I don't normally shop at Target because of their policies, but I was nearby this one and decided to stop. I should have just gone to a grocery store. The parking lot was pretty full, as was the store. It did appear that all the checkout lanes were open. I was overcharged for what I bought, as some of the items were on sale. So now I will need to go to another Target to get the overcharge refunded. This experience will keep me away from Target, so that is a good thing. The cashier was friendly, though. Customer Service from the Walnut Creek store tried to say I did not receive the discount, as I had to buy two. Well, I did buy two of the items and my receipt reflects the full price charged, not the price on the shelf. But at least I got the store to admit to the price on the shelf. It seems the store could have looked up my receipt to see what happened. I am still waiting on my refund, though. 12/28 Now I am told the items I bought were not part of the sale, and the shelf tags were removed. I found the ad that ended 12/27, and it is clearly listed on sale. Then the sale price had been confirmed with me yesterday when they didn't think I bought the required quantity. Unfortunately, the interaction that followed felt dismissive, and the interview lasted less than 10 minutes. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 2 is because of the help of Ms.Susan. My experience here was the ABSOLUTE WORST ! There's 2 different fitting rooms, the one with 6 fitting rooms was closed. The one that was open was the one with the 4 fitting rooms and the nursing room for mothers. When I first got to the fitting room, I had to wait which was okay. The VERY RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE OF AN EMPLOYEE NAMED NATALIE WITH THE RED HAIR WHO'S WHITE, checked one of the rooms. She acted like she barely wanted to speak! As I'm waiting in line, she had to pass where I scooted over a bit for her to pass but after recognizing she wasn't going to say excuse me I stood where I was! She was soooo close that she literally brushed up against me. Again she never said excuse me or anything and her attitude was extremely nasty before this encounter! There's a way to do things and that's just not the way you do it. See if it didn't happen 2 more times, where she was basically brushing up against me without saying excuse me, I wouldn't be here making this review. There was also 2 or 3 people behind me on one side with a rack of clothes on the other side of me so there was not really anywhere else for me to go. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE PANTS I tried on but she made my experience sooooo very terrible that I ended up not getting them. This was another addictive Target run for me. I love Target- period. During this visit I had tunnel vision. I went straight for the black founders section. Really nice pieces but there should be more! Customer service: I was not greeted by anyone while shopping and passed several people. I even stopped one to ask where to find something. There was no "Hello" when I said it and no "you're welcome" when I said "Thank you" The staff does not seem enthusiastic at all. I usually use self check out and I didn't this time. The checkout was blah! Again, no enthusiasm! I greeted the cashier and she did it back but nothing stood out about this experience. The customer service here is horrible. read more

I went to this Target on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty slammed. I wanted to check out the kid's clothing but the area was a disaster. Clothes on the floor, unfolded clothes on the shelves, clothes barely hanging on to the hangers, and clothes on the wrong size hangers. For this experience and also the lack of parking and open registers, I'm not in a rush to return to this location. read more

Went looking for vacuum cleaner bags. There were none in the store. They had vacuum cleaners but no bags. Multiple sales associates were not helpful. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered. One even said "I'm off the clock". The manager at this location is failing miserably. I will take my dollars elsewhere. read more

I have been here several times over the years and have recently started going more frequently since I discovered how convenient "Drive Up" is. Typically, I never have an issue with Pick up or Drive Up and today was no different. I've never been so exasperated that I simply left my cart full of items and high tailed it out of a store. That happened today. I was in the store around 10 a.m. and the store was so littered with stocking palletes and carts full of product that I literally couldn't navigate the store. I had to keep backing my way out of aisles because I couldn't turn around and go back, but also couldn't go all the way down the aisle. Aren't they supposed to stock at night? Carlson in Bideo Games was too preoccupied playing around to help me with getting my daughter a game. Walked around for 15 minutes to try to get someone else. Then they got Carlson anyway and he copped a bad attitude. If I wasn't with my daughter that would have been it. Requested store manager 5 times, who was working. Time after time it truly doesn't seem like we can shop at this Target without there being an issue. They either ring up an order wrong, mess up an exchange or refund, or charge an inaccurate price for items every time we go to this location. And every issue is handled very poorly as well in the most time-consuming way. Go to literally any other location for a better experience. Today we gave this location one last chance because they had an item in stock we needed and other locations in the area did not. I did a pickup order through the app so it would be ready and quick to pick up, along with a few other items. I do drive up and pick up orders all the time with no issue at other Targets. Leave it to this Target to mess it up though. We arrive and strangely they canceled half our order including the particular item we especially needed. Only one item was available to pick up. This was without any email notification, call, or anything. So we had to go into the store where we had to get the items we ordered for pickup off the shelves and check out with them. I have no idea why after I paid for an order they would decide to cancel part of my order and put the items back on the shelf! I hope I get a refund for that cancellation so I didn't have to pay twice! So much for making a pickup order to save time. I can't believe how consistently the customer service at this Target is horrible. I will never go to this location again. It is the worst shopping experience every single time. read more

