I mentioned to the owner that there were damages to the new home and he informed me that they weren't coming back to finish the job that we'd agreed upon. We had one moving company quote us and then after half our stuff was en route they doubled the quote for them to bring the other half. We will ONLY use these guys moving forward. They took the time to wrap everything. In addition, when one of the safes we needed moving no longer needed to be moved as far, he reduced the invoice. They arrived at 9:45am not only did they break my vase which can't be replaced seeing as though it was purchased overseas...I then found out that they have some bogus insurance -Devon said they were insured but I was never given an insurance disclosure or an option to purchase insurance not did I ever see a policy when I was given a quote OR once we confirmed the date time location etc. He said oh if the item is less than $1000 then we can "make arrangements" seems to me as if they are not insured or they have such a high insurance limit they dont want to run the risk of filing...When driving to the drop off location they decided to take the long way ... I've driven to and from the pick and the drop off several times and my GPS has NEVER taken me that way over the river and through the woods... basically trying to ride the clock ...not impressed ...never again...unprofessional...if I would have known I'd have to deal with these shenanigans I would have simply hired "laborers" and rented my own truck. I called Greenbackz, sent a few pics for trash removal and the guys sent me an estimate almost immediately. They were ahead of schedule on the clean out/trash removal and jumped right into the task at hand. Another flat rate job that I'm completely satisfied with. I saw their team moving out of the storage facility which I plan to move my items in and watched their technique. Ironically, I just asked the lady at the storage representative if she knew movers she could suggest and she gave me their card a few weeks prior to this. What's the odds right?! I was sold when I saw their vehicle with the labeling. The quality of my experience is supreme and I truly mean that. It was important for me not just have anyone that has a uhaul and/ or random truck ( nothing against anyone with their hustle) but having someone that is professionally serviced with insurance and appropriate accommodations was key for me because it shows me the company takes pride in their brand. I wanted to ensure the items in their care was treated well because I spent a nice amount of funds on my items and wanted to keep my items secured from damage. I watched the way their team wrapped items and was quick in their delivery, response, and management of administrative items.
