My friends and I came here after a day of kayaking, and I was pretty disappointed in the food and drinks. The only reason why I'm giving a two instead of one is because the service was pretty good. I ordered a birria quesadilla with a side of rice. The birria was dry and lacked in flavor. I couldn't finish it as I was struggling to swallow it. I also tried yuca that a friend ordered, and it didn't taste fresh. Lastly, I ordered a blood orange margarita that wasn't good at all. I had to ask for a new drink, which tasted better but still wasn't great. I don't intend on trying this place again when I'm in town. read more

Parking right in front of restaurant. It was close to our Airbnb, about 15 minutes away. Everything we ordered to eat was tasty and fresh. My whole family loved the food. Tamales, elotes, short rib queso, birria rolls, and pulpo con chimichurri. I think my top two faves from what we ordered are: short rib queso and elotes. One of Blue Ridge's hottest new eateries, T&T provides authentic Mexican dishes and delicious drinks. The tableside-prepared guacamole is an absolute must for an appetizer. The Burrito Blue Ridge is monstrous and delicious. The Burria dishes also are very tasty. The ambience is nice, with outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and some inside tables face roll-up doors that are opened on nice evenings. Highly recommended! read more

If you get a bowl of soup, especially the seafood soup, be prepared to share it with the table. It's huge and delicious. Every dish we have had there has been terrific. Absolutely incredible place. I came here with my family when we were in town a few weeks back. My mom got a margarita which she liked. Of course we ordered the guac, made table-side. It was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food too, but the highlight was the vegan quesadilla for me. First of all, I was so happy and impressed to see multiple good vegan options on the menu. But to be offered a vegan quesadilla?! I had to try it. I was almost scared to take a bite because I was hesitant of it being the right order! The vegan meat they used was so smoky and flavorful. Ok, not sure weird plastic flowers hanging from everywhere is a good design choice. There was hardly anyone there and service was inattentive. Every time our waitress finally came to our table she was apologizing. The entire staff was more interested in a soccer game than working. We ordered chicken fajitas for one $24. I can't believe how stingy they are with their food at these prices. Barely any rice or beans and chicken was bland. Five stars from some people is ridiculous. My wife and I tried the new Tapas & Tequila in Blue Ridge and it was fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and you can tell the chef knows exactly what he's doing. The menu has a great mix of options, and my carne asada parradilla was the star of the night. The beef was unbelievably tender with a marinade that hit all the right notes. The ambiance surprised us in the best way. It's not right in the middle of downtown, but the space has a modern upscale Mexican vibe that feels intentional and really well done. Our waiter, Miguel, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After dinner, the owner, Hector, stopped by the table and was just as welcoming. Cars are parked all along the front, making it difficult to easily get in the door. How do we know? We walk in there as a party of 6 and it was decently packed but not a long line for tables. The Host on duty was seating other parties that came in after us. We were waiting and they cleared a table big enough for us and then another party came in who speaked Spanish who had 8 people and the Host seated them instead. We waited an additional 30 minutes, during such the host seated 3 more parties, never informing us on our status. The Final Straw was him fixing to seat us as he grabbed 6 menus and 6 utensils, a party of 4 came in and he completely ignored us and asked them how many they had and he put down 2 sets of menus and sat them.
