When Mandy Burton purchased the franchise in January 2013, I continued and have always been very satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, I can no longer tan. I am diagnosed with benign Seborrheic Keratosis (SK) with residual damage that is ongoing. The treatment is repeated liquid nitrogen which is painful and unpleasant but something I will have to endure about every 4 - 6 months ongoing. I decided willingly to purchase tanning minutes and am in no way blaming Fabutan for my condition. However, I have been a client for over 15 years and with 648 minutes remaining on my package, I was hoping for an alternative, preferably self tanner lotion. On August 19/22 I left me first message requesting that Mandy Burton call me and over the next few weeks I left 4 more messages that were not returned. My call was never returned by Mandy but on September 17/22, Krista called me on Mandy's behalf. She said that Mandy was both a mother and a business owner and this did not permit her to return phone calls. Thousands of women run businesses and raise their children so this to me is not an acceptable excuse. I had to explain my situation over to Krista and her response was that she is a "licensed aesthetician" and knows that SK is a hereditary condition and nothing to do with tanning. She is partly right, it can be hereditary but according to my doctor and my dermatologist tanning beds are also to be blamed. On September 19/22 Krista phoned me again and offered 4 spray tans in lieu of my 648 minutes, I told her that I do not like spray tanning and said I would rather product instead. Although I don't understand why, Krista would not consider this as an option. I asked again that Mandy call me but it is now almost 4 months later and this has not happened. I am very disappointed but would like to leave this message for Mandy: "If you are going to have someone do your bidding for you, don't let an unqualified person give a medical opinion. It is both reckless and irresponsible."

The woman at the front desk was super welcoming and offered us a FREE tan because it was my first time tanning with them. I did 10 minutes in the stand up bed, and got a light tan. My plan is to return in 2 days and continue to build my color. I didn't burn. Bonus: they also have me a free goodie bag because I was a newcomer to the salon. Very glad I checked this place out.

This particular stand up though is quite large which makes the room just that much smaller for when you're getting ready ... it is a bit cramped but worth it . Complimentary eye wear is nice because I don have to buy the disposabl sticker ones if I forgot mine and you can see that they're being sanitized so it's not doubtful as to whether they're clean or not also a great selection of lotions there I bought a brand-new bottle and it was half the price that I was quoted for that same lotion at another tanning salon When I went they told me that the bulbs that just been replaced in the stand up booth, this made a big difference

I don't tan in salons often but am currently trying to even out a tan on my back for my wedding. You can go. Buy minutes or points or whatever and even if you don't use them for a year. They are always there when you decide to return. Not like these fly by nighters that decide they have new owners or your minutes expire and you can't get your tans you paid for previously. She (the owner) gives just the right amount of F's so don't expect your ego to be stroked,.... just expect a good honest establishment being there for when you need what it's there for. A tan. Full stop. Don't ask stupid questions aaand you won't get stupid answers.

I love all the different beds . I haven't tried the sauna yet but I would like to one day . Very reasonably priced and lotions etc are very reasonable . NOTE* -disposable files and buffers are used here -pedicure tubs are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant and soaked in bleach after every client! This procedure is Very rare at most nail salons where they just clean the surface only but do not rinse and soak the tub in bleach water*** -and they sanitize their equipment which comes out in a sterilized bag. Never had any problems here. My whole family comes here lol!

I developed a rare skin condition (don't worry, I'm not contagious) that I was really conscious and insecure about people seeing. I became even more stressed about it knowing that I was going to be on stage for the world to see. But I was so fortunate to have Tessa's expertise and nurturing touch to help settle my nerves. She provided me with a body exfoliation followed by a body bronze (spray tan). It was MAGIC! My skin felt and looked amazing. My body was smooth and had a wonderful healthy glow - it honestly looked very natural (not "the orange" that people typically associate with spray tans). With proper care, it lasted me for weeks and I received so many wonderful compliments on my tan. I'm happy to know of a healthier alternative to tanning salons. Tessa, the owner, makes you feel at ease right from the very beginning when you call to inquire/book with them. By the end you feel like family (the good kind). The services are of the highest standard and quality, with proper healthcare standards adhered to throughout the visit. The entire team is friendly, outgoing, funny and a true pleasure to welcome into my home. I, along with others received a variety of services including massage, facials, manis and pedis. Everyone including myself couldn't stop talking about them for the rest of the night, and most of us still bring it up to this day. Definitely plan of having Mojo's over again! My massage and pedicure were amazing, those ladies have magic fingers, I felt completely relaxed and truly pampered, all from the comfort of my own home where my friends and I could drink some bevies and enjoy appetizers, then settle in for the rest of our girls day/night.
