Prices are very reasonable, and they work on a "points" system in which you purchase a points package and you can use them on any equipment including beds, standups, red light machines, spray tans...etc. there is always a promotion going on, and the salon itself is very clean and the equipments are well maintained. The hours are great too, and I have never had to call and make an appointment and can usually get in right away. They don't have a big selection of lotions, so if you have a specific one that you like I would definitely bring your own. I will say that the beds do get quite hot, even with the fans, so if you are not someone who enjoys a hot bed, I would go during non-peak hours! They have 3 different levels of beds, and 2 different stand ups. You can definitely tell that they maintain their equipment extremely well as I have actually never seen a burned-out bulb on any of them, and no dust bunnies inside the acrylic either!

When I brought this to their attention they were defensive in making sure I knew their bulbs were new and that I need to constantly readjust positions if I want to avoid white stripes. So now this is my fault? I've never been warned that using a lay down bed I need to be moving around so I don't get white stripes nor have I ever had this issue tanning anywhere else before. If their beds give their customers white stripes down their body that are absolutely humiliating then that should be said when signing up for a membership. Or they should get new beds because that doesn't seem right to me. Hoping to cancel my membership now Update: thanks to the owner for replying. I replied stating how frustrated I was, how they should warn their customers of white stripes, and how I'd like to discuss my membership. As a member of a place, I feel I should trust them to warn me about potential issues, I'm paying for the service that they should be knowledgeable about correct? And the lack of genuine concern and trying to upsell her higher level beds which I'd have to pay extra to use just to fix something they didn't want me about. The first incident happened a few years ago when one of their employees comp'd me a tan and then management took it away after the fact, and without notifying me, and took it off of one of my package of 10 tans. So we arrived hotel, spent time in the jacuzzi, went to eat a light lunch, then spent 140 minutes getting our treatments. The service here is over the top. Yes we spent a pretty penny, but even my husband said it was totally worth the money. It was a much needed time relaxing away from the hustle and bustle called life and stress. While you wait, there's a locker room and we fit our carry on luggage in the locker since our room wasn't ready. There's a towel, robe and flip flops in locker to use. In the waiting room it's dim with candlelit, lounge chairs, iced lemon water, and a plethora of snacks. Mei was still there a year later, she took care of me, and another gal I forgot her name took care of my honey. So good, so relaxing, and we snored. We went back the next day just to kill time before heading to the airport. But I just bought products. The front desk gals are amazing with over the top customer service. I also met one of the managers. Not only is she so beautiful, but her personality is as well. I would drive the three hours from Seattle just to get that kind of service again. But it's only a 22 minute flight from Seattle to Vancouver!!!

This particular stand up though is quite large which makes the room just that much smaller for when you're getting ready ... it is a bit cramped but worth it . They have a little sign placed on top of a fresh folded towel that indicates the bed has been cleaned and a little candy to have after you've finished your tan. Pricing was good, I shopped around at a couple different salons to compare prices to beds.. you are able to have access unlimited use to all the beds (high pressure machines included) for a really good price.
