Always love Target for so many things. The staffing is always at a good level, the staff members very helpful and diverse for all sorts of customers. It's great that this Target houses our CVS as there are no freestanding in this city and many of us have our healthcare providers through CVS , as seniors, my husband and I use this service a lot these days. Sometimes we get to the store before CVS is open so we have time to make other purchases too. Parking is always available and the store always looks good. It's one of the cleanest parking lots in Boulder as they do not share it with any fast food eateries. I have shopped here ever since it opened in the 80s, a great add to the retail of Boulder then and still relevant now, 40+ years later. read more

I was being admitted to the hospital but I needed some PJs and a few other things before I went to the hospital. I am picky and wanted PJs so I didn't have to wear the extra lovely hospital gowns. They did have some cute PJs I purchased. I think they were very expensive. If there were still other big companies I could have chosen from I would have. I purchased 2 sets of PJs and a pair of slipper socks. I paid $90.00 for the 3 items. I believe that was very expensive. read more

This target is absolutely the worst! I don't know what it is about the businesses in Boulder, but they all rest on their laurels. The shelves are typically pretty empty and the aisles are pretty trashed. The staff sucks and is totally unhelpful. Staff here seemed to not mind the annoying brat children screaming in the aisles and throwing stuff, playing loud music on their phone, and overall acting like ratchet animals. They clearly do not care about the store environment as every time i have gone in the past few years it has only filled me with more and more disappointment to see how careless the staff are. I really like this location. Convenient, loads of parking, recycling near the entrance, lots of self checkout stations, and good prices. Returns are quick and easy with or without a receipt. Online orders can be picked up from the customer service desks, which is great if you live in a building like mine where deliveries are opened or snatched. I particularly enjoy their seasonal holiday decorations and accessories that are near to the entrance. Clothing is aplenty and often at a great price. There's exercise gear, maternity wear, young and fun stuff, as well as purses and accessories for days. If you are a bargain shopper there are pockets of "clearance" racks throughout the store. There's tons of party supplies, from matching plateware, to balloons, to pinatas. The pharmacy staff have been hit or miss for me. Some more friendly than others. The snack bar is a bit difficult to ignore, particularly the hot and ready Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas and breadsticks. read more

I have been to Boulder Target several times over the last few weeks. The store is filthy, completely trashed and poorly stocked. Nearly every area is like a tornado hit it. Obvious signs of theft throughout as well. People were stocking things, but they are way behind other Targets on Christmas area. They must be horribly understaffed? Do they not stock overnight anymore? Clearly need a cleaning crew to pick up all the discarded Starbucks cups and wrappers from stolen items...not to mention the filth everywhere. They had what I was looking for or I would have given this store 1 star. I shop more often at Longmont Target which has some empty shelves but well stocked in general. I have shopped at Boulder Target for decades as it used to be bigger and better than other stores in our area. Not now, unfortunately. read more

Service is friendly. Selection decent. Prices mostly ok. Bathrooms and dressing rooms pretty clean.The main reason I give this 5 stars is twofold: 1. Where else in Boulder can you get so many different needed items in the same place, while getting coffee? 2. I have good memories of biking to Target all the time with my kid, during the pandemic. This target was fine but I came here looking for shoes for a quick night out while in town. The target was a little disheveled and the shoe area was a bit of a mess. Keep in mind we did come on a Saturday night at 7pm so likely it was a busy and exhausting day for employees. The shoe section had shoes all over the place with boxes in the aisles, in wrong areas and not organized. It took quite a bit of time to find the shoe that I wanted since it was in the opposite area that it was actually displayed. I did end up finding shoes but it was my third choice since none of the other had my size. Oh well, that's ok, I learned my lesson. read more

I was in the store today found a pair of pants and the price was listed as 25.00 dollars . When I checked out I looked at the receipt and it was 30.00 a total of 32.oo after tax this is bait and switch. And I will be reporting it to the federal trade commission for bait and switch. I witnessed the store manager by the name of "Michelle" badly mistreating a worker here. I was shocked and horrified by her behavior and when I brought it to her attention that what she was doing was wrong all she said was "I'm sorry you feel that way." This store promotes a hostile work environment and abuse of employees, because of what I witnessed I can no longer shop at this store, and I encourage others to do the same. This big corporate company does not care about people at all neither their customers or their workers. Also this Target is filthy and dirty whenever I have gone here especially the bathrooms and not very well stocked either, 9 times out of 10 they are out of basic household items. What a horribly run store. I'll now do my shopping anywhere but here. Good riddance Target. read more

