This pharmacy is terrible! So my doctor sent 2 prescriptions over to the pharmacy. I go with a third prescription only to find out one of the two prescriptions that were sent over previously was ready. Perplexed I asked the pharmacist, Kelly, why I wasn't informed that one of the two prescriptions was ready. She said in a snotty voice, "That's not how we do things here. We like to give the customers all of their drugs all at once" I said okay? That's dumb what if I really really needed the drug that was ready? I'd have to wait for the other one to get filled even though it wasn't going to be ready for another couple of days? That's nuts! It's not my fault they like to give customers all of their drugs at once, but seriously if one of the drugs is ready and the customer is there, common sense would be to give them their drugs that were ready. I am taking my prescriptions back to my original pharm. Screw you Kelly with your rotten attitude and your shitty policy. read more

The Target closest to me is in Lincoln Park on Elston - that place is a nightmare! This Target is an oasis compared to that madhouse!! There is ample parking, you can walk without fear of being trampled to death by cars, carts or people and they actually have things in stock (go figure!). I also found that they have a decent clearance section, and some of their items, especially in the grocery section, are priced lower than the Lincoln Park store. Customer service has always been friendly, I hope it continues as this will be the Target of choice! read more

It's really really hard to rate a Target. But as far as Targets go I liked my experience here. The layout was a little less confusing (actually WAY less confusing) Than other Targets I have been to. The isles were well organized with not a lot of things tossed around in random places, and things were fairly easy to find. I found what I was looking for plus a couple of random other things that we needed for our new apartment. Their Kitchen and home section is a lot bigger than the one in the south loop.I am also glad it is sorta nearby. read more

Targets are what they are, but this one is conveniently off the Damen Avenue I 55 entrance and well right off of Archer Avenue so it is really convenient. Seems to be clean all the time and they are really stocked with items and very rarely do you need to get a rain check. I am really impressed with the lay out and the fact that most of the employees are friendly which is a big plus when coming to a store that is so well known. I also like the fact that they have a good clearance section that is really clearance. I mean where else can you get a 20 dollar shirt for less than 5 bucks? I really enjoy this nice, clean Target that's hidden by the Stevenson right off Damen. Parking is not a problem, and it's much less crowded, more like suburb Targets. Tons of clothes were on clearance and the sale items were in stock (BONUS x2!!). However, the housewares clearance was a little sparce, but I guess the store is still relatively new... The best part of my trip today was a gift set of Neutrogena make-up I bought for the sale price of $7.50 (this included a full-size powder and full-size bronzer). Another Target I went to this week wouldn't give me the sale price because it was already a deal priced at $9.99 for the set. I even asked the cashier to check the price and her supervisor refused. So screw you Munster Target, you can kiss your lunch-time visits with me good-bye, I've got a new favorite Target :) read more

This Target store has served many of my needs since I moved into the neighborhood nearby. It is extremely convenient not only because it is close by, but also because it is just off the expressway and therefore ideal for errands on the way home or on the way out. But what compelled me to write this review today was the discovery of the absolute ease of processing digital prints through this store. It took just a few minutes to upload the pictures and order the prints, and the best thing was: THEY ARE READY FOR PICKUP IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! When I got to the store, the photo department "team member" recognized me from my pics, plucked my packet from where it was hanging on a hook, and got me checked out--with a smile. It was perhaps the easiest transaction I have ever made. And the price was $2 less than the estimate that I got online because 5x7 prints were on sale! The price in general is very reasonable: 15 cents for each 4 x 6 print, plus coupons are always avaialble. I really don;t know why I waited this long to get my photos processed this way. read more

I'm basing my review on my experience and passed experiences. Now I love the selection and products target offers, although, basing my review on that would be unfair. They have a great line of things I'd love to buy! First, I hardly got asked whether I needed help or not. There's a balance between asking too much or too little, and these guys went towards too little or not at all. Second, the way things are organized is haphazard. I try to look for a clearance rack and I can't seem to tell because many of the racks appear to be clearance rack because of the random items placed anywhere. I know it's common sense, but I'm not the only one who shops here. Lastly, the bathrooms were dirty. :o lil nasties. read more

This place usually have most of the items I am looking for besides clothes. If you're a common size it will be difficult to get some good clothing choices. You'll have to beat the crowd! I remember coming in here to look for some make up and the staff was really helpful to point me there to the specific brand. Sometimes, I just wish they carry ALL of the items online so I can pick them up here! read more

I have been a customer at the McKinley Park Target location for many years and am absolutely disgusted in the way they are treating their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are forcing them to continue working in unsafe conditions despide many of the employees having tested positive for COVID-19. Please close your store and do a proper disinfecting, protect your employees and give them hazard pay and additional sick days. Put the lives of your employees over profit, they should not be treated as if they are disposable! read more

Just came in today to do some last minute Christmas shopping. I was having a hard time finding a certain item. And let me tell you- it was so busy!! I asked a worker for help. He stopped what he was doing. Showed me exactly where the item should be. When it wasn't there. He asked a team member if they had seen the item. Then he went the extra mile and check the back room for it. It wasn't there, but I truly admire the time he took out of his day to try his best to get me my item! read more

