I am from the Central California Area, but my family was in town for a wedding. My sister went into Tangi studio when another place that she had previously booked with months in advance canceled on her(without any sort of notice). With not being from the area and after calling several places that could not take her in last minute, My sister was getting overwhelmed and stressed until we called into Tangi. The person who answered at first was a little hesitant to take her in but after explaining to her the situation, she was very sympathetic and went out of her way to move her personal schedule around to help my sister out. Lupita was very kind and welcoming and worked with me to make sure we found the perfect color for my hair.
