Only issue was coming time to pay like many companies these days they want an up charge for credit cards! Some people just need to use them for big ticket iteams like this could be. All I had to do was leave a ring of tape around the trunk where I wanted it cut down to and it was done. They came on a Wednesday morning (around 9 or 10) and were done by noon, including cleanup. My house is now visible, the entire street looks brighter and cleaner, and I don't have to rake up pine needles every weekend to keep my lawn alive. The only weird thing about these folks is that their address online and on their quote page didn't match up, so I hope we sent a check to the right place..

They cleaned up even the yard waste I had created in another area of the front yard while they were working on the tree. They were patient too, since it took from fall, for the initial quote, to February before I was able to schedule the work. I had requested another company's quote and just got a better detailed description of what all they planned or thought was needed to do (and why) than the other company, so I went with Treasure Tree & Landscape.
