Pretty good for a korean bbq spot. Came with 4 adults and 1 child for about 160$ish which is around 32$ per person. Not a bad price assuming its literally all you can eat. The cuts were really premium and tasted really good and you cant forget the fact that they have a literal bar full of toppings seasonings and sides all for the taking. This is a great restaurant! It is unique in a way that you do not often find a combination of Chinese hot pot and Korean BBQ in one spot. Especially tastes so delicious. Just happen to be in Mobile. Few people recommend this to me. I mentioned that I was looking for a good place to get my fill. Especially with meat variety. I actually love the location of this place. Location is at the mall. So you do not have to worry about parking. Handicap parking is close not directly in front of the restaurant. Easy access and easy access to the restaurant. As you walk in. You greeted by the hostess. She quickly acknowledged us and asked us what will be dinning for tonight. We mentioned that we will the Korean BBQ. They had both had tables and booths available. She recommended we go for the booth. She just in case we need more room for the dishes. They do offer a bar on the left side and she mentioned that you can just walk up. (Drink responsibly) As we sat down, we were admiring the decor and how comfortable the booth is. It is no couch but comfortable. The table looks comfortable too. Has padding on the bottom with a hardwood back. The waiter quickly greeted himself and took our drink order. Ask us if we know how it works. We told him it was our first time. They have a iPad/tablet style menu that is linked to the kitchen. He kindly went over everything and mentioned that we have 2 hours to order. Any left may be charged extra. Be mindful of what you order. I am not Korean, but my experience with eating Korean BBQ. They usually provide bonchon (Korean side dishes). I was little bit confused by this. However, they do not have any. They do offer some good options for sauces and unlimited amounts few side dishes. I do not know if they change daily. However, the day we went was delicious. It was a great. Just a different experience. You may be disappointed but I would not complain. Just means more room for the more delicious food. We chose just the k bbq option and everything went well, you can do hotpot and kbbq if you like but it's so much food so we chose kbbq. Meats and sides were delivered as we ordered them in the iPad and the capability to get your server from the iPad is available also - service was timely, friendly, and prompt when we ordered meats - seafood was available in the menu also (shrimp, calamari) Ambiance felt clean and the sauce / side area was maintained when we visited - we'll be back if we're in the mood for unlimited eating again. read more

We came on New Year's Day and the place was packed, but the experience was still absolutely wonderful. Trey was the only server and did an amazing job keeping up with everything -- attentive, friendly, and never made us feel rushed or forgotten. Anna, at the host stand was just as great, keeping things organized and welcoming despite how busy it was. The food was fabulous -- fresh, flavorful, and so much fun. Our kids and the whole family loved the hot pot experience, which made it feel like more than just a meal. We actually drove over an hour to come here, and it was 100% worth it. Two is one of my favorite restaurants! Every time I go, I leave happy! I mainly get hot pot with the Thai Tom Yum base. I like the wide variety of meat and vegetables to choose from and making your own sauce is really fun. The service is always fast and the staff is very attentive. The restaurant is large and clean. Haven't tried the food, went to the restaurant with my 11year old daughter. Sat down at the table and the waitress told me that it will be $36 a piece. I told her my daughter only wanted soup. She said she understands but in order to get the soup you have to pay for the BBQ portion for her too. I let them know I was going to pay for the BBQ for myself, but was told my daughter had to pay also. So we started to leave after we realized it was not worth the price. The waitress said "are you going to another restaurant." My daughter told the waitress that Soup is not worth $36. I agree. The restaurant itself was clean and so was the restroom. However I tend to agree with my kid. The soup was not worth that price. read more

I had done some shopping at the Costco in Mobile and found myself starving and a quick Google search turned up this interesting sounding joint inside the Bel Air Mall. So I understand Korean BBQ and I understand Hot Pot but this new fad of so many places offering BOTH Korean BBQ and Hot Pot seems like overkill to me. This is the first joint I've been to that offers BOTH Hot Pot and Korean BBQ at the same time while other places seem to make you choose one or the other. This ends up being a huge amount of food so you really need to be hungry to make it worth the price. On average I generally like Korean BBQ quite a bit more than Hot Pot so that is an easy choice to make except here where you can have both. I found the meat quality here to be much better looking than I've seen at other Hot Pot places and on par or better with stand alone Korean BBQ joints. Overall this a good joint to eat at if you are really hungry and prefer cooking your own food over settling for whatever they have in the standard Asian buffet. read more

Food itself wasn't terrible. With it being the only of its kind in the area I understand they don't have competition and aren't scared of losing customers looking for Korean BBQ or hotpot. For this being a "nice establishment" it seems like the whole business is ran from teenagers. The whole time here the workers sat at the bar giggling and laughing. There was a time my group ordered from the tablet and it took 25 minutes before the waiter came back to ask how things were. We got there just after opening so we were able to get a lunch price of buy one get one half off which was a pleasant surprise. Went with my friend and neither of us have ever worked in food service and have no experience professionally handling and cooking food. However, we both knew how to cook meats and understand that undercooked meats can leave one sick, on top of that they have a little guide at every table telling you how long to cook everything if you don't know how to cook meats like some people apparently... Been wanting to try this place since they opened! I'm never in this part of town though and hate to make a trip all the way there because of the traffic but this is worth it. I'm a huge kbbq fan so whenever I heard about this place being so nearby I was ecstatic. I knew it probably wouldn't be 5 star material like the ones I've been to in bigger cities but it will definitely scratch that kbbq itch and keep you from driving all the way to Pensacola or New Orleans. Let's start with the service: it was great, our server was very attentive and friendly, we told him we had lots of experience with kbbq so he didn't have to worry about us catching anything on fire or needing multiple grill plates. He kept our drinks filled and always stopped by anytime he was near to check on us. The place seemed very clean as well, the bathrooms were tidy and the sauce/condiment bar was kept clean as well. That's hard to do! But it really was impeccable. The food was good, not amazing but definitely good. For meat we had pork belly, spicy bulgogi, regular bulgogi, ribeye, and brisket. The best thing was the spicy bulgogi. Very well seasoned and trimmed. Everything else was yummy too, but that one was the star of the show. For veggies and sides we had pineapple, rice, cheese corn, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and zucchini. Here's where my only issues came from. Two of the mushrooms had mold on them so we didn't cook them. They did not seem to be washed and cleaned at all. Not that big of a deal, but at least check for mold before sending it out. The other thing is that the sweet potatoes tasted sour. All 3 people in my group said something was off about them. We eat a lot of sweet potatoes at home in lots of different ways and I can honestly say I've never had one so yucky. Definitely tasted sour/spoiled. Upon further inspection the sliced pieces seemed to have a slimy film on them which I didn't notice at first because I was not the griller for the table. Now these things will not at all keep me from coming back, nor will it make me tell people to stay away. Those are very minuscule issues in my opinion and can be fixed with a little quality control. The hostess was very sweet about it but I've never been to a business that ever turned away customers this early. This was disheartening as I was super excited to try it. The food is amazing. Service is really good too. We did both the hot pot and the bbq. Personally I liked the hot pot more as I'm a big fan of broths and soups.
