The two owners used to sell their pasta out of Tornatores restaurant but now they have their own shop. While I was there the owner was making gnocchi. They offer so many types of fresh pasta starting at 5.95 and I wanted to buy one of every variety. They offer about 6 or 7 kinds of ravioli. They have containers of made in house marinara (7.95) and meat sauce so you can purchase everything you need to cook up a pot of pasta. For dessert they have tiramisu, pistachio and ricotta or Torta Della Nonna by Bindi. The frozen pizza has unique toppings. I bought the zucchini and at home the pizza baked up to perfection. The pizza was thin and the crust came out crunchy. I loved it. I also bought a tray of lasagna that was frozen. You let it defrost a little and then bake it in the oven. So easy to make and so good. The store offers items in frozen and refrigerated cases and shelves of a few Italian cooking staples. The couple that owns this store are so friendly, happy to explain anything and excited to have their own store. I like that you can buy authentic restaurant quality food at Supermarket prices. Check the weekly hours as they are open certain days and right now close at 3 pm.

Still 5 stars since I can't bump it up another notch. They have their staples like Chicken Parm, Lasagna, Bolognese, Shrimp Fry Diavolo, Puttanesca , Piccata, Gnocchi, and a variety of delicious pizzas and appetizers. There are too many to name. This restaurant can stand on their own with their standards. Where they stand out is with their specials. The chef here is always innovating and trying some new dishes. I wish I could get a notification of what's on the menu each night. I've had some amazing surprises with the taste and presentation of these dishes. And when they have wedding soup (Christmas time), I definitely make sure I go. I feel like part of the family when I go here. They always recognize us and some of the staff even resembles member of my extended Italian family. They cook better than my Italian grandma (shhhh, don't tell her). They also just opened a sister restaurant (Amalfi) down the block so they're taking over Avalon Park! I've been here a lot and plan on going a lot more. Some of the best Italian food in Orlando! So glad it's close to my house!

Our appetiser was a carpaccio which was very refreshing and delicious. The server Madison recommended the lobster ravioli which was a very pleasant dish slightly sweet and rich a beautiful mix. The spaghetti meatballs also exquisite even for a simple dish, the meatballs not really extremely tender but they were still delicious. Overall the service and food were 10/10 especially our server Madison who's been there since the beginning and gave us A+ hospitality.

For our selections, we got the fried mozzarella and fried calamari to start. We moved on to the beef medallions, chicken parm, lasagna, and lobster carbonara. Each bite was better than the previous. Our servers, Leslie and Alex were great! Leslie has the personality you pray for when you're celebrating a special occasion. We were blessed to have her. My only complaint, and this was super minor, the table space was tight. We had a party of 7 and it felt like we were stacked on top of the other tables. A couple of trips to the bathroom for the kids felt like a task. Once seated, we were fine, but the endless "excuse me's" was inconvenient. Overall, I'm glad we spent the afternoon at Maggiano's. I felt appreciated on my special day.

I went on a Sunday for an early dinner with my family and we enjoyed the family style experience, which was absolutely worth it. The meal is a full four-course experience starting with two fresh salads (which I loved), followed by appetizers like the meatballs and mozzarella sticks, then a variety of entrées, and ending with a trio of desserts. It's such a fun way to try multiple dishes and truly enjoy the menu. Everything was delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients. We had more than enough food to share and even take home, which made the value even better. The overall experience felt relaxed, filling, and perfect for a group setting. And the service was exceptional! I would definitely recommend the family style option for parties of 4 or more. It's a great way to enjoy a variety of dishes and have a really enjoyable dining experience.

They have a good variety of restaurants and a couple shops. It's a lot more chill than other places in Orlando I feel like, and seems to be mainly locals rather than tourists. I would definitely come back here again!

It has such a strong local vibe and it is cool to see a mix of smaller vendors alongside some more well known food spots. That said there are a few things worth noting. First, seating can be a challenge. There is plenty of outdoor seating but not much indoors. The day we went it was pretty hot and sitting outside was not the most enjoyable experience at times. Second, I fully support spending money at local businesses but the tipping culture here felt a bit excessive. I bought a bag of coffee beans with no drink and was prompted for a tip. I spent $45 for 12 pieces of chocolates at Oban Chocolatier and was asked for a tip there too. Same thing when I spent about $25 on four cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse. I am happy to support but it started to feel like a lot in a not enjoyable way. Third, the hours between vendors can be a bit awkward. We came around brunch time which worked for some spots but others were not open yet. For example, Domu does not open until dinner (5PM) and Gyukatsu Rose was not opening until later in the afternoon (3 PM) Overall, I think this is a great place to check out especially if you enjoy trying a variety of local spots. Just plan ahead for seating and timing and be prepared for lots of tip prompts along the way.
