This buffet was pretty good! They have a large variety of Indian food, curries and desserts. If you are worried of if the curries or spicy, they are not spicy at all. They also a good variety of food outside of Indian food was well including western food, fruit and salads. The place is well decorated and very spacious If I you want regular tap water, be sure to specifically ask for tap water from the waiter. They have bottles of water placed on the table and if opened has a fee. On the receipt, they charged a 12% facility fee. Not sure if this fee applies to all parties or if it was because we had a large group. I went on a Saturday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. read more

Finally had a chance to try this place after hearing the hype for several years. Supposedly it is the largest Indian buffet in North America. Parking is plentiful in the plaza lot. The venue is quite large, and it was packed. There is also a covered N facing patio, which I am sure is nice in the summer evenings. The interior decor is definitely on the fancier side. Staff were scrambling all over. Place sure was busy. The selection is definitely quite remarkable. There are dozens of curries (most I've seen anywhere), and stations for salad, meat, and dessert. The lineups are honestly a bit chaotic, and some lines moved much faster than others for some reason. The trick is to pace oneself and hit each station individually. Also helps to carry 2 plates. Food quality was honestly average. It is a buffet after all. With that said, I definitely got my fill. Be sure to leave some room at the end for ice cream. Kind of expensive but wow! What an impressive selection of items. Some foods were better than others. The julabi (sp?), pani puri bar, and lamb saag were my favourites. Staff here are so nice! Thanks to Sharry and Gurmeet for taking such great photos of my friend and I. Washroom stalls are a bit cramped but clean. Had a great lunch at Tandoori Flame on Labour Day! We were greeted by a kind server who was very attentive and cleared our plates frequently. The buffet itself had a large selection of different Indian dishes, with street food like pani puri and specialties like goat curry and fish pakora. There was also a fresh salad bar, some pizza and pasta, as well as a large range of sweets and ice cream. I really loved that they were making so much fresh throughout service.. so nice to see them making the dosa and naan in front of you, and to see the cooks chopping up veggies behind the counter for all the different curries. I found the buffet to be clean and well stocked with fresh and delicious offerings. It got quite busy but I was still able to try everything I wanted to. Desserts were good. They make Jalebi and malpua in front of you, but there is a line for it as the fryer capacity is relatively small. I loved their hot jamun, badam halwa and moong dal halwa. The restaurant and good ambiance and plenty parking. Service was quick as well. We did not order any drinks or bottled water. Nice looking place with plenty of different dishes to choose from. Never seen an Indian cuisine buffet before so it was pretty awesome for those of us who never know what to order beyond Tikka masala and butter chicken from a regular sit-down Indian restaurant. A lot of great reviews about this place from many of my associates. This was one of the must visit place if someone ever cross the border from Washington side. It's a very large buffet place with wide selection items. You have to wait to be seated. Interiors are so cool. Well organized. You can see the chefs making different dishes. Plenty of starters - chicken, fish, paneer - in tandoori section. They have a chaat section and dosa corner along with that. Around 6-7 chicken or meat curries. Vegetarian section also have a handful of curries. You can either take rice, biryani or freshly made rotis. They do have Indo-Chinese options like Fried rice, noodles and manchurians. So many salad options and variety of chutneys. So many flavors of ice creams, cakes and other dessert options as well. Kids corner offers some lights snacks, mostly nuggets, fries etc. It is an impossible task for anyone to try all these items. We pick and choose the one we felt the good options. Very impressed with the appetizer options. The Tandoori Paneer and the chicken malai tikka were outstanding. The grilled/tandoori fish was very decent as well. Dosa corner wasn't very impressive so as chaat section. Most the chicken and goat curries were ok. But the vegetable/paneer curries were not up to the mark. Same applies to the Indo-Chinese options - below par. Really enjoyed the salad bar and the dessert section. Kids had a field day! Service is good. Very courteous and always attentive. My boyfriend and I went to tandoori flame on our way back from Vancouver back to