They are located on the second floor next to a gym. The staff working there are so nice, knowledgeable and receptive. As it was my first time at this location, and not knowing the machines, they've provided me needed info and also adjusted my time during my treatment. Why it's 5/5? I'm a little OCD since covid, and their level of cleanliness is very passable. They assured my visit was comfortable, provided me with extra towels to cover my face ( I was wearing SPF and I do retinol) and my neck gets sensitive hence extra coverage (I had planned to use my dri fit top). I didn't bring my UV googles, and they offer UV googles too with no hidden cost. The fan in the room and it's setup was perfection. Also, I didn't encounter any dust bunnies considering all the rooms had fans running. Overall experience was one of my favourites in Vancouver to date.

This is a horribly run company that focuses on their bottom line and not on their customer satisfaction - they do not behave with honor nor integrity. This is the second time I have Sunscape Tanning a chance. The first incident happened a few years ago when one of their employees comp'd me a tan and then management took it away after the fact, and without notifying me, and took it off of one of my package of 10 tans. I notice that another customer of the salon has written quite a long rant about the loss or " theft" of her cell phone. Common sense would dictate that ANYWHERE you go , you assume complete and 100% responsibility of your own belongings. This is true at the grocery store, in a restaurant or anywhere you choose to carry your valuables. I see see signs EVERYWHERE I go that " Management is not responsible for the loss of your personal items." If you are big enough to have cell phone, or a purse, you take care of them and make sure they are never left anywhere that they can be removed without your knowledge. I am very particular about where my money is spent, I go out of my way to support small businesses in almost every area of my life. I would vouch for this tanning salon's staff and management , no question about it. I am sorry this young lady ( or man) lost their phone but to " warn" us to keep our personal belongings safe is a no brainer for ANY place you go.

The studio is spotless and the longest I have ever waited for a bed is 10 minutes. On one occasion I was renewing my monthly membership when the young lady at the front desk told me she had some 2 for 1 coupons and would I like to use one. Now that is honest service!!!! In my 2 years I've never had anything stolen nor been in the studio when anyone else has had this problem. It is unfortunate that Ka had her phone stolen. I feel for her, but her review is way over the top. Perhaps she should have hung her clothes up on the door pegs instead of laying them on the lone chair. I was able to ask her tons of questions and feel comfortable doing so which was nice. With regards to cleanliness, the beds are really clean (I am OCD on stuff like that) and it looked spotless. They have a little sign placed on top of a fresh folded towel that indicates the bed has been cleaned and a little candy to have after you've finished your tan. Pricing was good, I shopped around at a couple different salons to compare prices to beds.. you are able to have access unlimited use to all the beds (high pressure machines included) for a really good price.
