I notice that another customer of the salon has written quite a long rant about the loss or " theft" of her cell phone. Common sense would dictate that ANYWHERE you go , you assume complete and 100% responsibility of your own belongings. This is true at the grocery store, in a restaurant or anywhere you choose to carry your valuables. I see see signs EVERYWHERE I go that " Management is not responsible for the loss of your personal items." If you are big enough to have cell phone, or a purse, you take care of them and make sure they are never left anywhere that they can be removed without your knowledge. I am very particular about where my money is spent, I go out of my way to support small businesses in almost every area of my life. I would vouch for this tanning salon's staff and management , no question about it. I am sorry this young lady ( or man) lost their phone but to " warn" us to keep our personal belongings safe is a no brainer for ANY place you go.

The studio is spotless and the longest I have ever waited for a bed is 10 minutes. On one occasion I was renewing my monthly membership when the young lady at the front desk told me she had some 2 for 1 coupons and would I like to use one. Now that is honest service!!!! In my 2 years I've never had anything stolen nor been in the studio when anyone else has had this problem. It is unfortunate that Ka had her phone stolen. I feel for her, but her review is way over the top. Perhaps she should have hung her clothes up on the door pegs instead of laying them on the lone chair. Prices are very reasonable, and they work on a "points" system in which you purchase a points package and you can use them on any equipment including beds, standups, red light machines, spray tans...etc. there is always a promotion going on, and the salon itself is very clean and the equipments are well maintained. The hours are great too, and I have never had to call and make an appointment and can usually get in right away. They don't have a big selection of lotions, so if you have a specific one that you like I would definitely bring your own. I will say that the beds do get quite hot, even with the fans, so if you are not someone who enjoys a hot bed, I would go during non-peak hours! They have 3 different levels of beds, and 2 different stand ups. You can definitely tell that they maintain their equipment extremely well as I have actually never seen a burned-out bulb on any of them, and no dust bunnies inside the acrylic either!

I don't tan in salons often but am currently trying to even out a tan on my back for my wedding. When I brought this to their attention they were defensive in making sure I knew their bulbs were new and that I need to constantly readjust positions if I want to avoid white stripes. So now this is my fault? I've never been warned that using a lay down bed I need to be moving around so I don't get white stripes nor have I ever had this issue tanning anywhere else before. If their beds give their customers white stripes down their body that are absolutely humiliating then that should be said when signing up for a membership. I replied stating how frustrated I was, how they should warn their customers of white stripes, and how I'd like to discuss my membership. Yes we spent a pretty penny, but even my husband said it was totally worth the money. It was a much needed time relaxing away from the hustle and bustle called life and stress. While you wait, there's a locker room and we fit our carry on luggage in the locker since our room wasn't ready. There's a towel, robe and flip flops in locker to use. In the waiting room it's dim with candlelit, lounge chairs, iced lemon water, and a plethora of snacks. Mei was still there a year later, she took care of me, and another gal I forgot her name took care of my honey. So good, so relaxing, and we snored. We went back the next day just to kill time before heading to the airport. But I just bought products. The front desk gals are amazing with over the top customer service. I also met one of the managers. Not only is she so beautiful, but her personality is as well. I would drive the three hours from Seattle just to get that kind of service again. But it's only a 22 minute flight from Seattle to Vancouver!!!
