Our food came out looking REALLY good, the potatoes were nice & golden brown. We both ordered our poached eggs medium & that is exactly how they came out. Everything was very delicious & the portions were large- we both need to-go boxes. The coffee was refilled 3 or 4 times without having to ask. They actually smoke their meats out on their patio which we thought was cool! The place was nice & clean, the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Kudos to Amber, the bartender, & the chef! The brewery is aviation themed and the decor matches up with that quite well which gives the place a unique atmosphere. We had to different beers from this brewery. Both were solid and enjoyable. The first beer I had was a Mexican Lager. One of my favorite kinds of lagers. The name of this one was Midnight Mariachi. The flavors you will pick up with this beer are a malty and biscuity flavor. I might add this is a dark Mexican Lager as there are light ones as well. The other beer we had was an IPA. This one was called Island Jumper. Flavor features to enjoy with this one are citrus, tropical, some sweetness as well as bitterness and hoppiness. A very good IPA! Good stop for sure and fun brewery to go to if you are in the Tigard area.
