Everyone here was incredibly helpful :) one of the staff members purposely pulled out a pot that she thought I might like which was incredibly kind. Having plants around definitely lightened my mood especially with the whole quarantine situation. The store is so beautiful and encourages you to take your time while finding your perfect match. I even purchased fertilizer to ensure my plants' well-being. I went in there today hoping to find some plants for my office and came across insanely overpriced plants. As a Burbank resident, nothing gives me more pleasure than to support a local business but with a Fiddle Leaf plant coming in at $249.99 I simply cannot even fathom the idea of spending that much. We hosted our daughter's birthday in Tansy's maker space. The delicious tea party was perfect for the girls and adults. Michelle and the staff really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The girls enjoyed making succulent arrangements with adorable ceramic animals and tiny decor. An amazing time was had by all. We will host another event in the future. I visited the new shop with my two year old to do one of their many crafts they have set up in the back room. We made a fairy garden with succulents, rocks, seashells, small little creatures like bumble bees, lady bugs and bunnies. My daughter loved to paint the pot and had a blast playing with the little creatures. Such a fun mommy and me project. The craft projects are daily and cost as little as $5 and as much as $15. So worth it! We also met the lovely owner Shawna, who really has exquisite taste from worldly trinkets and colorful fabrics to a beautiful display of unique plants and succulents. My family and I love this place - definitely something special! You feel it when you walk thru the door. This place is alive - brilliant colors, handmade art, ornate, plush, green and growing. Not sure how they keep their plants so healthy, but I'm guessing it has something's to do with the palpable warmth and care shown by the staff - Good people bringing their goodness. Welcoming and knowledgeable, the staff is clearly into what they do and happy to share. This place is a jewel, we always leave smiling and with some plant or present, proud to share whatever treasure we found with the rest of our friends and family.