the states! Best pit stop made! I've seen this place on multiple social media influencers and was itching to try it! There is ample parking, tons of tables, and a general pristine, clean buffet! For the wide variety of food, this place is affordable. Imagine having to order over 50 different dishes in takeout, versus just arriving to try anything and everything. My top favorite was the chili fish, chicken tikka masala, and the gulag jamun (with soft serve on top). I was so happy to see a place routinely replace their food and workers who wiped off any splatters or spills. Restaurant is extremely clean and well organised and it wasn't much chaotic like other lunch buffet places. Food has lot of Variety. Indeed they serve primarily North Indian cuisine , but the food majority of dishes were yummy. I read lot of negative reviews around their drink menu and packaged water options. They do promote to take those, however we didn't go for it. Trust me , buffet in itself is damn good and avoid drink menu if you want to try the food they have in there. Do give it a try read more

I'm hoping they're not intentionally gaining added revenue with poor business ethics. The food is fine, the service was minimal at best. Dishes weren't cleared and water was not refilled. The main issue I had with this business is that they leave bottles of water on the table at a $7 charge, even after starting regular tap water is fine. Then they proceeded to not fill the water pitchers so that we had no other choice but to open the bottled water. The next issue is that they charge a "12% facilities fee" which is an added gratuity for their staff. But this is not made clear and they proceed to request additional gratuity on the card machine. All customers be ware, you may have double tipping at this establishment unknowingly and paying for bottled water that you otherwise would not have. Really disappointed about these two issues. May not come back again because I cannot support establishments that take advantage of customers. read more

This grand Indian buffet place is indeed grand with it's spread, seating capacity and service. This is my first time visiting a Vegas style buffet with all-Indian food, primarily North Indian . Though on the pricey side, it is a good experience to those who love eating or experiencing Indian cuisine. They do have cocktails and drinks available for an additional charge. The dessert section of the buffet is very extensive. "Make your own chutney" station is very unique and fun Would love to come back in few months and devour! My friend brought me here so I could try the plethora of Indian food they had to offer. They had lots of choices for lunch and I love that they make the naan and dosas fresh in front of you. They had a bunch of appetizers to choose from as well so you get to try a bit of everything. Their entree area had a good selection of curries as well and I liked that there were vegetarian options to choose from. We ordered the mango pineapple mimosa to go with our meal but I wasn't too impressed with it. I wish there was more of a mango pineapple freshness flavour but it hardly tasted like it at all. Overall this is a good buffet. Plenty of options for vegetarians. Various chaat stations, entrees like chole, paneer butter masala, palak paneer, kadhi, daal, biryani etc. Loved watching the fresh garlic naan and tandoori roti that was being made at one of the stations in a real tandoor. Tons of desserts too. Cons - The waitress was a little pushy in making us order drinks. Service was bad. They took forever to replenish the stations. Man... I gotta preface this review with the fact it's solely based on delivery. We have ordered multiple times and ended up with a 12 ounce order of sauce with 3 chicken chunks every time. It's always late and the rice portion could use work. Maybe if you go in for the buffet you can control these elements? The sauce flavors were good and I'd like to try their chana and bhatura without it being cold. I did call the restaurant and I think they need to fix their menu on Skip as well because it's very misleading what you're going to get for the two person dinner. It's just always been a disaster. Anyway.... I'll go in and try the buffet and update this review if it warrants an additional star... Stand by peeps. read more

