathrooms are clean and have those powerful hand driers), and there's a Starbucks. If you're deciding whether to go to this Target or the one in Colerain, definitely go to this Target. read more
