The chain is really delicate, so they did charge me $45 so that they could put another layer of gold over it to make it a bit more sturdy. I liked that they were proactive about that and let me know! They put great deal of care into measuring my wrist and making things just right. The bracelet was ready to pickup within a week and looks even better than how I left it! Mark also explained that most ring sets bought retail are mass produced unlike the French Cut setting he was designing for us, custom cutting for each stone setting. I gave Mark a budget to include one wedding set- after tax. Mark selected a beautiful stone and designed an amazing set of rings that came within $16 of my budget. No up selling. Just a gorgeous wedding set with the best value solitaire for the budget I wanted. My fiancé has a beautiful engagement ring on her finger that compares to other rings in jewelers' cases that are priced substantially more. She also knows that her setting was designed for her and not mass produced. We did look at a few jewelers in Bellevue before scheduling with Mark. I'm glad we did. It gave us an idea of what retail rings cost and we got an idea of what we wanted. Of course those jewelers want to sell you something they have in stock that day. That was tempting for my girlfriend. But we are glad we waited the extra time to have something specially made. And I was glad to save 20-30% compared to what I figured I was going to end up paying at a retail shop.

Absolutely awful craftsmanship with their jewelry. Sure, it's pretty but you'll be returning your…read morering at least once a year to be fixed. Plus, you can't just go to the store for repairs, you have to mail it to another state. The store just has super young salespeople and no actual jewelers. Wanna talk to a person? Good luck, it's a series of call center people that just read from a script. It's impossible to get them to do what they say they'll do- call back, email, make correct repairs. I wish I had known how bad they are before making such an expansive purchase. I have jewelry passed down from grandparents- this won't even last through your engagement. I had to get married with a ring missing a diamond. Incredibly cheap materials and work. Go somewhere else!!!