I like this Target, however, what I don't understand why if I'm buying medication, why I can not purchase other pharmacy items at the pharmacy. Especially if it's 1 or 2 additional items. It's not a tv or some other outrageous purchase, it's other pharmacy items. Additionally, this isn't the same policy across other pharmacy's I've been to located in Target. I've been to plenty where the person is nice enough to ring me up, why this one is different, I will never know! The whole purpose of buying my stuff there is the convince, if your not going to be helpful or convenient why do it at all? Take the pharmacy out and allow me to go to an actual CVS. Why do I need to swipe my card 2 -3 times in one store? That does not make sense! After a long day of work I prefer to go pick up my medication and other pharmaceutical items at the pharmacy or let me take it to the front and pay for it all. We all shop here because our oral traditions teach us that they are a kinder, happier alternative to the evil, soul-crushing, small business-destroying guys over at Wal-Mart (where I heard they crush up babies, then stitch the coprses together into a golem which is then set up at the front door as a greeter). At Target, we all join hands and dance to the beat of Earth, Wind, and Fire's "September". FUN FACT: 38% of the t-shirts here were probably not made by child laborers in a sweltering, Kurtzian stronghold in the jungles of Laos. This Target is a nightmare to get in and out of and when you do get in, you regret it. Recently while working in Cary, I GPS'd the Target at Crossroads. I went inside with my list of items and actually just turned around and walked out after about 30 minutes of wandering around, not finding anything I needed. THIS IS RARE PEOPLE! I cannot ever get out of Target without spending $100 and even then, I can't even tell you that it was for things I needed! The staff were not helpful at this Target, in fact, I often heard then chatting frivolously on their walkie-talkie's about personal stuff. Do they not know that we, as customers hear that? The store seemed unorganized, not stocked- often low or no items left of some basic items such as toothpaste and hair products that are normally in stock at basic grocery stores. What's going on at this place? Do yourself a favor and if you are in need of your Target fix...visit the Morrisville Target. You will be happy you took the extra miles! read more

I spent almost 6 years in the Twin Cities, the land where it's easier to find a Target than a gas station, so I think I have a good handle on the variability in Targets. And this is a pretty good one. The best thing I can say is that it's organized fairly logically. I find it it really easy to find new sections of the store, even when you're brand new. The GF and I have yet to have an issue finding things in this store, which is a DEFINITE compliment. Prices and diversity of items are decent, and I've spent a decent amount of money here stocking up on stuff for the new place. I like that. And they have pretty good sales on DVDs, which feeds my favorite addiction I have. Hell yeah. My one big complaint is that they understaff their checkout lines in the evening, meaning you have to wait in line far longer than you should have to. That's happened both times I've been there the past few weeks. But it's a small price to pay, overall. read more

Used to love this Target and it was a regular stop for everything I needed, but now with the remodel it feels as if it's only for women. Over half the store now is women's clothes and make-up and everything else has been crammed into smaller areas. The men's area is now squeezed between bras and kid clothes and only a third of its former size, if that, and about a 1/4 of the stock it used to have. Even with their temporary signs, it took me 10 minutes to find it and I walked right past it. It's so true that you have a list for just a few items and then you always find yourself leaving with so many items that were not on the list when shopping at Target! Usually you can find seasonal items great for quick gifts for children or something to keep a little one entertained while shopping right as you walk into the store. I like this dollar find area...even though I usually end up with at least two "extras" in those first couple of minutes in the store! The layout is much like other Target stores here as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see a grocery area with a freezer section and fresh food items. Items here, as well as in the rest of the store, were well-stocked for the most part and most items right where you'd expect to find them. There were many employees working on the shelves and visible throughout the store. The check-out area seemed to be the only under staffed area of the store when we came in. I'm not sure yet if this is a trend, but it was surprising that only one lane was open on a Saturday with a line of 5+ full carts. Overall, it's a typical Target. Nothing spectacular about this one, but nothing spectacularly awful either. It's a good Target: A-OK! read more
