I brought pictures of what I wanted and she is an artist. She knows what she is doing. (I asked for a wolf cut and my hair is healthy but fine). The customer service was amazing, I was asked if I'd like some water while I waited and Patrick at the front desk is so kind and makes a great impression of the store. I always request for Cassie and I generally give her an idea about the length and color( in most cases I leave it to her ) and she works her magic ! The salon is very clean and well lit . The ladies are very warm and make you feel comfortable while you wait. If I get a cut and color done , it generally takes a minimum of 2 hours but Cassie is a perfectionist and doesn't do a rush job, so it's worth it. I recommend keeping at least a buffer of 3 hours to get a full cut and color do. Also, the place is pretty busy always , so make sure to book an appointment in advance. Although prices might look a bit high , based on the products and skills, I feel it's completely justified . The quality of the products they use are long-lasting as well as gentle. Colors seem noticeably vivid and stay on for more washes than the other places I've been to that are cheaper. I am happy to say that I am yet to be disappointed when I walk out of there when I get my hair done!

All professionals like she claims to be have an obligation to listen to their client needs and warn them of any possible hazardous products they might use on their hair. She did neither. She was too busy and prideful for the client's sake, she not only left me too long in the hair dryer, she placed this product on my hair without any warning of possible allergic reactions. I just went in to get highlights, because I wanted to get my hair redyed a different color . It was purple before, so I thought maybe something similar which I was planning on doing later. I told her this, but it was obvious after she did my highlights she was obsessing over my leftover purple color. Which by the way did not bother me, cause as I told her. I was planning to redyed my hair. When she went to rinse and shampoo my hair , she added toner to my hair without asking me or warning me of possible ill effects. Once in there I asked her what did she placed in my hair, because it felt funny. When she told me I trusted her ,because as she claimed before she was a professional, and I never had toner on my hair before so I wasn't aware of any possible harm it might do to my scalp. My mistake. The tingling feeling she claim was normal, turn into a full fledged allergic reaction hours later. I am sure it didn't help when she was combing my hair harshly after all was done. But anyway a dermatologist visit and prescription medicine later , all she could say to me about this was sorry. Yeah, I am sorry too. I am sorry I ever step foot into that hair salon just to have my hair fall like an over cooked noodle thanks to an stylist selfish pride. Overall, I will avoid this place like the plague and advise anyone to never use toners in their hair is just bad news for the health of your hair and scalp even if you do not have nasty allergic reaction.

You would think you find yourself at the "Steel magnolia" movie set, exquisitely charming and enchanting as the Savannah city itself. My hairstylist Becky was extremely efficient in her work, fast and confident sweeping her fingers through my hair as if she was a platform artist. I have very long and thick hair, my curls are not easy to cut but she made it seem so effortless. The interaction in this salon was as you would expect it of a debutante ball, just charming! I also scheduled an appointment with Jill for my great-aunt! Besides getting the best teased "updo" she will ever have, it will be a treat of the most charming "southern drawl" ever! Sandi was super adorable and sweet with gentle hands. She was definitely trying to make my experience a good one. I got a shampoo cut and style. I must say the shampoo basins were the most comfortable I've ever been in, so no after neck pain which was a plus. She cut my hair first then shampooed and blew dry my hair. My only problem was I wanted more layers which I asked for after she was done because the layers were long and they just fell flat. She did try her best to accommodate my request and added a bit more but you only see them on the ends. I'm thankful I got a decent cut. $70+ is pricey but I guess nowadays it's the going rate.

There was wet areas in the back of My hair , they tried to blow dry super fast and then curl but didn't even make sure my roots were straight and smooth. I ended up paying over 70.00 when I had to come home and redo everything piece by piece and straighten it . I could have did what they did my self . Super unhappy and feel like I gave away money.
