George, the owner, answered and he was very accommodating for my last minute needs. After getting shampooed, Gladys did my hair. I told her my long list of hair problems and showed her a few pictures of blowouts in the past that I liked to give her an idea of what I wanted. She was friendly and maintained conversation with me the whole time. I felt like I got the most thorough hair analysis ever. She has an incredible eye for detail, works her brush and blowdryer magically, and gave me so many recommendations on hair treatment and upkeep I ended up making a list for myself to stay on track with my haircare maintenance. Like I preivously mentioned, my hair is a disaster. Because it's so thin, blowouts never look "full" enough. Not this time. My hair looked...luxurious.
