I had to repeat myself several times. When I told him I was at a well-known location two doors down, he had no idea where that was and asked for the full address -- which is concerning for someone handling local deliveries. Then, without warning, he said delivery would be an hour and a half... and immediately hung up before I could respond or cancel. No confirmation. No professionalism. Just click.