I'd love to boycott this store. I brought 2 sets of Legos for my grandkids and when I got to checkout they told me they couldn't sell the kits. I asked why are they on the shelf if they can't be sold. The checker got the manager and she said I could get them in January. I said I don't need them in January I need them for Christmas. She said she was so sorry and took the sets back. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. It'll be a long time before I go back to 28th St. and pearl.. Yesterday the women's bathroom was filthy. There was paper all over the floor, no toilet paper in one of the stalls and blood on one of the seats. Please clean up your act. The stars are for the pharmacist Susan and person at the counter, Luke. I've got feelings about the rest of the store, but this review is specifically to call attention to these two employees who went ABOVE and beyond today for my almost 4yo flu shot. Long story short, my kid lost their mind today when the needle came out. I'm talking, full on embarrassing melt down. Susan was SO patient and kind. Not just with him, but also empathetic with me. Luke stepped up and offered some kind assistance (when they clearly had plenty of other things to do- they obviously just wanted to help). These two people are astounding team members, give SUCH compassionate and patient help, and really made a mortifying parent experience for me, just a little bit better. I hope their management sees this, but I also hope they see it as well because I am so grateful for both of them. Also, a few weeks ago when I got my flu shot, I witnessed a really rude person being completely out of line towards Luke... just giving them a hard time and cussing and being aggressive for something that was completely out of their control. Luke was cool as a cucumber and honestly, Idk where they get their composure from. That interaction was a service members nightmare, and Luke navigated it like a champ. Thank you again, Susan and Luke. Your compassion today really means a lot to me as a parent. read more

This Target is the worst I've been to because they have a major stocking issue. The hair product aisle is frequently empty and it takes two or three trips to the store to get lucky and find what I'm looking for. The baby clothes aisle is also always picked clean and there are often only one size of an item, so the chances of you finding something in the size you are looking for is unlikely. They really need to work on having enough inventory to keep up with the supply and stocking their shelves more frequently. read more

Ive tried to reach the CVS within this Target store (#16013) in Boulder, CO. I have been on hold for a total of 90 minutes this morning alone. The first call eventually timed out at 57 minutes and was sent to a voicemail. I am now on hold again and am 23 minutes into the call and no one has answered. I would like someone to reach out to me to expedite a solution. Additionally, I have attempted to reach out to the CVS via FB messenger and was told this would be reviewed by the leadership team. I need a prescription transferred from one CVS location to another, and I dont have the capability to do to within the CVS app OR on website because I receive the following error. I cant solve this issue myself because the pharmacy wont answer: The following prescription(s) can't be transferred online at this time: This prescription is not eligible for transfer. Please call your CVS Pharmacy for more information. Target is Target. Need some cheap yet semi-stylish clothes? Check. Need some toiletries, cheap furniture, groceries, cleaning supplies, electronics, or any other random crap for that matter? Check. Lets be honest: you don't come here looking for the finest quality of materials, but it gets the job done at an honest price. The staff are generally nice at the register and the ones floating around the store are willing to help you find things. I'd say 50% of the time they're correct in directing you to the right aisle depending on their experience working at the store. My on pet peeve is the credit cards. I don't mind that they try and sell you innocently by asking if you'd like to save 5% on your purchase by applying. However, I have had a couple cashiers really try and sell me hard after I've said "No Thanks!". I'm not sure how much commission they get or if they're bored, but if someone says no to a credit card the conversation doesn't really need to continue. It reminded me of a used car salesman. Other than that I'd say Target is A-OK. read more

