I got a FE diaperbag as a gift but had NO IDEA how to use it - it's an older version with the bassinet attachment. It was from an aunty, NWOT, and I don't mind it didn't have tags, or that it's an older version. I've always been the kind of girlie to thrift shop because I'm not a fan of what the clothing industry has done to our planet. This is why we went to FE-Kapolei in the first place: for someone to help us figure out how to use this thing. Read my review for the Kapolei location to know what happens next. Anyways, since that first visit, I visited FE a bunch of times because of their baby clothes. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos and another baby onesie for our friends who are pregnant. I know baby clothes don't last long, but I just couldn't help myself! Overall, I may only like a couple things from FE, but the fact that it's supporting local is a big plus for me! Also, the quality of the clothing is so great considering the price.

I like to go here to try on their pieces for sizing and if they don't have it then ordering online is just as effective. As for their pieces in general, it's definitely not cheap. Their pricing is on the higher end, but I feel like if you did not want to drop another couple bands for a luxury piece then Aritizia is the next best thing. My first pickup experience was already frustrating. They couldn't find my order, and I waited about 20 minutes before the supervisor, Jessica, finally brought it out -- without even packaging it properly. The second time, the item I ordered was too small. I looked around to see if I could exchange it for something else, but couldn't find anything, so I asked for a return. I was then told they couldn't process the return because it would take "about 30 minutes," and they asked me to come back the next day instead. On my third visit, I brought the return item back again, only to be told by the cashier that they couldn't process returns because "the system was down." Then the supervisor told me I should just return it by mail. I understand that technical issues and mistakes can happen. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of apology, empathy, or basic customer service throughout all of these interactions. No one seemed concerned about the inconvenience caused to customers. It's unfortunate because I truly love this brand, but this store's service has completely changed my impression.