This place was highly recommended by many food bloggers and Indians so had to try it during our trip to Vancouver. We had an OpenTable reservation cos we were visiting on a weekend and heard about long wait times. When we walked in the lobby was packed with folks waiting to be seated. We were taken to our table in notime. Now this is a buffet place one of the largest I have ever seen or been to. So once you are seated feel free to tour around and start devouring their dishes. They have something for everyone - meat lovers, halal eaters & vegetarians. They have several counters for indian street food snack items - chaat, south indian cuisine - dosa & sambar, north indian specialty chole bhature, italian corner serves mini pizzas & make your own pasta dishes, corner to make your own chutney, etc. For appetizers they had chicken tandoori & kasturi murg tikkas (fantastic), malai tikka, fish pakora, seekh kebab (all good).. for Main course they had butter chicken (fantastic), laal maas (lamb) - amazing, goat curry, prawns malai curry & methi murgh (all were good). Their chicken biryani was okay it lacked a bit of seasoning imo but it still tasted okay nothing terrible. They also have a halal counter which serves halal food and another counter were you can get indo chinese items like honey chilli potato, chilli chicken, chilli fish & noodles. They had a separate naan counter were they made fresh naans! The desserts here are also very very good.. I tasted their chocolate cake (fantastic), kheer, phirni, gulab jamun, malpua with rabri & butterscotch ice cream and devoured everything I ate. Loads of variety of everybody. We did not order any drinks to save space for food so no clue how their cocktails are. The only one thing I want to mention pure vegetarian eaters may have a problem with how the tongs can get interchanged with non veg folks items. I saw this multiple times while I was there but thats not something you can control unless you have a strictly different station for vegetarian folks. Ambience is good. Bottles at every table costs $$, kids under 11 are free on Wednesday but you have to order 2 drinks ( Tea and Cold drinks are not part of those drinks ). This place has one of the crispiest Masala Dosas that I've ever put in my mouth. In fact, I have never in my life seen such a large Indian Buffet. From my understanding it is the biggest one in North America. Not only does this restaurant have the usual four meat curries (lamb, mutton, chicken tikka masala and chicken korma), but it actually has about eight curries, including one vindaloos, one fish, a Rogan Josh, and a duck. Beyond this there are multiple vegetarian curries, three types of rice dishes including a Biryani and a saffron pilau with pistachio nuts. And of course there is Tandoori. Prices are around $18 Canadian for lunch and $26 Canadian for dinner. We had lunch so I can only imagine what the bigger dinner has to offer. Wow! The variety and quality of food here was amazing!! All the options you could think of, hot and fresh. Definitely come here hungry so you can eat a lot. We enjoyed the butter chicken, pizza, fries, pakora, dosa, and so much more! I also love that they had saunf when you exit. :) It was really busy when we got there around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. I recommend getting here early especially we'll before closing time; although they did keep restocking and making food pretty close to closing. Lots of people talking, celebrating, eating so it was a little loud but that's expected. My friends and I spent a about 2 hours there and ate lots of good food and had a good time. Came here for dinner on a Friday night around 6:30 with 3 other friends, and it wasn't too crowded when we came. We were able to get seated immediately. It's a large restaurant with plenty of seating and parking. I was a bit worried about how a buffet would work with covid, since usually with buffets you're touching a lot of serving utensils. I was hoping they would have the employees do all serving so that you wouldn't have to touch the serving utensils yourself, but unfortunately most of the food stations were self serve. There just isn't enough space to wait in line 6 ft apart either. I came pretty close to other patrons as we were walking around the food area. I started with a Mumbai mango mojito ($7.99) which was absolutely delicious. It had all the refreshingness of a mojito paired with a delicious mango flavor. I slurped it up! The dinner buffet costs $28 pp. The food was all pretty good. For curries they offered a variety of veg and non-veg options, prepared both halal and non-halal. I tried some of the chicken and goat curries, though my favorite was the grilled / roasted chicken they had in the middle station. It was a bit annoying that you could only get naan in the middle station, and if you wanted roti you had to request it specifically. North America's Largest Indian Buffet and Restaurant did not disappoint. I don't eat Indian food often, so this was the perfect place to get all my cravings satisfied. They had every traditional foods you could think of, samosas, paneer tikka, chicken curry, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and more. But oh my gosh, the absolute best thing there was the handmade garlic naan. They cooked it fresh in front of you, and I couldn't get enough.