86 yr old grandpa took my autistic son shopping today and bought a vinyl album TODAY. My son thought it was a Taylor Swift calendar as he had never seen an album before. Since my son picked it out, they did not get a gift receipt. Grandpa is OCD and would not give us the receipt, so on our way out of town to return home, we went back to that store without a receipt. They would return it for 25% of the cost. Really, that's the best customer service you can do? I offered ID and my red card. You can't keep a database of those who return without receipts to look for trends to avoid theft? you couldn't return it to my redcard and track my returns that way? I'm sure they didn't sell many today, they could have even looked up the sale. I could have told them the hour it was bought and the other items on the purchase. No, they would offer no other assistance. Cutting up the redcard as I'm done. Target is no longer my preferred run to store. You may have saved a return today, but lost a whole lot more in future sales. read more

Great! Always has everything I need and more! Cashiers are enthusiastic and helpful! Keep in mind, dressing rooms are closed due to Covid-19. I bought some masks from here and I can honestly say they are my favorite that I've bought. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. Target is a great store, but some items are overpriced; but you can never go wrong with quality here (in most cases). That isn't the problem here, the issue is with the shoppers and rude employees. The parking lot is always overcrowded and drivers are always willing to run you over. And when you get into the store, there is always a person standing in front of the door and blocking the way. People who shop here are rude and selfish (that may not be the case with you, as individuals may vary). The same goes for the employees, they are always in a rush and are keeping constant watch over you like you are going to steal something, and I am not that kind of person. If you ask for help, you can expect for complicated instructions from an employee who doesn't want to show you where the laundry detergent is! Yes, you can shop at this Target location, but your experience may vary. read more

Went to this store and bought a vacuum from them that was listed at $65. The vacuum apparently was put on the wrong shelf and was actually $149 but this was not clear as it was stacked in a place and tagged for $65 (refer to picture). When we went to try and get this confusion cleared up the manager Milo was rude and hostile. He treated us like idiots and refused to help in anyway. Be carful when buying products from here they are trying to bait and switch their customers. Avoid this store. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. This post is related to the Target Pharmacy. I just moved to Boulder and this is the closest pharmacy to my apartment. I will gladly find another place to fill my prescriptions. The customer service is poor, the pharmacists are unfriendly/lack knowledge, and they are busier than their staff can handle. Most of their employees are college age kids who don't seem to know the first thing about insurance, medicine/drugs, or customer service. To top off my rant, the girl who rang up my order was gossiping in front of me with another employee about how awful all of their customers are. Wow! I was shocked- I'm still shocked. They also filled the wrong prescriptions- pretty lame experience overall. Overall this Target is fine for a regular "Target" experience, but STEER CLEAR of the pharmacy. read more

This review is for the PHARMACY. I love the target store itself (4stars). Omigosh who knew one could be jerked around so much by a group red-shirted Brendas armed with medicines behind a counter? Now between you and me, people generally take medicines because they *need* them, right? Apparently they ran out of my medicine, but did they call me? No. I come in, "Um we don't have that medicine right now *shrug*" Um OK could you have let me know that, perhaps with a few days notice so I don't RUN OUT? Did they offer me any suggestions? Take a guess. So I call around to all the pharmacies in town - find one that has my prescription, drive across town, get my prescription, come back to this target the next month to pick up my prescription, take a guess what happens now.. they STILL don't have it and they once again didn't call. So now i'm completely screwed because now no one else has it. So I spend a day totally stressed out wondering how on earth to get the medication I need before I realize that maybe my doctor can help. Sure enough, she calls in a new modified prescription, I go in, and they give me the lovely choice of a full-count of the outrageously expensive non-generic version or else a partial month (at full month's price) of the generic. Seriously. That was my choice. I'm done. No more Target. You may be close but you can bite my bum. read more

I'm just going to admit that I love Target. I go in needing nothing but toothpaste and walk out with new clothes, makeup, cleaning supplies, greeting cards and a new coffee mug. I don't know how they do it, but they DO. Our Target is pretty large (it's an old-fashioned 1 story Target) and now boasts a market section. The guy with long black hair and black glasses had an attitude with me when I approached him to ask a question. He was behind the tech desk sitting on his phone so i figured he could help me. I asked him if he could possibly help me get an XBox controller and he replied "Um...1, you're not allowed behind that, and 2, I'm on break" You would think employees on break would be in a break room and not exposed to customers who are obviously going to ask questions to a bored worker sitting on their phone. Thankfully, another guy helped me unlock the controller and ring me up. He was very polite and professional. read more