Greetings, As of just now, I was a frequent shopper at your target store located on 1940 W 33rd St, Chicago, Illinois 60608. I am just getting off of work to come home and find out my babysitter of my 2 year old son was almost arrested by your store and treated very poorly. She was shopping at this store with 2 - two year olds. As she paid for her items the security cornered her and brought her into the back room where they accused her of stealing. After reviewing the footage, it clearly shows the one small child putting items on the bottom of the car, while my sitter was unaware of this action. While they still accused her of stealing, she was unable to go by the two babies that were crying and diapers needed to be changed, while security was trying to arrest our sitter for something that did not happen, they also neglected our children and I am pissed about it. When the Chicago Police Department arrived, they reviewed the footage and told your staff they wrong for doing this and told them to release her. I will be posted on yelp, facebook and other social media to bring awareness to this. This is absolutely disgusting behavior by your staff at this store to allow this to happen after reviewing the footage. read more

Sometimes to avoid the target in the south loop cuz it's such a pain in the ass in more ways than one- I take advantage of the fact that I have a car and travel to other target locations in the city for a more pleasant experience. Plus it's a chance to further explore the city. Whatever makes me happy I say. This location is kinda hidden- pretty clean even while busy, I like that. Also they had this sleepwear slip dress in my size I've been looking for since august! The other targets I visited either had none left or only huge sizes left. I also saw that they had the ripped off version of victoria's secret bra.. The push up bra that brings you 2 cups up. Cool colors. There were also some cute striped tights I found here that I really like. Great Target location. read more

This is a newer Target that I was forced to try because my companion fears the thing you have to use to get your cart to the second level at the Roosevelt Target. What a baby. Anyway... I was impressed by this Target so far, its clean and there's not crap flung all over the store. Yes! It is a little oddly laid out in my opinion but once you figure it out, it's all good. They have the Pizza Hut Express and Starbucks like most Targets. Bonus I found a Jim Jarmusch movie for only $10. Seems a little un-Target-like in a good way. read more

Besides the Peterson location (Wayyy far north!), this is my favorite Target in the City. Ample parking, well stocked shelves, and people actually help you here! Inside the store, it's clean, organized, and nothing is laying around on the floor (i.e. clothes, purses, whatever people don't want anymore). read more

we're at target to get diaper, my husband and i look at the tag said $34.99 buy 2 box get $10 reward gift card, when we go pay cashier said it's the small box $24.99, and ask another associate came up and talk over the walkie then ask me to walk back there to take a look at the aisle, but when i got there only the diaper i got tags was gone. Target associates forgot to remove their sales tag, when we went to pay they won't honor the tag was out, and made us look very embarrassing at the cashier line with a lot of people's. Came in on the weekend and while we were being rung up, we realized the ice cream we had gotten was being priced incorrect. We ended up paying for it, but the manager (Rosario) came over and still gave us the price difference even after our transaction had ended. This is what amazing customer service looks like! This is not a store that I'd want to go browse around if I have the time to do so as it always seems very busy (mostly with parents and their kids wondering around with little discipline - sorry, take your kids to a park to play). It's typically stocked well. Update: There is a grocery and produce section (but it's small like all the other Targets grocery sections and not the highest quality of produce, but it's more of a convenience factor for their market, not something they specialize in). Cashiers seem pretty friendly, I had a manager joking with me pretty good at checkout. I was using a target tote where you save 5 cents if you use it at check out and I wasn't sure if I would fit everything in it and she said "If not, we can cheat a little." It didn't matter though, I ended up fitting everything in the bag, but thought it was cool that she was laid back about it. read more

I was sooo excited when this Target opened up right by my workplace. I was so used to having a Starbucks right by my building when we were downtown, that when we moved, I went through withdraws. So now that I can have my daily cup of liquid crack laced with caffeine, I am much better again. Oh, did I mention, that there is a Target store attached to the Starbucks? A really nice excuse to go leave for lunch and go shopping! I like this Target, especially since it seems to have a much larger plus size department, and they actually sell shoes in my size! And since it is fairly new, it is not yet trashed. The cashiers are really nice, I have yet to have someone give me a reason to complain. So far, my favorite Target! read more

For a new target, I love it. It's close and keeps money in the area. not once have I gone in and not been able to find what I'm looking for. The store is clean, and except for the random kiddies every now and then, I love it. They do now carry [some] alcohol, and I love the bulk products in the back. It's kind of hard to review a Target store since everyone has pretty much been to one. This one is a run of the mill Target store. For the most part they do keep it clean and organized. I have been to some that you just can't find anything and the shelves are a wreck. But this one the employees that care of everything pretty well. Then I continue shopping , when I finished and went to pay, they said they don't have any discount in this. Then we went back to check, the tag was gone. I love this Target. It is less busy than the nearby Clark Street location and much much cleaner. A pair of shoes I wanted were out at the Clark Street one, so I came here and they had my size and they were on clearance! I like coming here so much better. read more

I stopped in yesterday with my boyfriend to get a few things on our way else where . While in a rush looking down the aisles up to two employees asked if I needed help ( my boyfriend was asked three times). Something as simple as that shows a lot. Everyone seemed nice , willing to help un like the TARGET AT THE BRICKYARD=laziness . The cashiers had a genuine smile and one even ran out after us because we forgot a bag. Is there is a no star, I will definitely rate that for their poor management check out. Cashier are not well trained and the no one pay attention on self check out to help when customer needed help. And even though there were long line, but they only open two machines. Customers cut lines while and no management come out to help to solve problems. Poor management. read more

love target, will be a forever customer. I went into this store and love it, its close by me, walking distance. Pharmacy is really nice and knowldgeable however sometimes the lines can take awhile at the register because they usually only have 1 or 2 lanes open, but guest services has no problem ringing you up as well if you only have 1 or 2 things. Not much of a jewerly section, and you usually wait awhile for help at the jewerly counter but all in all a great store. read more
