The sales rep offered no information and no ideas, and seemed offended when I asked him to measure the site. He then abruptly left. No legitimate company does business like this. The building went up and I could not ask for any better quality. But the problem arose because of the positioning of the building. Since I couldn't be on site very much, because the construction site was 25 miles from my home, I guess I have to fault myself for not paying close attention. The building was positioned 10 feet from the property line, as required but it should've been 10 feet from the house. as it ended up in your drive down the street approaching the building sits about 20° off-center from the parallel line of the house. We've tried different ways to camouflage that, but since the building was over 50 feet long and 30 feet wide, very tall. Something like that is very hard to hide. The other thing that irritated me, was the front doors open up directly to a,telephone pole that's placed directly in front of them. I would've thought they saw that telephone pole there before they made the layout of the building.

Think twice before purchasing from Haden Homes. These are not minor cosmetic concerns--these are serious, costly problems that no homeowner should be facing in such a new house. When we reached out, Haden Homes repeatedly told us it was "just the house settling" and insisted it wasn't their responsibility to fix. That's unacceptable. Settling does not cause widespread floor failure, plumbing issues, and furnace problems. These point to poor workmanship and low-quality construction. The worst part? They've done nothing to resolve any of it. We've been left with unsafe, unreliable systems and expensive repairs, while Haden Homes refuses to take accountability. If you're considering buying from them, please reconsider. Buyers deserve to know what we've experienced: a company that will happily take your money but disappear when real problems arise.
